Hello, *** My name is Ashley. I've really hit a snag with my Facebook pixel and hoping you can help me solve this problem. I can't run Facebook ads until it's fixed. *** I created a facebook pixel a little while back and installed it on my Shopify store. The pixel is firing great, here is my problem. I created my very first campaign*ad set on my Facebook business manager (to the correct business account- I have *, and one personal of course). Unfortunately, it made me create a brand new pixel, and wouldn't allow me to link the pixel that's already firing. *** Before I run my first Facebook ad (which I'd like to start as soon as this issue is fixed), I want to make sure the correct Facebook pixel is linked. Right now, it's only linked to this brand new pixel . I need this campaign*adset to link to the correct facebook pixels. **I'm happy to provide you with the facebook pixel ID if you think you can help. **I could REALLY use your help in helping me fix this.
