I recently bought 4 tickets to the Yakima Taco Fest through an individual named Donald Scott and his wife Amanda Taylor. Initially, they offered the tickets at a good price as they couldn't use them. After agreeing on a price of $40, I made the payment and was asked to send a screenshot of the receipt, which I did. However, after that, they disappeared and blocked me on Facebook. Feeling deceived, I shared my experience on the Yakima Taco Fest page to warn others. Unfortunately, it seems I am not the only one they have tried to scam. I have all the message exchanges and photos for evidence. Now, I plan to contact the Yakima PD to report these scammers. I just wanted to enjoy the event with my grandchildren. Can you please help or advise on how to proceed? I feel violated by this experience and hope these individuals are held accountable for their actions. Thank you for your support. J. Olney

Hello! I need assistance with my business Instagram account. Previously, I was able to tag products in my posts and stories, but that feature seems to have disappeared. I suspect this might be due to a change in the account's location to the Philippines, as I am temporarily managing it as a social media manager. Our online store is actually based in the US, which is likely why we initially had access to the shopping feature. Is it possible to change the account's location back to the US to regain the shopping feature? Or can I still access the feature even with the account set in the Philippines? I simply want to be able to tag products again, so any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. You can find my account at @kingandfifthco. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My nephew, Stephen B., uses TeamViewer to help me with computer issues, but there seems to be a problem connecting on Facebook now. It's essential for me as I have a limited income, and TeamViewer, along with Stephen's help, is crucial. I believe there might be viruses on my computer despite having Norton. Can you please allow Stephen to reconnect to TeamViewer? My ID is #[redacted]. I trust Stephen, and I rely on his honesty to assist me. I appreciate any help in resolving this issue, especially since I currently have a virus on my computer.

I suspect that my accounts have been compromised. Existing accounts show Gmail addresses I can no longer access. I created a new account using the same name today, 09/15/19, to reestablish access. All my accounts are linked to the same phone number but as I cannot access the old ones, I need help transferring my messages and photos to the new account I am using. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering access to my previous accounts. Thank you, Lorraine P.

I have been banned from posting and commenting in groups and pages on Facebook due to sharing my spray paint art in art groups I am active in. This ban is in place until Wednesday. I have regularly shared my artwork in these groups meant for artists to post in, however, this time I got flagged. I have appealed the decision but it seems that Facebook cannot review individual reports. This is impacting my art business greatly as I not only showcase my art but also help other artists with their queries, particularly newcomers to the spray paint world. I was considering focusing full time on my art, but this ban is hindering my plans.

I created an account some time ago but never used it. Despite trying my name, old emails, and previous phone numbers, I can't seem to log in. I believe the account is active as I'm still in touch with friends through it. Recently, when I found my old email linked to the account, it began sending me messages. The account under the name Amara Ridenour with the URL amara.ridenour and a profile picture of a grey kitten needs to be deleted. I've been unsuccessful in doing so on my own. If deletion isn't feasible, providing new login credentials for me to remove it myself would suffice.

Hello Facebook Community, I am Ju-luis from the Philippines, a dedicated user of your outstanding service. Since I joined Facebook, I have not encountered any problems with my account, although there were minor issues before, which you promptly resolved. I want to commend you for your excellent work. Today, I am here not for my account but for my friend, RINA BINOS. Her account was reported by an individual named TUMAKDER, leading to her inability to access Facebook. The true wrongdoer is the one who reported my friend, and I can vouch for this using my account. I am not demanding an immediate reinstatement of my friend's account, but I kindly request you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take action against the responsible party based on Facebook's Terms of Service, which prohibits various types of misconduct. One possible way to identify the culprit is by reviewing messages. I believe my friend is a well-behaved young lady who always avoids using offensive language and respects others' rights. That is all for now. Keep up the good work, Facebook. May we all be guided to do what is right by a higher power.

I am seeking assistance to address the continuous violations on my Facebook page without clear explanations or due process for resolving them. I have received numerous ambiguous violation notifications in my inbox, hindering my ability to rectify the issues. This is crucial as I plan to invest heavily in Facebook advertising to attract sponsors for my TV show associated with the page. Being a paying customer, I believe it's imperative to receive proper support. It would be greatly appreciated if a Facebook representative could reach out to discuss and resolve these matters promptly. Thank you for your attention to this concern. - Al C., Administrator of Sergeant Al’s Traffic Ticket Blog

Hello, I need assistance with my Facebook account. I verified my identity by entering the code from my trusted contacts and was told to expect an email with a link for account recovery. It's been 14 hours since then, and I have not received the email. I've checked my spam folder and Gmail settings, but everything seems fine. I've been trying to recover my account for a week now, and the help center hasn't provided a solution matching my situation. Can you help me figure out what to do next? Thank you.

