My Facebook account, under the name SnoopieComeHome, has been compromised by someone claiming to be a grant approval specialist named Elijah Smith Jr. He used my account to scam my friends and family out of a substantial amount of money. This person changed the phone number and email associated with my account, making it impossible for me to log in. I need access to my account to contact my family members overseas. It has been a frustrating experience trying to regain control of my account since last December. If there is a way to assist me in recovering my account, please reach out to me at [redacted]. Thank you for your help, SnoopieComeHome (Tonyka Martin).

I received a message on my Facebook page offering to rent it for advertising through instant articles. The scammer requested my email to invite me to a Facebook business account via a provided link, to which I agreed. A few days after clicking the email link, I discovered my account had been removed from the page admin role, resulting in the loss of my page. Since [redacted], I have managed the Facebook page facebook.com/pageRGK and served as the admin under my account azeem.zainal. This page was created for charity purposes, focusing on supporting Malaysian army veterans. The promised opportunity to earn income for charity through the scam turned out to be a deception, leading to financial losses meant for Malaysian Army Veterans.

A picture of my nephew has been posted on Facebook without permission by a woman named Susan Carlson in Pondichèry, Puducherry, India. The post contains false information about how he passed away and his age. Despite multiple requests from family and friends, she has not taken it down. This happened on Tuesday, September 10, [redacted], just after the one year anniversary of his death. The post has been flagged and commented on but remains. Other similar posts have been removed, but she has not cooperated. We are asking for immediate removal of the picture as she does not have the family's consent to share it. Any further details needed, please ask. Thank you.

I received a message on my Facebook page offering to rent it for advertising through Instant Articles. The scammer requested my email to invite me to a Facebook Business account via a link. I complied, and days later, I discovered I had been removed as the admin of my page, losing control. I created the page facebook.com/pageRGK in support of Malaysian Army veterans but have now fallen victim to a scam promising income for charity. I urge Facebook to investigate this matter, restore my admin role, and prevent further scam activity.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. When I attempt to log in, I receive an error message stating that my password is incorrect. I used one phone number to log in previously but recently updated it to my current number. Despite clicking on the "forgot password" option and requesting an SMS code to my current number, I have not received any codes after trying at least 30 times. Although the Facebook app on my phone is still logged in, I am unable to log back in on my laptop. Additionally, I cannot remove the old phone number as it requires the password, and the security settings indicate that the number is shared by another user. This situation is confusing, and I simply want to regain access to my Facebook account.

I have been attempting to contact Facebook's technical support phone number for help with recovering my hacked account. I am frustrated because they seem to be unavailable on weekends and I have the required verification cards ready. I need access to my important data on Facebook, especially regarding my child. Is there an alternative method to regain access to my account? Please reach out via email. Thank you.

Facebook needs to improve its Marketplace policies. Recently, my listing got flagged for innocent wording due to the platform's strict AI algorithms. Words like "die hard" were mistakenly flagged, causing frustration. I plan to switch to OfferUp after my current listings expire, as dealing with unnecessary restrictions is too cumbersome. Hopefully, Facebook will enhance its system in the future to provide a smoother experience for users.

Dear Sir, I am writing to report that my personal Facebook account was disabled due to an error. Last August 22nd, while inviting some friends to my Facebook group, I was unexpectedly logged out. Subsequently, I was asked for a face verification, to which I submitted a photo of myself. The following day, my account was disabled without any explanation. Despite my continuous efforts to submit my real documents to Facebook, I have not received any response from their team. This has caused me significant issues as I manage a Facebook page and group, of which I am the creator. I believe I have not violated any community guidelines and am seeking your assistance in restoring my account promptly. Thank you, Anup

I have experienced ongoing harassment from a woman who has multiple Facebook accounts and repeatedly targets me on Facebook Marketplace. After agreeing to meet for a sale and keeping me waiting, she never shows up, causing me significant inconvenience. Despite my patience, she sends abusive messages when I express my inability to wait any longer. This has occurred multiple times across different accounts she owns. Suddenly, Facebook disabled my account, which I suspect is related to her actions. I tried reporting the issue through Facebook's designated page for reporting incidents, but encountered an error message when attempting to send the report. Law enforcement explained they are unable to assist without identifying the individual. Unfortunately, her failure to appear means I cannot obtain her license plate information for further action.

I recently noticed that my Facebook account has been altered without my knowledge. It now displays my grandson's name and all notifications are directed towards him instead of me. Even messages I send show up as being from him. I don't use Facebook often, but this is concerning. I am unsure how this switch occurred and would appreciate any assistance to rectify this issue. If needed, I am open to closing the current account and starting afresh. I suspect potential hacking attempts, and both my grandson and I are unaware of how this change transpired. Please reach out to me at [redacted] for any guidance or help. My first name for the account is Renee and my last name is Moy.

