If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. Facebook has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account. If your account is disabled then click here https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/260749603972907 and you have access to your email or phone number you may be able to recover your account.

I had an account called @mr.gloat and I posted memes pretty frequently (more than healthy lol) and gathered quite a following (*k follows) but last summer I LOST the account because of my post spamming and how active I commented and liked and followed people (i had an addiction ngl xD) and I really do want my account back, because I have some people in my DM’s that I can’t remember their @‘s and I need to talk to them. i’ll provide any info needed to validate myself because I really do want this account back *(
