To recover your Facebook account click https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/183000765122339 then enter your email or phone number into the space on the screen and click “Search”. You should see your profile picture show up on the right side of the next page with an option to send a code to your email on the account or the phone number on the account. Choose one, then go to your email or phone number you choose to get the code. Enter the code and click “Continue”, from there you should be prompted to create a new password. Once you create a new password you should be able to log in.

Hello. My name is Calen Chan and I just barely had my Instagram account hacked and held as a ransom for money to retrieve it, but of course I did not comply and they deleted my account instead. I had almost **K followers and my account was verified, and as a consequence of it being deleted my career was damaged and many contracts for content deals I had were now compromised. When I went through the support center for hacked accounts, it told me to check my email for unusual logins or email change and I did indeed receive both emails, but when I clicked the "secure your account" one sent me to an error page and the other sent me to the Instagram login screen. The email that told me about the unusual device login said it came from North Salt Lake City, UT which is only ** minutes away from where I live. I desperately need help if it is possible, I had contracts with multiple companies to upload content onto my Instagram at a scheduled date which will be compromised if I don't get my account back. Please help me, my career is in danger!**My Instagram account name was @calen*chan. The hacker renamed it to @Instagrammer before deleting it.**Thanks!**Below is some screenshots attached to show some context of what was happening.**The email accounts of the person who hacked me are******@***.com******@***.com**Also this is the email he changed my Instagram account to.******@***.com
