To recover your Facebook account click https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/183000765122339 then enter your email or phone number into the space on the screen and click “Search”. You should see your profile picture show up on the right side of the next page with an option to send a code to your email on the account or the phone number on the account. Choose one, then go to your email or phone number you choose to get the code. Enter the code and click “Continue”, from there you should be prompted to create a new password. Once you create a new password you should be able to log in.

Regarding my FB account, FB has blocked me for hate speech when I never posted anything. I tried telling them that my account had been hacked because I went through the security checks and found a name*acct in my friends list whom I never friended. I deleted and blocked. Then I went and changed my password. I've explained all this to them and they won't listen. They keep saying I've posted at least * times and I'm telling them that *I* did not post anything like that. I'm telling them I got hacked but they won't listen to me and now they won't even allow me to send comments back to them. They just extended my restriction until Nov **rd when it had been Nov **th. They claim I again violated their community standards by posting again on Thursday Oct **th. I can't, I'm blocked! I think it's more than obvious now that I was hacked and the hacker is still posting under my name and account. FB doesn't allow any appeals other than telling them you didn't so something and they come back and say you did and here is what you typed but then they won't tell you where you allegedly posted said violations. **Lisa Rose Foote
