Facebook has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account. If your account is disabled then click here https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/260749603972907 and you have access to your email or phone number you may be able to recover your account.

One of the pages which I and many others like me follow on daily basis is "Divine Foundation for Science of living". But the admin of the page "Om parkash mittal" his Facebook account has been disabled. He was doing a great social welfare for the entire community by posting socio-spiritual & life related messages and guiding many like me in our troubled time. As his account is not active we are unable to contact him for our problems. I don't know why Facebook would remove account of such a great personality who is doing social welfare through social media. It is my humble request that account of "Om parkash mittal" be restored at the earliest so that me and many others like us can be benefitted by this great soul via the media of Facebook.*Today on * July Facebook has even disabled the page of "Divine Foundation for Science of living". The page had almost ***** followers from all over the world. This page had been active since last * years and was daily dose of motivational and spiritual messages. I request Facebook to personally verify the page and restore it as it was doing a great service for the entire mankind. Regards.
