I recently set up a new e-commerce business page on Facebook, utilizing the updated format and the new "commerce manager" feature, but encountered issues with the functionality of the "shop" button. Despite researching tutorials and instructions extensively, I couldn't preview how the shop appeared to customers or test it myself. Ultimately, a friend attempted to make a purchase and discovered that the shop button was not working as expected. By resorting to an older Youtube tutorial demonstrating the use of the "shop" button in the traditional Facebook format with "Tabs & Templates," I reverted to the old layout. However, upon switching back, the shop button was not automatically displayed and had to be manually added. Currently, it functions well on the old format, but I express concern that Facebook may phase out this option in favor of the new format. In my experience, the older format is more intuitive and user-friendly for business purposes. I believe this feedback is valuable for the IT team to consider.

I was expecting a grant for dental assistance, but ended up being targeted by a scam asking for money for Walmart cards. Unfortunately, my accounts have been compromised, and I can't access important services like Google, Facebook, and my bank. I really need my Facebook account to reach out to my support network. Hi there, I recently noticed some suspicious activity on my Facebook account. On April 4, [redacted], someone logged in and posted a discount image. I deleted it, but then on April 12, [redacted], I couldn't log in. When I searched for my account with my friends, they found a different account. The account I had to create to contact support is _[redacted]0_. I'm unable to log in as it prompts for a forgotten password for adityasarker. When I ask for an email to reset my password, it says the user is not found. I would appreciate help in resolving this issue so I can access my original account again. Thank you.

Hello, I am Brenda Hebert and I am a Facebook user. I am having trouble accessing my real account with my full name and a Thanksgiving picture. A hacker has created a new account using just "Brenda Hebert," which I can access. I need urgent help retrieving my real account named BRENDA ANN HEBERT. Support seems to be asking for payment and I believe I have been scammed. I want to regain access to my original account as soon as possible. I got locked out of my Facebook account after mistakenly changing my birth year to [redacted] while trying to protect my birthdate's privacy. Facebook requested a photo ID, which I provided. Even though I confirmed I am of age in the ID, my account remains locked after 24 hours. I am unsure if it will be unlocked soon or if there are additional steps I can take to fix this issue.

My account was hacked. Someone pretended to be a friend from the service, claiming they were approached by a lady offering money owed to disabled individuals. These scammers contacted me through Facebook, requested information, and then took over my account. Now, I can't regain control, and they are using my identity to dupe other Veteran friends. A close friend even called me about someone trying to impersonate me. I want my old page back; it connected me with friends from my service years, family in New York, high school buddies, and church friends from my time in Germany. As a 20-year Air Force Veteran, falling victim to a scam makes me feel foolish.

I recently changed my Facebook password but unfortunately can't recall it. I need to reset it, but the issue is I no longer have access to the email linked to my account. I'd like to update it to my current email, as the previous one is associated with an old Farmville account I no longer use. I submitted my ID using my work email about a week ago to verify my identity but haven't received any updates yet. I'm concerned that my work email security settings might block emails from Facebook. My account was hacked. Facebook questioned if I logged in from Fresno, CA, but I reside in Alaska. I indicated it wasn't me and reset my password. Now, it's asking for a two-factor authentication code, which I never set up. The hacker likely did. Despite numerous attempts, I can't receive the code. I reclaimed my email from the hacker and saw how he changed it. However, I remain locked out without the SMS code sent to my phone. My phone and laptops aren't recognized, showing the message "Does Not Recognize this Device." I've also followed the steps on facebook.com/hacked but waiting for a response from Facebook seems futile. Please provide assistance. Thank you. P.S. My Instagram is linked to Facebook, but I can't access it due to the SMS code requirement.

I expressed my opinion that the Chinese communist Premier of Victoria, Daniel A., should be arrested for treason as per the Australian Constitution. I've recently discovered that my account has been permanently deleted. Furthermore, Facebook has shared my personal information with a company I only interacted with on the platform, leading to me receiving unsolicited emails from them. This is a violation of data privacy laws. I am considering legal action against them for their actions.

My Facebook account was disabled due to a violation of community guidelines. The original account was around 10 years old, and the second was created to replace it. On October 19th, I received an unexpected ban on Facebook that stated a post violated community standards, resulting in a 30-day ban. However, I couldn't view the post or contest the decision. Ten days later on October 29th, my account was disabled without explanation, causing me to lose access to my groups and business pages. Attempts to reach out to Facebook were fruitless as I received no response or encountered errors. I even have intellectual property on my business page that I can't access or delete. I've filed complaints with the FTC and BBB due to these unjust actions. The main reason for my account issues seems to be my involvement in conservative communities and hosting Trump-related events. Despite my efforts, my pages were targeted and events were repeatedly deleted, leading to further account troubles for my friend, Chris. This situation not only feels criminal but also discriminatory, and it infringes upon my intellectual property rights. Thank you for listening.

Good evening GetHuman, I urgently need your assistance with a pressing issue concerning both my personal and business ad accounts on Facebook. Despite my attempts to remedy the situation through various methods, including submitting an appeal form with my ad account ID, the system prompts me to contact Facebook through Business Manager or Ads Manager. Moreover, I encountered difficulties with disputing the form via the payments section, as it closed the case abruptly. Even reporting the problem did not yield any results in my support inbox. Regrettably, I have been unable to reset or delete the business ad account independently. I'm a commercial artist on Instagram and recently encountered an issue. While trying to access my Instagram page, I was mistakenly informed that I didn't meet the age requirements. I am 16 years old, above the required age, and can provide my government ID to verify this. The misunderstanding arose from a humorous Russian joke in my bio, which Instagram improperly interpreted as my actual age. I need help reloading my Facebook account. I have it on my iPhone 7, but I can't recover it on my Chrome laptop after it got hacked multiple times. Two individuals from the Middle East tampered with my games and even changed passwords. A German hacker reported me as a hacker, leading to my Facebook being deleted with my Drive contents erased. I had to create a new account, but that got compromised too. Apple Techs locked my account for 19 days due to security concerns. I am implementing extra security measures with a security attachment and a digit code. Also, I experienced unauthorized access to my bank account. I have been unable to recover my account despite numerous attempts due to delays in verification. I have reported suspicious activities to Google multiple times. It seems like hackers are consistently infiltrating Google and Facebook. I have encountered difficulties with Google games being used by hackers to access my accounts. I have reported incidents to Google, suspecting fraudulent activities in Las Vegas, Germany, and Eastern Europe, including a Muslim individual rerouting his IP address to different locations.

Although I removed their email address and changed my password, I am unable to access the code generator on my phone or laptop and do not receive text messages for verification. I recently installed a new hard drive and now find myself unable to access Facebook. I have been a loyal user for over 15 years and have followed all the steps they requested, but to no avail. I am 79 years old, residing in Las Vegas, NV, while my family is scattered in different states. Facebook allows me to connect with them and see photos of my grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Turning 80 in January, Facebook suddenly locked me out after the new hard drive installation. It was working just fine the day before, but a technician working on my computer caused some issues. Despite trying various passwords, Facebook continues to block my access. My computer functions properly for everything else, so this restriction puzzles me.