I was logged out of my Facebook account while using it. After changing my password successfully, I encountered a message stating my account was locked for suspicious activity. To unlock it, I had to provide my date of birth, identify friends, and recognize my posts. Despite answering correctly and providing evidence with screenshots, I'm still unable to access my account. I've been locked out since yesterday. I want to share this proof via email as I find this situation concerning. I'm certain I correctly answered the security questions. I urge someone to contact me for further explanation about why I'm unable to access my account. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I have been attempting for months to address an issue with my Ad Account on Facebook. I am unable to make any payments, verify my tax information (VAT), or resolve my account verification problem. I also cannot delete previous promotions or add colleagues to my ad account for professional collaborations. Additionally, the ads manager indicates that my ad account may not be active. In November [redacted], the Facebook Team advised me to fill out a contact form to address the issue. Despite following the instructions and submitting the form, I have seen no progress. In July [redacted], I received a response acknowledging my report, but no action was taken to resolve the issue. Since then, I have not received any further responses to my submissions or subsequent requests regarding this matter, the latest being on September 12, [redacted]. Facebook is crucial for my freelance business (Tour Guiding, Tour Operating) as it allows me to communicate with clients and attract new ones. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you!

I would like to sincerely apologize for any actions that may have led to my Facebook account being disabled. I want to assure you that I have carefully reviewed your rules and will adhere to them strictly in the future. I want to confirm that the account associated with this email address ([redacted]) is genuine and legitimate. I am a 4th-year Medicine and Surgery student at the University of Benin, Benin City, and I do not engage in any fraudulent activities. My account is the only one used by my family, friends, colleagues, and important individuals in society. I am requesting for the account to be reactivated so I can regain access to it. I have provided several valid identification cards and my birth certificate containing my name and birth date. I respectfully ask for your assistance in reinstating my account. Additionally, I had a pending advertisement on my page that was approved by your team before the account was disabled. I urge you to acknowledge the authenticity of my account and allow me to access it again. Thank you, Facebook.

Good afternoon, I would like to recover my account Ichthus A. PB, which is currently being used by someone named Raymond Lee. I use "Ichthus A Pb" for security reasons due to the nature of my work in law enforcement. I have noticed that all my photos have been deleted from my account, and I am concerned that important information may have been accessed, particularly in Messenger. I hope to recover my account as soon as possible. The password I used is "Miggyviatsy." Please contact me at [redacted] or at [redacted]8/[redacted]6 with any updates on the recovery process. Thank you for your assistance. Angelo Pestaño Babia, also known as Ichthus A Pb. Thank you and have a good day!

I am facing difficulty accessing my Facebook account after forgetting my password and no longer having access to the associated email. I followed the account recovery process involving trusted contacts sending me verification codes. Despite successful identity verification, I did not receive the follow-up email at [redacted] to continue account recovery. I have checked all email folders and tried on multiple devices but encountered the same issue. I hope this clarifies my situation in the hopes of finding a resolution. Thank you.

While using the Facebook App, I noticed unfamiliar login locations shown under security settings. It indicates logins in Black burn and Chertsey, which are not places I have visited as I reside in the Isle Of Wight. I attempted to log out of all sessions but hesitated as it mentioned logging out of all devices, including my current one. Since I do not recall my password and cannot access the associated email, I am uncertain how to proceed. It seems someone else is accessing my account, and I wish to update my password to secure it.

I encountered an issue when trying to log into my long-standing Facebook account. After receiving an authentication failure message, I attempted to change my password, only to discover that the reset code was being sent to an unfamiliar email address, not mine, which has been associated with the account since [redacted]. Furthermore, when trying to input my phone number for verification, it was not recognized. In an effort to alert my contacts about the hack, I created a new account, but now only the new account appears. I am distressed by the ease with which someone gained access, changed my information, and locked me out. The safety of personal photos, particularly those of my children, is a significant concern. I am reaching out for assistance to resolve this unsettling situation before resorting to contacting support for further help.

Hello, I am having difficulty accessing my Facebook account that I created six years ago using an email address that I can't remember the password for (**@yahoo.com). I never added an alternative email or phone number for verification. Recently, I was logged out of my account and when I tried to reset the password, Facebook said it was changed, likely by someone else. The issue is that Facebook is sending the verification code to the Yahoo email that I can't access because I don't remember the password and Yahoo says the account doesn't exist. I am unsure how Facebook is still sending codes to that email address. I really want to recover my account as I have so many memories from the past six years on it. I hope to find a solution to regain access to my account through this platform.

My Facebook account was hacked, and the password was changed. I no longer have access to the linked email address, so I'm stuck without a way to recover my account. I followed the steps provided to verify my identity by sending a copy of my driver's license. I received a code via email, but when I tried to use it to log in, I encountered an error message due to too many attempts. Despite being informed the code was valid for 7 days, the next day it was marked as expired. It's frustrating that while my account was easily compromised, Facebook is now giving me a hard time reclaiming it, especially after I've already proven my identity. I simply want my account unlocked now.

My account was recently re-enabled after being disabled a few months ago. However, upon trying to log in, I encountered a message stating, "Please confirm your identity." Facebook is requesting me to confirm my identity through my trusted friends, but unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in reaching out to them for assistance. I am unable to proceed with this method. I kindly ask for an alternative way to confirm my identity, such as through email. Please send the confirmation code to the email address provided. Thank you.

I am quite upset as my official account got disabled 20 days ago. I am dissatisfied with Facebook. Random friend requests and messages were flooding in, and when I stopped replying, my account was disabled shortly after. This is my official account, and I have important details saved on it. Please expedite the process of reactivating my account. I have reached out before but have not received a response from Facebook. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
