Hello, I am reaching out concerning my account that was recently disabled for violating terms. I understand that you have reviewed my account ([redacted]98) and the policies in place. If restoring my account fully is not possible, I kindly request temporary restoration to delete all the previous ads so that I can revert my Instagram account to a personal one. The current inactive ads are preventing this transition. This is crucial for me to use my personal Instagram page without any restrictions. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a resolution soon.

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account under the name @Jada Diggs. Despite setting up "one-touch log in," I was prompted to enter my password, which was then denied. The alternative options were an unfamiliar email address and an old, now inactive phone number. I have already submitted a photo of my ID as requested, but I have yet to receive a response. Additionally, there seems to be an unknown email associated with my account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

While sitting on a bench with a friend, a stranger suddenly snatched my phone and fled. Fortunately, by using the "find my phone" feature, we were able to locate and retrieve my phone. However, upon getting it back, I discovered that my Facebook and Instagram profiles were disabled. Since my phone was unlocked when it was taken, I am unsure of what transpired. Any assistance in recovering my accounts would be greatly appreciated.

Two months ago, I accidentally left my phone on my car and drove off, causing me to lose it. I recently got a new phone but am now unable to log into my Facebook account. Previously, I had set it up to send a code if I logged in from an unknown device, and since I only used that feature on my old phone, I'm now locked out. I've changed my phone number, so getting the code through SMS is not an option, and my email seems to be inaccessible. As a result, I'm also unable to access my accounts on Spotify, Instagram, TikTok, and various games because they are linked to my Facebook profile.

I am facing an issue where I saved a post to my collection and received a notification stating that the post violated community guidelines, resulting in a 30-day block on my account. I did not post the content; I merely saved it. It seems unfair that I am being penalized for saving someone else's post, especially when the original poster faced no consequences. I believe my account should not be blocked since I did not share the content in question.

I don't think there is an issue. I contacted Facebook support to ask how to transfer all my photos to a new account. I've had the same account for about 10 years with one email address and two different phone numbers. The account has had some glitches, so I'm considering creating a new page but want to transfer my old photos. I need to speak to Facebook representatives to understand the steps required. These photos are important to me as they include memories of people no longer with us and my daughter's birth, which I lost from my phone. Facebook wants to identify me with my ID, although they haven't asked for it before. I believe providing my college school ID with my photo and name should be sufficient; they shouldn't require my driver's license number or address.

I recently got a new laptop on November 6th, and everything was set up well except for Facebook. I've been using Facebook without any issues, but when I tried to access it on the new system, I kept getting prompted to create a new password, which led to me being blocked from Facebook. I've never misused Facebook and only use it to connect with my family and keep up with my great-grandchildren. Can you please advise me on what steps I need to take to regain access? Thank you, Larry S.

My account got disabled, and I'm clueless why. They mentioned I violated a policy. When I phoned the number online, a man with a distinct Indian accent assured me of an explanation in 72 hours. But no email arrived, so I reached out via email. Their reply stated they couldn't verify the account owner and requested confirmation. I submitted a picture including my driver's license, concealed weapon permits from Iowa and Minnesota, two mail pieces, work ID, and flex benefits card. Still no response.

I'm experiencing an issue with Instagram, and since I can't reach out to Instagram directly, I'm reaching out to Facebook for support. Three months ago, I got a new iPad and ever since then, I haven't been able to access my Instagram account, @thatsritardando, due to suspected suspicious activity. I have access to my phone number but don't receive the verification code when I request it. It's possible that another account is linked to my phone number, but I'm not sure which one. I can't recall the email associated with the account either. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering access to my account.

About a year ago, I lost access to my Facebook account. I signed up using my Outlook email and have been struggling to remember the password ever since. Unfortunately, I can't find my old SIM card either. However, I tried the trusted friends method on Facebook, and all three of my friends provided me with their codes to help recover my account. After changing the password, they confirmed my identity. The message read, "an email was sent to ****@gmail.com, click on the link in that email to continue your account recovery process." I have been waiting for over two days, but nothing has arrived in my email. I am hoping for some assistance as my account is crucial for staying in touch with many friends and holds countless memories.

