Hi, I am unable to log into my account since yesterday and can't get past the security check because Facebook wants to send a code to a mobile phone that I no longer use. I had reset my password twice through email and they still insist sending a code to an old phone number. I tried uploading ID through a form and they rejected it stating my account is not disabled, which it is. I tried clicking on "I no longer have access to these" through account compromised options and it only pertains to email addresses and not phone numbers. There is absolutely no way to work around this matter. I've had my account since **** and I did absolutely nothing wrong on my account in the first place! It's almost Christmas and I need to be able to contact my family and friends. Also, I tried looking for help in their "Help Center" forums to only be scammed by calling fake phone numbers from scammers. This could have all been avoided if their was good customer service for their members. I am beyond frustrated and this is so unbelievably wrong. I want my account back please.
