Facebook has blocked me from logging in, asking for a phone number which I have never provided before. I have always used my email address. I have tried to contact Facebook to resolve this issue, but I am locked out with no clear explanation. I have never harassed anyone on the platform, and it is frustrating that they require a phone number without any apparent reason. I just want to know why they need it. I have not violated any of their policies, and I am waiting for a response from Facebook regarding this matter. They continue to block me and ask for my phone number without explaining why it is necessary.

Dear GetHuman, I have been experiencing frequent issues with my Facebook account. Although I have followed the instructions provided by Facebook for resetting my password, I keep encountering a problem where the browser enters an endless loop when trying to log in through my Google account. Despite successfully changing my password as instructed, my account remains locked. I would appreciate it if you could promptly escalate this matter with Facebook to address this frustrating situation. Sincerely, Michael Shakes

I have a Facebook account that I haven't used for years and want to delete. Due to a difficult breakup around the time I intended to delete it, I couldn't bear to see the profile that had memories of him. Although I may have deactivated it, I'm unsure since it was so long ago. I tried to access it with an email that should belong to it, but it's now linked to a fake profile created today in my name. I need assistance in deleting this account, which is my very first one on Facebook. I've already saved what I needed from it before switching to my current account and just want it removed. Please contact me at my current email address for any help with this issue.

My Facebook profile was recently compromised, along with my business page "Kustom Karaoke and DJ." The hacker changed my profile name from "Steve Cassell" to "Steve Mackrell" and also altered the password, phone number, and email address associated with the account. Despite the supposed email notification regarding these changes, I did not receive any message. As a result, I am currently unable to access my account. When attempting to secure my account with a new password, I am prompted to provide an old password and reset my email, but the reset email is being sent to the hacker's email address instead of mine. How can I regain control of my account and business page?

Subject: Urgent Issue with Deceased Daughter's Facebook Account Hello Facebook, I am reaching out regarding an urgent matter related to our late daughter, Kristy Sampels. Kristy, who was tragically killed on April 5, [redacted], had an active Facebook account that served as a memory of her life as a nurse and connected her with many people. Recently, when trying to access Kristy's account to leave a note, I discovered that her name had been changed to Debbie Sue Spicer without our knowledge or consent. This has been distressing for our family. Additionally, her account was unexpectedly closed without authorization to be turned into a "Remembrance Account." I believe making her profile a remembrance account is a fitting tribute, but it should remain in Kristy's name to honor her memory properly. I would appreciate a prompt response from Facebook to address and rectify this situation promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter during this difficult time. Sincerely, Debbie Spicer

On Tuesday, our neighborhood experienced landline issues. When my phone service resumed, I discovered that I couldn't access my email. I contacted Rogers, and after spending 2 hours and 20 minutes on the phone with their supervisor and technicians, they managed to fix the email by clearing my cache and cookies. They advised me to reset my passwords. I was successful in doing so for my email, but I forgot the password for my Facebook account. After requesting a password reset from Facebook, I received an activation code via email, unfortunately entering it brought up someone else's page with a similar last name. I have reached out to Facebook's security team without receiving a response. I have also sent screenshots of my page to show the error, but haven't had any luck. I have emailed them twice more, but I am still unable to regain access to my account. My birthday is approaching, and it would mean a lot to be able to use Facebook again. People are inquiring about my absence on the platform since Tuesday. I am in need of assistance!

I have reported a profile on Facebook showing a young man smoking, which I believe promotes drug use. The profile belongs to my nephew, Elijah Burnside. He is not involved in dealing drugs, but rather a 22-year-old trying to appear tough. Unfortunately, he has faced tragedy as the driver in a fatal accident. Elijah is now facing charges due to the accident. His lawyer advised us to delete his profiles, but I'm having trouble accessing this specific account. I kindly ask for your help in hiding or deleting it, or at least removing the profile picture. I provided links to the accident news for context. I won't reach Elijah until Tuesday. If you can't assist immediately, please advise me on the next steps. Thank you for your understanding and help. Sincerely, Beth

I acknowledge that I previously violated community standards with my original account, although it was in jest and the recipients were not offended. However, I have been repeatedly blocked on that account and even on a new one without clear communication about the infractions. Despite contacting Facebook, I have not received a proper explanation for the restrictions.

