I'm concerned about the inconsistent moderation on Facebook. Recently, a female user was put in Facebook jail for a seemingly harmless statement, while a male user made an offensive remark and only received a warning. Additionally, I've reported a convicted rapist on the platform multiple times, yet he remains active. It's frustrating to see such discrepancies in enforcement, and I plan to bring attention to these issues through social media.

My Facebook account was disabled without any explanation. After appealing, I was told that for security reasons, they couldn’t disclose why. I haven't posted in months but use Messenger to keep in touch with loved ones. I need help to resolve this as Facebook isn't providing details.

I bought a Yamaha 15 hp outboard motor from a page on Facebook called "Factory MercuryYamaha Outboard." I made the payment through a wire transfer. The page seemed legitimate with over 35,[redacted] likes. They claimed the item was shipped when I asked about the delivery date, but it never arrived. When I tried to contact them through Facebook messenger, I realized I was blocked. Even my friends who inquired were blocked. I fear this could be happening to others. They do not take calls, reply to emails, or respond in any way. I reached out using the email margaret@promptvalues to a person named Steven Wu. I am alarmed by this experience and the lack of communication from their end.

I've been experiencing issues trying to log into my Facebook account since 11/27/19. Every time I attempt to log in, I am met with an error message saying: "Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can." When I try to log in through the app and confirm my identity, I select to proceed but end up on a page that states "connection lost." Although I can reset my password and receive emails about my friends' posts, I'm puzzled as to why I cannot access my account. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.

I am Jaimee Myers Cox, the owner of Pure Barre CDA. Unfortunately, my manager, Hannah Hill, accidentally removed herself as an admin from our business Facebook page, leaving us without access. I need to regain access quickly for marketing purposes. As a franchisee, Pure Barre corporate should have access to our page and can confirm my ownership. Due to not having a personal Facebook account for over a year, I was not an admin either, which has made resolving this issue more challenging.

My active account has been compromised. On December 12th, I got emails notifying me of changes made to my account - new email, password, and phone number. The account name and profile pictures were also altered. I can provide screenshots as proof. I no longer have access as both the email and phone number linked to the account are changed. Any advice on how to handle this Facebook issue would be helpful.

Hello Mark, I'm writing because my account has been disabled. The account name is Andrew Osobase Okotor, and I've been using it since Facebook was first introduced. Recently, while scrolling through my feed, I received a notification that someone was trying to log into my account from another device. Thinking it was a hacking attempt, I mistakenly clicked the "not Andrew" option instead of ignoring it since I was the one using the account. After logging out as instructed, I couldn't log back in. Today, when I attempted to log in again, I received a message stating that my account has been disabled for unknown reasons. I'm trying to assist my father-in-law in regaining access to his previous Facebook account, Ernie Rommel. He encountered difficulties when his phone malfunctioned, and he unintentionally created another account using the same email as Ernest Rommel. Now, he is unable to sign in to either account. Facebook is requesting a photo review for security purposes. Given his limited tech knowledge, I, Justin Osgood, am helping him. Our goal is to recover his original account under the name Ernie Rommel.

My Facebook account received a temporary ban for allegedly sharing an inappropriate post. However, the post is public and still accessible, and I didn't share it but saved it privately, which complies with their policies. This isn't the first time I've faced this issue, as I've been banned before for similar reasons. I didn't share anything explicit, just saved a video for personal use. Therefore, my account shouldn't be suspended if I didn't knowingly violate any rules since the post was saved privately.

Techovation - CRD belongs to the Department of ECE at R. D. Engineering College. We recently set up a Facebook Account and Page using [redacted] Students have been engaging with the page by liking and following it. However, suddenly the account got disabled without any notice. I registered on Facebook with my old mobile number, which I can't access anymore. When I try to reset my password, it says I used an old one. The option for not having access leads me to sign in again. I am using the same device but not making progress. The mobile number I used is [redacted]. My mom's email account, [redacted], has been disabled, and this is the second time I'm attempting to assist her. She may have inadvertently triggered this due to her lack of computer skills. She believes a friend reported her account as hacked. Yesterday, everything was fine with my account, but this morning I couldn't log in. I was concerned that my account might have been hacked, so I tried to reset my password. I had an old account under the name Suman Sharma that has been inactive for a while and suddenly received a message on Facebook from this account, which surprised me.
