I am trying to regain access to my account after it was possibly taken over by someone I previously allowed to rent a room. Despite sending my ID once and Facebook resetting the account two years ago, the issue persists. I can see my account information that I clearly recognize, but the password was changed without my knowledge about nine months ago. I suspect the person who had access to my phone also gained entry to my account. I am unable to reach out to one of my trusted contacts currently. I have tried creating temporary accounts, but they encounter the same issues. I reported fake profiles before, but now I am unsure of what to do to recover my account. Hello, I recently discovered that my Facebook account was hacked on Wednesday night. A similar incident occurred to a friend days ago, and unfortunately, the same thing happened to me. The hackers not only locked me out of my account but also disabled my Messenger access. When I attempted to reset my password, they changed my original one and altered the associated email addresses. Each time I tried to receive a verification code via mobile, it failed due to multiple attempts by the hacker, leaving me helpless except for asking my friends to report the hack. Early Thursday morning at 5:30 AM, I could still access my messenger, only to receive a threatening message from someone named Roxanna Rutiika. They demanded I join them on Skype in four minutes, or they would share inappropriate photos with my [redacted] Facebook friends. Refusing, I contacted the police and ACORN online crime services, providing them with screenshots of the entire conversation for evidence. Since then, I have continuously been harassed on Skype by this individual, questioning if I contacted the authorities while masquerading as me on Facebook through messages screenshot by concerned friends. This situation has escalated to a point where it is severely affecting me mentally and financially, as my business accounts are linked to this compromised Facebook page, hindering my online operations and tarnishing the reputation I have built over seven years. Feeling embarrassed, ashamed, hurt, and angry, as Facebook has not reached out to me despite numerous reports from friends regarding the hack, I am seeking urgent assistance in reclaiming my Facebook account. Witnessing my friend successfully regain control of her account gives me hope that I can restore mine as well. The longer the hacker holds my account, the more my life is being disrupted. I implore for help in resolving this distressing situation that is impacting me on various fronts.

I am experiencing issues with my FACEBOOK account being disabled, as it keeps indicating that I have violated some rules. This situation is confusing and frustrating, as I am certain I haven't done anything to cause this. I received a message from Sandra Hilario asking if I had received my money, but I was unsure what money she was referring to. Later, she mentioned winning a large sum from Facebook Financial Assistance and shared a phone number [redacted]. Upon texting the number, someone named Brenda Jones claimed I had won $[redacted].00 and needed to fill out an application. However, they insisted on secrecy and mentioned a cash envelope delivery by UPS, requiring my Facebook password. Suspecting a scam, I provided a false password, which they disputed. Due to past hacking experiences, I decided to let go of the issue. I suggest looking into this matter. If involving the sheriff is necessary, please advise accordingly. I am experiencing ongoing harassment on Baldwin NY Uncensored by Jon Hill, Kim Hill, and Bobby Dixon. They have been tagging me in posts on the site. I manage a community page in my town and had to remove them due to racial comments and harassment towards other community members. I blocked and removed them to prevent further issues. However, they are now retaliating on the uncensored site by targeting and harassing me. Despite reporting them to Facebook last month, no action was taken. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of response to this situation. If this isn't addressed promptly, I will escalate this matter to the news channels, sharing evidence of their behavior. I have been deactivated from Facebook without any explanation. It seems to be related to a post I made on a women's safety group warning others about my ex-partner. I believe I followed all the guidelines and provided evidence. I haven't received any warnings or details from Facebook. Being a victim of abuse, I find this situation distressing. Yesterday, I got a new phone and sent all my pictures and bank access information to my messenger. Unfortunately, I can't remember my password. I attempted to log in to the account I used to register my Facebook account, but I couldn't recall that password either. I tried to recover it using my old phone number, but I no longer have access to that number. My account was disabled randomly. I've already sent my photographic proof, and it's been a week later with no results, emails, or any communication. I haven't violated any terms of service. Ten years' worth of work is now gone. What worries me is that if the Facebook support team sends an email, they are likely sending it to the one linked to my Facebook account. I created my Facebook with the email [redacted], which I haven't used in 10 years. In fact, it no longer exists. My current email is [redacted] I'm concerned that the support team is sending emails to an account that is no longer active. This issue needs to be resolved as soon as possible. All my contacts, resources, and memories from the past 10 years are inaccessible. I have filed multiple appeals and will continue until I regain access. I'm frustrated beyond words at this point.

My friend organized a fundraiser for her birthday through a live video to support feeding hungry kids. I wanted to donate $5, but when I entered my card details, I received an error message about incorrect information. Even though I verified my details and tried again, it still didn't work. However, I later found out that $1 was deducted from my card for Facebook donations without my full authorization. Unfortunately, my friend didn't receive any notification of my donation, and it didn't reflect in the fundraiser. I am unsure about the whereabouts of this $1. While it may seem insignificant, I would like to have it returned to me or properly allocated to my friend's cause. On Tuesday, I started receiving consecutive messages in Messenger regarding BMWs. Initially, I ignored them until they became overwhelming. I clicked the blue dot at the top of the page for options and selected "Take me out of the group" and blocked them. On Wednesday morning, Facebook would unexpectedly close out. In Messenger, I see the option to continue as "[redacted][redacted]" or "THIS ISN'T ME." After clicking the latter, it prompts for my phone number or email. I input my number ([redacted]) and password. Despite attempting to confirm my identity and restart, the text confirmation code was never received. The process through the Facebook app also intermittently fails to send confirmation or reconfirmation codes. Additionally, I started receiving texts with numbers that turned out to be reset codes, later realizing my account had been compromised. I seek assistance in removing unauthorized access or guidance to regain control of my Facebook account. Thank you for your support.

I am seeking assistance regarding a concerning matter involving a person using the name Clift W Froggum on Facebook. The individual's actual name is Clift W Swindell, a convicted felon in Arkansas who has been stalking me in violation of a restraining order from Crawford Co. Arkansas. Despite reporting his fake profile multiple times for using a false name, Facebook has not taken action. As a military family based at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, we have also involved the FBI due to threats received through his Facebook page. The FBI suggested contacting Facebook directly to request the removal of his page, but my reports have not been effective. Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Dear Sirs, A few hours ago, I was requested to verify my account settings through trusted contacts. After reaching out to my three contacts for the numbers, upon attempting to input them, I was prompted to provide different information that was not the numbers from my friends. When I tried to log in from my other computer running on Windows 7, the system did not recognize it, so I was unable to gain access. Given that I have accumulated several hundred friends recently, identifying some of them as suggested was not feasible.
