Good evening gethuman **I am urgently contacting you today on behalf of myself and my business manager on Facebook **My personal ad account has been disabledAnd also my business ad account has been disabled aswell **I have tried various methods I’m trying to bypass this but none of them seem to be working**I have tried raising an appeal through the actual appeal form but when I enter my ad account ID it comes up with ‘this person should contact Facebook through business manager or ads manager’ or that there is ‘no advert account’ so I can’t even submit it**I’ve tried redusputing the form through the payments section, it opened the case and then closed it, sending me straight back to the ‘request to review disabled ad account ‘ Form...**I’ve tried reporting a problem but it didn’t seem to show up in my support inbox **I’ve tried actually resetting it myself a deleting the business ad account but it won’t let me!**Arggghhh! This is so frustrating! I need Facebook because I am trying to launch my own agency and it wont let me touch it due to ‘violations’ I must of caused in the past with my old business account which was back in ******If you could please help or assist me in recovering my account I’d be grateful **Matt
