I am bewildered as my existing account was disabled suddenly without any explanation. Moreover, I am unable to access the account using my current phone number, even though the new account I created is linked to this number. I also have an old account from before my divorce with outdated contact information that includes precious photos of my daughters as babies. I am desperate to retrieve these memories. Yesterday around 1:30, we banned a user from our business page due to profanity, trolling, and accusations against our employees. Although the Facebook settings indicate she is banned, she managed to post comments on reviews on our page until around 3 p.m. Admins cannot see her comments to delete, hide, or respond, but they are visible to visitors. We reported the problem to Facebook but are awaiting a response. Currently, we are hiding reviews until we address this issue. We seek clarity on her ban status and ways to handle her review comments.

Hello, my name is Chassidy, and I am writing on behalf of my stepdad, Steve Randazzo, the owner of Mangia Mangia in Spencerport, NY. We have been facing an issue on Facebook where someone has created a page for Mangia Mangia without our permission. This page has been receiving negative reviews and spreading false information about the restaurant. Despite numerous reports filed, Facebook has not taken appropriate action. We are very disappointed with Facebook's handling of this matter and are considering deactivating our accounts if the situation is not resolved promptly. I faced challenges with my Facebook ads account due to past mistakes but have now learned from them. As I tried to create a new account for my website, I encountered issues. I set up a new Facebook profile named Ben Lovedank to separate it from my personal profile Ben Charles (Lovedank). Even after spending a whole day creating a page and following Facebook's rules diligently, my account got disabled and asked for identification which I provided. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to follow their policies and improve my understanding by watching their videos, my account remains blocked with no opportunity for review. I hope for a chance to rectify the situation and utilize the platform for my website appropriately.

A few years ago, I made mistakes with Facebook adverts promoting eBay, resulting in my ad account being disabled. Now, with a website, I need to use the ad facilities following Facebook's policies. I created a new Facebook profile, "Ben Lovedank," to solely use for the page features, as my personal profile is "Ben Charles (Lovedank)." After setting up a new page and spending all day on it, the account was suddenly disabled, requiring identification. I submitted my passport, but the account was promptly blocked with no opportunity for review. Having familiarized myself with Facebook's policies and watched their videos, I hope to be given a chance to use the platform again.

Hello, my name is Beverly Fox. Unfortunately, my Facebook account has been unexpectedly closed, and I'm uncertain about the reason behind this. According to my daughter, it's possible her ex-friend was using my account without permission, even creating new accounts that impersonated me. Yesterday, I reported that my Facebook account was hacked. I followed a link to report the unauthorized password change, answered their questions, and even provided a picture of my passport for identity verification. Despite being warned of possible delays, upon logging in, I found a message stating that the review was done, and my account block cannot be reversed. My name on the account is Claudette Thibeau Murch, and my email is [redacted] The message reads, "Your Account Has Been Disabled," stating the reason as a violation of Community Standards, with the decision being final and irreversible. It's frustrating as I believe I haven't done anything wrong.

On October 18, [redacted], I discovered that my Facebook account was hacked, and my Microsoft account was also compromised. The password was changed, and despite requesting a reset code sent to my email linked to the Facebook account, I never received it. I reached out to Facebook, sent the required verifying documents, but have yet to hear back. I repeated the process on Sunday, November 8, with no success. I am unable to access my account due to the password change and the reset code not coming through my email (already checked spam and blocked folders). I now understand why the Facebook team treats me differently. They seem to view me as a joke and find it amusing to toy with me. It's not funny; it's immature and pathetic. Despite their behavior, I remain a mature individual, unlike them. It feels like I'm dealing with a group of grown bullies who act like troublesome kids. This may explain the lack of response from the Facebook team—they seem to stick together with these individuals who cause me problems. Their version of respect is evidently different, especially when it involves me. It's disappointing how they handle things.

I bought an item on Facebook Marketplace, but what I received is completely different from what was advertised. I've reached out to the seller, and they claim they sent the original item, but I believe otherwise. I've also contacted Facebook about this, but it's been over two business days with no response. I recently had an issue with Facebook. I uploaded a picture, which they claimed contained sexual content or nudity, even though it did not. However, the post I commented on contained explicit content that violated their rules, yet it was allowed to stay up. Despite reporting the error multiple times with no response, I am still banned from the platform. I believe my free speech is being stifled, especially on election day. I am seeking direct communication with Facebook to address this issue.

I recently switched cell phone providers and encountered issues accessing my Facebook account and Messenger due to an incorrect password. Despite my attempts to reset it, I am still locked out. I recently met a buyer on Facebook Marketplace at my apartment location, where cameras are in place for safety. The buyer ended up taking an item that was not included in the listing, and I only noticed it missing today, 11-14-[redacted]. I have tried reaching out to the buyer, but despite seeing the messages, they have not responded. I have explained the mistake and even lowered the price for the item, but to no avail. I am an 80-year-old woman trying to learn computer technology. I used to have a Facebook account and was getting the hang of it until I forgot my password. I don't have a mobile phone, so I tried to reset it using my landline, but I got blocked out. Some apps only offer options for mobile verification, making it difficult for me to access my accounts. Due to frustration, my husband created his account, but now he can't sign in either. I have my email address, but my husband doesn't. We are struggling to create an Outlook account for him. We planned to hire a student tutor but couldn't due to the pandemic. Now that I finally got a mobile phone, I need to learn how to use it. I posted a life event under work and education, but it didn't show up on my timeline. Even though I shared it, my friends couldn't find it later. While I could see it and new reactions, it remained invisible on my timeline. I tried to fix it, and it briefly appeared for 20 minutes before vanishing again. I also liked the comments but my friends didn't get notifications or see the event anymore. I want to change this so the event appears on my timeline, and my friends can see it and receive notifications for my reactions. I hope this clarifies things. If you have any questions, let me know.

Hello, I have been logged out of my Facebook account due to it being hacked. The first time this happened, I was able to change my password successfully and update my email address to replace the old ones that were no longer in use. However, two days later, I was logged out again and this time, when trying to recover my account, it requested an email address or phone number linked to my account. I entered my new email address, but a confirmation link was sent to my old email addresses for verification, which are no longer accessible. I purchased an account to support typhoon victims in the Philippines, only to be scammed. I am trying to regain access to the account I bought to make sure the money I spent isn't wasted. Given the tough economic conditions and the prevalence of scams, recovering this account is crucial.
