My Instagram account with the username 'mhanan01' was permanently deleted by Instagram for violating their community guidelines. The account, created with the email '[redacted],' was hacked two days before the deletion, possibly leading to inappropriate content being posted without my knowledge. This was the first time I have encountered such a situation, and I did not receive any prior warning or a temporary disablement of my account. I am eager to regain access to my account as it contains personal photos and years of activity. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Hanan.

I encountered a hacking incident through a supposed leasing agent on a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house I found on Marketplace via Facebook. Initially, I provided my email for more information but received suspicious code messages about my Facebook password being changed. The imposter then requested my ID photo, which I declined. Subsequently, my email was altered, leading me to contact the local authorities. This led to the hacker changing it back temporarily. Despite our visit to the police station, he managed to change it again to "mattD" and still holds control of the account where my photos and videos are stored. Desperately seeking a way to access my account, I have exhausted all attempts along with my fiancé. Any assistance in regaining access to retrieve my content and permanently closing the compromised account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am encountering issues with my Facebook business account. When I registered for the business account, it got linked to my wife's personal account since she was logged in on our computer. Consequently, she became the admin and owner of the business account. Even though I managed to make myself the admin and remove her from the account, it remains connected to her account, which she does not want. Additionally, I faced an issue creating the pixel, requiring me to do it twice for it to work. Upon trying to associate the pixel with the ad account, I discovered two pixels. The one I want to use is the second one which was successfully set up and tested. However, I am unable to substitute the first pixel with the second one. I suspect there might be two business accounts due to trying to assign me as the admin. There are different account numbers associated with the business name in my and my wife's accounts. I am contemplating deleting the business account and creating a new one under my personal Facebook account. If I proceed with deletion, will I be able to recreate the business account using the same email addresses and business name? I only stand to lose the time I have invested as I lack significant data. I have devoted numerous hours grappling with this dilemma in the Facebook Business Manager without any concrete outcome. I would appreciate any assistance or guidance you can extend. Thank you, Ken

I recently acquired a new phone number with Metro PCS on October 19, [redacted], which was [redacted]. After setting up the phone, I updated my profiles on various apps including Facebook and Messenger to reflect the new number. However, the next day I had to return the phone and cancel the line at the same place of purchase. Now, when trying to access my accounts, I encounter an issue with receiving the reset code at my current email address ([redacted]) but having it sent to the old number ([redacted]) that was canceled. I am requesting assistance to have the reset code sent to my former number ([redacted]) which can still receive messages. Thank you, Charles Clark (a.k.a. Chaz Clark).

I've recently been informed that I've violated community standards on Facebook and I'm blocked until Nov 15th. Upon reviewing my account, I noticed an unfamiliar person on my friend list, and since I don't add people without profile pictures, I removed them and changed my password. Today, I checked to see if the ban was lifted, but instead, I received a message stating I posted again on Oct 24th, while still blocked. It seems unlikely I could post while blocked, and I believe my account has been hacked. Unfortunately, Facebook has not rectified this issue or provided assistance. I hope they can address these problems more effectively. - L. R. Foote

Around 3 to 4 weeks back, I got locked out of my Facebook account and was asked to verify my identity. My username is Herbie Vore, inspired by my recent trip to Europe where I connected with fellow members of the local Turbojugends. I created the account to stay in touch with them, and as a part of the Turbojugend Organization, I go by Herbie Vore. I got locked out in the middle of important conversations with members from all over the world, and it's really frustrating not being able to access them. I've been waiting patiently for Facebook to reach out, but so far, I haven't heard anything. Thank you for your time.

After leaving my previous job, I removed my personal information from my work devices with my Facebook account still logged in. I am now unable to access my Facebook account on my personal computer as I have forgotten the password. When trying to reset the password, I realized I no longer have access to the email linked to my account due to a change in telecom providers. In my attempts to recover my account, I mistakenly reported it as being hacked and created a new Facebook page. I would like assistance in recovering access to my original Facebook page. Thank you.

Hello, within hours of using Facebook, my account was blocked. I am unsure of the reason for this action. I do not engage in using inappropriate language or posting explicit content. It is important to me to understand why my account was blocked, even if I unknowingly violated any policies. I am requesting clarity on the specific reason for the block to avoid similar issues in the future. Thank you for your anticipated assistance. I would appreciate receiving details on the violation that led to my account being blocked so I can address it accordingly. Thank you. Regards, D.G.

I have not used Facebook for almost a year, and multiple accounts have been created in my name. Friend requests have been sent to my friends, and my original account was hacked, sending out messages I didn't write. I reported these issues today using a new account I created with my email address. Unfortunately, this new account is now disabled. I want to use a correct Facebook account. There are other accounts under variations of my name with similar photos. My legal name is Kristy Ehrhardt, but I currently use my maiden name Kristy Yates due to a divorce. I am from Cincinnati, lived in West Chester, and now reside in Dayton, Ohio. The correct account shows my current hometown as Eastside Dayton. I suspect these issues are related to my missing son, and I have experienced multiple Facebook hacks before. Any advice on securing my accounts is appreciated. I believe my phone was remotely accessed, allowing hackers to clone my Facebook. Family and friends have been receiving fake friend requests from me.