I created a Facebook account for gaming, using the name "Izabel Althea" as my IGN. Unaware of the rule against using different names on Facebook, I maintained the account with an animated profile picture. This account is crucial for my gaming activities, particularly for my leadership roles in the "Echo Esports" clan in Rules of Survival. As we participate in tournaments and earn prizes, losing access to my account hinders my gaming progress in a game I've dedicated two years to improving in. I have invested time and money in the game to enhance my stats and accomplishments. If granted the chance, I intend to rectify the situation by adjusting my account details to adhere to Facebook's policies. I sincerely hope for the opportunity to continue supporting my teams as their leader.

Dear Facebook Team, I am having trouble accessing my actual Facebook account due to your security system disabling it. My account is linked to PUBG MOBILE, and I attempted to purchase UC in-game, but encountered issues on my phone. In an effort to buy UC for the game, I logged into my account using my friend's mobile phone. Unfortunately, the next day my real Facebook account was disabled by your security system. I kindly request your assistance in recovering my legitimate Facebook account. Thank you.

On October 3, I reported a fake account impersonating my aunt, which resulted in her real account being deleted. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received any assistance. They require her to report it from her account, which is no longer possible as it was deleted. I possess two case numbers, but I am uncertain which one pertains to her real account. The fake account used only her first and last name, Barbara Garrett, sending scam messages to loved ones. The legitimate account, Barbara Migaud Garrett, included her maiden name. I am hoping for the reinstatement of this real account. The case numbers are [redacted][redacted] & [redacted][redacted]. My aunt has sentimental photos and messages from deceased family members on this account. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Dear Team, I recently set up a business ad account to boost sales for my online store. After creating one ad, I tried to set up another, but to my surprise, my ad account was disabled the following day, along with my Facebook profile. I understand the importance of Facebook's user protection policies and did not intend to violate them. If I made a mistake, I assure you it won't happen again. Unfortunately, my business page "Civions_Collections" was also affected. I kindly request assistance from the Facebook team to reactivate my ad account and profile or provide alternative suggestions for promoting my business on the platform. Thank you, Animesh

Hello,**I am Dejan Stakic, and I am attempting to recover a lost account on https:**www.facebook.com*dejan.stakic.* ([redacted]yoda). I do not have access to the associated email or phone number anymore. The phone with the password saved is no longer working, and the laptop I used to log in is at a previous workplace. I can recall a security question answer, which is "Yoda," but it does not prompt me for it. It has been over a year, probably more, since I last accessed this account. The email linked to the account is inaccessible. I now have a new email, [redacted], but it is connected to another account that I do not mind deleting. I am unsure whom to contact for assistance with this issue. Thank you in advance.

My phone broke three days ago, and I have been trying to access my account. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and didn't realize there was a generator code attached to my account. I don't have access to that code in any way. Could someone please help me by removing the code, changing my password to Tanigh2006, and updating the email to [redacted]? Thank you. For reference, the name on my account is Baby Jae, and it includes special characters that I can't input on this computer. You can also locate my account using the number [redacted]. Please note that I am unable to receive messages or codes on that number.

I have had multiple Facebook accounts, but rarely used them. I now want to use Facebook for both my personal and business needs, but all my accounts have been disabled. I tried uploading my ID and taking a photo as per their instructions multiple times, but I haven't received any response. I just want Facebook to enable me to have one account for my business and one for personal use. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hello, my name is Wanda Grey, and I visited my daughter for her surgery but realized I left my phone at home. I would appreciate it if you could assist me by sending a code or a temporary password. When I tried to log in, Yahoo requested payment to log on to a new device. My main email is [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. The recovery or secondary email is [redacted], which I cannot access currently. Please send any communication to my daughter's email. If needed, you can reach her at [redacted]. Thank you.

I'm Kierra McCamy and I'm facing an issue with my Facebook account. The account, with a profile picture of me wearing a red hat, is linked to an inactive email. I can't remember the password as I haven't needed to log in for years as it was always logged in on my phone. The account holds significant memories and photos for me. Despite trying various methods like emailing Facebook and requesting codes, all attempts led me to creating a new page. However, I am eager to regain access to my old account as I have proof of ownership. It seems my phone number isn't linked to the account, but when I search using the number, it does show up. I'm feeling overwhelmed and confused about what to do next. Any help would be appreciated.
