Dear Facebook Team, I, Mariah Soto (Mya Soto), am using Facebook again to chat with friends and reconnect. I use my real identity and have recently finalized my divorce, legally changing my name back to Soto. Though I'm in a lengthy process with social security and the dmv, I follow all Facebook terms. Unfortunately, my account was mistakenly disabled by your security system. I have submitted my government-issued ID and legal documents to prove my identity. Please review them promptly and reactivate my account, as it is important to me. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Mariah Soto

Dear Facebook Team, I am Mariah Soto, and I am thrilled to be back on Facebook, reconnecting with friends and enjoying my time on the platform. After recently finalizing my divorce and reclaiming my last name, Soto, I am in the process of updating my information with the relevant authorities. I want to assure you that I am using my own identity on Facebook and fully complying with all terms and conditions. Unfortunately, my account was disabled due to a security system error. I have submitted my Government-issued Authority Card and legalized identity documents for your review. Please reactivate my account promptly as it is essential to me. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Best regards, Mariah Soto

I am unable to access my Pirate Clan account after playing for 11 years. Thank you for confirming that my account is active and not disabled, but despite multiple attempts, I am still unable to log in. I keep getting redirected to the beginner's level. I have also noticed changes on my Facebook page with the cover photo missing. Could this be causing the access issue? It's frustrating not to be able to play with my mates from the Evil Five Rebels Armada, a clan I founded 11 years ago after recruiting members from PRTC.

Good day, I am Nomcebo Mthembu. Facebook recently disabled my account for spamming, violating their Community Standards. I apologize for breaking the rules unintentionally. I request admin to reactivate my account as I use it for business and personal purposes, and losing it would impact my connections and friendships. I am committed to following the rules going forward to respect Facebook's standards. Your assistance in resolving this matter is highly appreciated. Kind regards, Nomcebo

Hello, I'm Mohammad AlThuwaini. I registered on Facebook a while back and mainly use it for logging into games and apps. I'm puzzled about why my account is locked and being investigated with no activity on it. Requiring a photo of me seems unnecessary since I haven't posted anything on my page. I've been focusing on a game that needs a Facebook login and have invested money in it. It's frustrating that my account remains locked despite uploading a photo as requested. I only use Facebook to play Call of Duty and find it frustrating that there's no email or online chat support available for assistance.

Hello, I've had my Facebook account for over a decade without any controversial posts and always followed FB guidelines. Suddenly, my account was deactivated/hacked, claiming my password was changed without my knowledge. To complicate things, I can't access my old Hotmail that I used to create the Facebook account. I've struggled to regain access and only encounter repetitive forms and FAQs without real assistance. The Hotmail/Outlook merge may be related to my FB issue, but I can't progress. I reluctantly submitted my ID to FB but might never receive their email response due to not accessing the linked email. It feels like a never-ending loop. How can I resolve this? Is there a way to speak with a human? Any help is welcome! - Brita

I received a temporary ban on my Facebook account due to a message that was posted while I was at a bar. A girl at my table accessed my account without my consent and posted a comment that resulted in the ban. Despite her explanation that it was meant as a joke, I take this matter seriously as I am the one facing the consequences. I kindly request for the ban to be lifted, assuring you that I will be more vigilant about the content posted on my account in the future. The girl has apologized for her actions, acknowledging that it appeared as if I made the comment. I rely on Messenger to communicate with people for the charity work I am involved in, and lifting the ban would greatly help me in this regard. I commit to ensuring that such incidents do not recur on my Facebook account. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Douglas.

My Facebook ad account has been disabled. I sent this message to them and still haven't received a response after 4 days. I contacted support: Dear Facebook, I want to sincerely apologize for violating your policies. I regret not thoroughly reviewing them. I am new to my business, and it's disheartening to have failed in this way. I commit to studying all the policies diligently to prevent any future issues. Policies I breached: 19. Personal health I understand the prohibition of "before-and-after" images or unlikely results. I have removed the inappropriate picture and acknowledge it was wrong. 31. Misleading Claims Ads must not contain false or misleading claims, such as unrealistic promises. I will ensure all my future advertisements are truthful and realistic. I accept full responsibility for my oversight. I pledge to be vigilant in adhering to your guidelines. This incident resulted from my failure to review all the policies, and I apologize. I seek guidance on how to reactivate my account.

Hello Facebook Team, I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account. I have enabled two-step verification and forgot my password. I attempted to use a one-time password, but I did not receive the six-digit temporary password. I have access to my linked phone numbers and primary email, which is unverified. When I try to reset my password, Facebook is not displaying the attached recovery options. I am the rightful owner of the account and I need access to it as my personal data is stored there. Please disable two-step verification temporarily so I can reset my password. Thank you for helping me resolve this issue. Sincerely, [Initials]

Hello, my name on Facebook is Mircea Dutu-Buzura. I am associated with the email address [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. Three days ago, on Tuesday 19.11.[redacted], I was requested via Facebook & Messenger to submit an ID for verification. I uploaded my ID photo as requested, and my account has been disabled since then while waiting for verification. I urgently need access to my account for work, my groups, pages, and all my content. It's extremely difficult for me to function without them. I assure you that I am the legitimate user as all my information matches in my ID. Please enable my account promptly.