My Facebook account has been hacked, and all my personal information, including my email, phone number, name, and profile picture, has been changed. Unfortunately, I cannot access my account anymore. I am extremely upset because I had precious photos on there, particularly of my youngest son when he was born and in the hospital. Those pictures were the only copies I had left of him since he is no longer with me. I urgently need access to my account restored. I am determined to hold the person responsible for this accountable, even if it means taking legal action. The photos of my baby are invaluable to me, and I am willing to go to great lengths to retrieve them.

I recently updated my phone number but forgot to update it on Facebook. I know my email, old phone number, and password, but when I tried to log in, my email was changed to an unfamiliar one. Despite several attempts, I'm unable to access my account, suspecting it's been hacked. My friends can confirm my identity, and I have an ID for verification.

Hello, My name is Dahabo, also known as Dahabe Abdella. I am reaching out for help with my Facebook account issue. I contacted the Facebook team after discovering my page was hacked. Unfortunately, my personal, public figure, and nonprofit organization pages were disabled instead of removing the hackers. I have submitted all required information through the appeal form multiple times over the past four days but have not received any acknowledgment of my messages. I have been using Facebook for over 8 years, storing memories of my family, kids, and the people I serve on my page. It feels unjust to be punished for a hacked account. I was unaware of any issues until my phone unexpectedly restarted and prompted for my phone number and photo upload. I am uncertain about what occurred, and I am disappointed with the situation that has persisted for almost a week. As a human rights advocate with 107k followers, I am cautious about what I share on my page and strictly communicate within my circle. I do not recall posting anything inappropriate recently or ever. I am a responsible mother and respectful individual. I am willing to remove any content deemed offensive to have my account reinstated. Despite emailing Facebook tech support and submitting the appeal form several times in the last few days, I have not received any responses. I am unsure if my requests are being received, and I urgently need assistance. Facebook is my primary means of staying connected with family and friends overseas. Reinstating my account is crucial for communication. Thank you, Dahabe Abdella

I recently discovered I was unable to post on Facebook for 3 days without any specific explanation as to why. Although I filled out an appeal, I received no response. After the initial block, I was able to post again briefly, only to subsequently have my 12+ years old Facebook account deleted. Losing access to a decade's worth of memories, including connections with lost friends and family as well as precious photos and videos, has been distressing. Despite my efforts to reach out to Facebook for clarification and assistance, I have been met with nonexistent customer service. The lack of communication is particularly disheartening considering Facebook's massive global reach. Not being able to engage with a support team has left me feeling lost and unsure of where to seek help. This situation is even more challenging as I am no longer part of a vital support group for my family members dealing with serious health issues. The lack of transparency from Facebook regarding the actions leading to the account deletion has left me frustrated and without recourse.

I recently set up a Facebook account and quickly created a business page using it. However, shortly after, Facebook disabled my account and requested identity verification. I submitted all the required documents, but my account remained disabled. I then tried creating a new account using the same number, and although successful, I couldn't use the previous username for my business page. I eventually deleted the account, waited a month for it to be fully removed, and now, when I try to reuse the same username, I am informed it's already taken. I need advice on how to retrieve my desired username for the page.

Hello. I am trying to settle my bills for my first ad campaign. However, whenever I attempt to make a payment, it automatically includes new ads that I am trying to promote. I am unable to delete the latest ad that keeps getting added whenever I try to pay for my original ad. This situation is very frustrating. The new posts that keep getting added have not even been posted yet, but they continue to accumulate, causing my bill to increase. I simply want to pay for my initial post, but I am struggling to understand why this is happening. I do not wish to pay for the new posts that keep getting added repeatedly because my intention is to settle the payment for my first ad. I did not intend to create additional ads, I only want to pay for the first ad campaign. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

On 08/30/[redacted], my Facebook account was hacked. My login email is [redacted], but I am unsure of the password. I would like it to be changed to $$jasonjanet12. The hacker altered the password and associated emails, making it impossible for me to access my account. Facebook has disabled my account due to the hacker's conduct. I need Facebook to restore my original account, correct the emails to [redacted] and [redacted], and activate my mobile number. I am in desperate need to recover my account as I have lost all my memories, pictures, and communication with family and friends. I have tried creating a new account with no success. Two days ago, my friend's account was hacked. The hacker gained access to her account through another friend who was previously hacked and requested my friend's phone number under false pretenses. The following day, my friend attempted to recover her account but discovered the hacker had repeatedly requested verification codes until Facebook flagged the activity as misuse. Tonight, she received more emails with the hacker seeking codes, resulting in temporary access restriction. She has informed her friends about the hack and urged them to report it, but Facebook has not disabled the account despite multiple reports. Is there a solution to this issue?

Dear Facebook Team, My name is Mohammad Bilal Ali and my Facebook ID is under the name Bilal Ali. It was blocked by you some time ago and a verification document was requested. I uploaded my PAN card, 10th-grade mark sheet, 12th-grade mark sheet, and a valid Urdu Diploma recognized by the Indian government as identification. Even after providing these documents, my account was not reinstated and was instead banned. This has caused me extreme mental distress. Therefore, I request that my Facebook account be returned to me, along with an explanation as to why it was disabled. I have been using this account regularly for many years and have never done anything to hurt anyone's feelings. Your actions have caused me severe mental anguish and I have become depressed. I humbly request you to reactivate my account. Thank you.
