If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. Facebook has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account. If your account is disabled then click here https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/260749603972907 and you have access to your email or phone number you may be able to recover your account.

My girlfriend is incarcerated and her facebook account seems to have been lost or un-active or just disappeared. She asked if I could print some pics for her and there is nothing there. We are both really disappointed because she seems to have lost many years worth of pictures and would be very grateful to recover them. Can you be of any assistance? Her name is Danielle Nicole Sachs out of Florida. She's ** and her birthday is *******. The email address attached to the FB acct is *****@***.com. She still has a couple more years to do and she only has one picture. Her parents passed away and those are the pics she is looking to get. Can you please provide me with a phone number that i can talk with someone with about this matter in which i can pass some information on to her with. I'm in contact with her thru the mail and on the phone only. I visit with her every few months because I'm in Texas and she is in Florida. I really hope someone can help us here.
