If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. Facebook has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account. If your account is disabled then click here https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/260749603972907 and you have access to your email or phone number you may be able to recover your account.

A while ago I created a Facebook page for my e-commerce store Noh Mercy Clothing. I was planning on using Facebook ads to optimize growth for my business however my account has become disabled and I cannot use my phone number to create a new account. I dug around and wasn't able to find an explanation however I did remember that I changed my profile name to Noh Mercy temporarily and I likely forgot to change it back. My account was fairly new and I had already paid for a few ads for my page. I would be open to either recovering this account, or creating a new account altogether however, I am unable to use the same phone number more than once so I am at a bit of a standstill... I would love to have access to Facebook's advertising programs as they are crucial for a successful E-Commerce store. Would love to hear back with any additional info or any potential solutions to this issue.