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account because I can't reset my password. The email associated with the account, hotmail.com, is no longer available since Hotmail was acquired by Microsoft. Additionally, when I enter my phone number, it doesn't recognize it. I've tried uploading my ID for verification, but I haven't received any helpful responses. It keeps asking to send a code to my email which I can't access. I've contacted Hotmail (Microsoft) for help, but since the account was discontinued due to inactivity, I can't recover it. It seems someone else now has the username connected to my email address, [redacted], making it impossible for me to access my email account as well.

Hello, I am having difficulty pausing my active advertisements as I am unable to access my Facebook account on my computer or the Ads Manager Mobile app. This issue arises as I need to approve the login through a registered device, but I keep encountering an error message on the Facebook app that says, "Sorry, something went wrong." Despite reaching out to Facebook Ads Support through chat and following their suggestions, my problem remains unresolved. I am prepared to go through any verification process necessary to confirm ownership of both my account and Business Manager account. My primary goal is to regain access so I can properly manage my ads. Kindly reach out to me promptly to assist in resolving this matter.

Today, I discovered that Facebook's customer support is lacking. Why do they require a $5 group fee to address inquiries when their employees are already paid, including Sir Mark who earns millions monthly? It seems unnecessary for customers to pay more. Additionally, legitimate content is being blocked due to unverified abuse reports. Facebook should thoroughly investigate before taking such actions, and the automatic blocking process is frustrating many users. This message is to raise awareness rather than seeking answers. It's concerning that a platform with significant earnings lacks sufficient customer support. The requirement to pay for assistance is unacceptable. Perhaps Facebook should consider improvements or be replaced by a more accountable alternative. Small businesses often provide superior support. Despite efforts, it seems Facebook prioritizes profit over user assistance. This pattern may lead to legal issues for Mark in the future. Personal message to Mark: as the app owner, please address these issues.

Dear Support Team, I am kindly requesting a reevaluation of my situation as my friend attempted to play a prank on me. I implore you to trust that I have been a loyal Facebook user since [redacted], never once breaching any policies intentionally. I have essential saved posts and I serve as an admin on several pages, a responsibility I take seriously, having invested over [redacted] USD in a single page. Additionally, there are many important links saved in messages to myself. The value of this account cannot be overstated; losing it would have severe repercussions on my life. I assure you that this incident will not happen again. I earnestly seek your understanding as losing this account would devastate me. I am connected to numerous applications and websites through this account, the loss of which would be catastrophic. Please grant me the opportunity to rectify this situation. I appreciate your reconsideration. Sincerely, Khaled K.

My account was compromised 30 days ago and subsequently restricted. I contacted a helpline where they accessed my devices confirming the hack. After allegedly addressing the issue, they demanded payment, which I couldn't afford, leading to a rude interaction prompting me to seek advice from my antivirus provider. They advised against such payment requests and secured my systems. I later reached out to a purported Facebook support number, suspicious it was the same group, as they steered me to similar links. When I mentioned my prior experience, they demanded a substantial sum to restore my page, issuing threats when I declined.

Approximately a week ago, I made a post on a group page about Brexit. User 'Willy Prand' accused all Brexit voters of being racist, which offended me as my post was not racist. There were subsequent heated exchanges where he reported my comments as bullying. While my comments were sarcastic, they were not meant to bully. I have appealed the blocks on my account but keep receiving extended restrictions. 'Willy Prand' seems to stir up arguments in groups according to local friends. I previously had to verify my ID for using a nickname on Facebook. Now, due to these reports, I am blocked until 14th October, affecting my ability to reach out to friends, family, and work contacts. Despite my appeals, Facebook continues to extend the block without proper review. I urge Facebook to address this issue promptly and lift the block. Thank you, Paul Chenery (Dilligaf Squad)

I encountered a frustrating situation with an iPhone X I purchased for $[redacted] from the Facebook marketplace. The seller claimed it was unlocked, but upon inserting my SIM card, it displayed a message stating “sim is not supported.” After verifying with my carrier, Cricket, I learned the phone was locked to Sprint and still under lease. Despite contacting the initial seller, they shifted responsibility to a previous owner who suggested jailbreaking the device. Unfortunately, the seller and original owner stopped responding, leaving me with a unusable phone and a significant loss of money. I've reported the issue but seek guidance on writing a claim to potentially recover my funds, as the seller refused a refund due to unemployment. My attempts to reach them through various means have been unsuccessful, and I'm at a loss on how to proceed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I recently used Facebook Marketplace to find a vehicle for my father-in-law. I came across a great deal across various categories and contacted the seller expressing interest. I have all the communication saved. I received a payment invoice from eBay, used eBay cards to pay, received a confirmation number, and was given a delivery time and date. However, the seller is now asking for an additional $[redacted] via email. Upon further investigation, I discovered the same truck listed with the same seller but a different email address. It appears to be a scam. I have reported this to eBay, Marketplace, and law enforcement, but so far, no resolution. I have gathered information on the seller, including fake and real names, multiple email accounts, and addresses. The seller is still active on your site selling the same truck. Is there any way I can get help or further assistance to resolve this situation, as no one seems to know what to do?