My Facebook account was disabled without any explanation. I did not violate any rules, harm, or insult anyone. Despite providing a requested photo, I received no response and simply found my account disabled upon login. The lack of communication or clarity from Facebook is frustrating. I have had my account for many years without issue. I hope they can restore my access promptly and improve their customer service for users in similar situations.

Missing, my friends told me I vanished! My account is blocked, unable to access it no matter what, even after changing the password. I've tried everything, it doesn't seem fair! We're not all criminals! If there's a reason for this, I'd like to know and have the chance to defend myself and create a new account. It's becoming personal now, and I've lost my motivation to return. But I want closure. If anyone can help me understand this situation or assist me, I'd appreciate it. My experience is similar to a user who encountered the same issue. It seems like my profile was hacked, likely related to a gaming website.

I am experiencing trouble with Monique Lawson from Philadelphia, PA. Monique, a 37-year-old African American, has been using profanity, making threats, and causing a disturbance. I initially tried to help her, as she had been assaulted, but she became problematic, even falsely accusing my children. Despite repeatedly informing her that she has all her belongings and needs professional help, she continues to harass me. I am seeking to restore peace and quiet by blocking her from contacting me. Her behavior, including posting negative comments and false statements, is causing distress. I fear for the safety of my family due to her unstable and potentially dangerous nature. The police are involved, and her court date is approaching. I request assistance in blocking her from my online profiles to maintain safety and peace of mind for myself and my loved ones.

I am having trouble accessing my primary Facebook account. After initiating the security process, I am unable to regain access. Despite following the steps provided, such as submitting my ID photo and entering verification codes from both texts and emails, the issue persists. Even using a previously logged-in device does not resolve the problem. The screen remains stuck on the same prompt, indicating a possible malfunction in the process.

My brother updated his Samsung S9 (Android) mobile phone yesterday morning. Since then, he has been unable to access Facebook or Facebook Messenger. The app keeps telling him his password is incorrect, and when he tries to reset it, he's unable to verify himself. I attempted to access his account on my computer, and encountered the same issues. We attempted various methods to select his account via 'Friends,' but his account is not appearing. I even tried using the username from the URL, which displays his Facebook name and avatar, but it still requests another form of identification without further options.

While using Facebook as usual, I suddenly got signed out with a message saying someone else accessed my account. Now, I can't log back in and suspect my phone number was changed as I no longer receive recovery codes for two-factor authentication. I need assistance regaining full access to my account and improving its security. My business relies on Facebook for communication, but I haven't been able to reach my work team.

I am having trouble accessing my account as I have forgotten both my username and password. I am unable to use the phone number linked to it and cannot receive the authentication app code. The account, created around the time Facebook started, belongs to Kevin Biasi, alumni of Towson University, currently working at Tropics Digital and Serenity Springs. Previous employment includes WorkWave and Bob Biasi Painting. I manage three business pages, run ad campaigns, and graduated in [redacted] with a degree in Computer Science from Towson. The account, initially registered as [redacted], was later changed to [redacted], and now is [redacted] The profile can be found at Facebook.com/kbiaz/ and has faced suspensions in [redacted] and this year. I am willing to provide known passwords, social security number, and driver's license details to verify my ownership. I have attempted to create two new accounts which were unfortunately suspended. I have been trying to resolve this issue for nearly two months.

During my trip to D.C., after updating my location at Ford's Theater, I encountered an issue with my Facebook account. Despite attempting to review the decision and receiving emails, my account remains disabled for unspecified safety reasons. I also attempted to create a new account, only to find my email and phone number blocked. As a result, I am unable to access Facebook unless I obtain a new phone number or create a fictitious email address. I seek clarification on why my account was disabled and wish to have it re-enabled.

I am the admin, Connie M., of the private group GSCA Granite State Carriage Association. Our group is experiencing a technical issue where only the four most recent comments are visible on the Home/Discussion page, with older posts disappearing and the page not allowing further scrolling. This problem also affects the visibility of previous announcements when new ones are posted. The issue is present on Mac with Mozilla Firefox and Windows 10 with Internet Explorer. Interestingly, the group Discussion page functions normally on my iPhone with Safari. Other members of the group have confirmed experiencing the same problem.

I recently created an account about 2 days ago with the username [redacted] and started using it, but I got logged out. They requested a picture for identity confirmation, which I promptly provided. However, my account was disabled without any explanation. I then made another account with the email [redacted], and the same situation occurred – account disabled. I even tried using an old account with the username [redacted] after changing its name and faced the same issue. Attempting a fourth account with the username [redacted] led to the same identity confirmation request and subsequent disabling. I have no intention of pretending to be someone else and can verify my identity with legal RSA identification. Kindly consider restoring one of my accounts to resolve this issue.