Hello, my name is Brandy G. and I recently received a message from a friend about a free grant. Unfortunately, I foolishly shared my information and now I cannot access my Facebook account. The session expired and when I tried to log back in, my password was incorrect. Upon trying to reset the password, I discovered that the email associated with my account had been changed. I am quite distressed as I have cherished memories, videos, pictures, and important connections on my Facebook. My current profile picture is a cute cat filter. I am attempting to create a new account, but I feel disheartened by the idea of starting from scratch. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my original Facebook account as someone seems to be using it to send misleading messages to my friends and family.

I changed my name for fun on my old Facebook account, using only my first name. After some time, someone reported my profile. Facebook management requested that I upload my ID card with my full name to regain access. I complied but have not received my account back yet. I have reached out for an update, but have not heard back. I have valuable information on my old profile and would appreciate any assistance in recovering it. Thank you.

I created the account "robear wags" because all my previous accounts with Facebook have been hijacked. This time, I used my dad's information to create an account, and it still got hacked. I will check my router and change the password, but it appears that I am being followed. I kindly request Facebook to delete all accounts associated with the names "robear wags," "robert wagner," "[redacted]," and "[redacted]" so that I can start over. Thank you.

My account was disabled on October 16th for no reason. I believe it was a mistake because I only use Facebook to keep in touch with old friends from school and college, and to play games. I have submitted my ID and other information multiple times for verification, including credit cards, bills, birth certificate, and social security card, but have not received any response. Despite providing a lot of information to confirm my identity, I am still being asked to verify who I am. I am confused about why my page was disabled. I recently discovered that there was a page with someone else's name but my phone number attached to it. Could this be the reason? Please reactivate my page. My contact number is [redacted] and my email is [redacted].

I recently got a new phone and successfully transferred my files from the old one. However, I encountered an issue when I had to log back into my accounts and realized I couldn't remember my password. Despite attempting to reset it using the "forgot my password" option, I haven't been able to receive a code to reset it, even though I have access to both my email and phone. There was one instance where I did receive a code and reset my password, but it still didn't work when I tried to log in with the new password. Now, I'm stuck in the same situation of not being able to receive a code to reset my password.

Dear Support Team, I am experiencing a complex issue with my wife's hacked Facebook account. The hacker demanded money from our friends using her account since she didn't have two-factor authentication set up. The hacker gained access by first compromising her email, then resetting the password on Facebook, and activating two-factor authentication on their phone number. We have recovered the email account but are unable to regain access to the Facebook account due to the security measures set up by the hacker. Despite providing identification through the recovery form, we are still unable to proceed as the verification code is being sent to the hacker's phone number. We desperately need assistance from a real person at Facebook to help us regain control of the account and preserve the data. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Adam

I am currently assisting with managing a Facebook page where the original Admin has been inactive for years. Despite my attempts to have my role upgraded to Admin, it has not been successful. Additionally, the other editor has left but has not removed themselves from the page. I took a break from managing the page due to personal reasons for a year, and now that I've returned, I aim to add more admins to facilitate posting. The lack of administrative privileges has also hindered me from boosting posts as the original Admin did not transfer ownership before departing from both the page and Facebook.

My Facebook account was disabled by mistake. I have not posted anything inappropriate. I use Facebook to keep in touch with my friends, co-workers, and college friends. I play games and use Messenger to communicate without an iPhone. I don't understand why my account was disabled. I have submitted my ID multiple times, including photos of my driver's license, phone bill, bank statements, credit cards, birth certificate, Cigna enrollment, and magazines with my name. My account is linked to my phone number, which I found out someone else used. When I submit my ID, I'm asked for more photos with sensitive information blurred out. I don't see the reason for the holdup in getting my page back. Please help with this issue promptly.

I experienced harassment on your platform that was not addressed properly. Despite contacting the Colorado and Toronto police about the situation, I have been blocked. I blocked Grace Harper, my harasser who threatened my safety on your platform, but she managed to find my contact information and continued the harassment. I'm now unable to send messages due to being blocked. I feel deeply let down by the lack of support from Facebook, especially as the threats extended to my family and were made across international borders on the platform.

I'm having trouble signing into my other account associated with my name. The second account, Shi China (formerly Ephoria Ephoria), seems to be active, yet I cannot access it. I haven't posted since July 28, and it features a picture of myself dressed as a female due to my transgender identity. I would appreciate guidance on accessing this account using my current Facebook profile, Doug Bski.
