To recover your Facebook account click https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/183000765122339 then enter your email or phone number into the space on the screen and click “Search”. You should see your profile picture show up on the right side of the next page with an option to send a code to your email on the account or the phone number on the account. Choose one, then go to your email or phone number you choose to get the code. Enter the code and click “Continue”, from there you should be prompted to create a new password. Once you create a new password you should be able to log in.
The issue in GetHuman-juleskat's own words
Accidentally uninstalled facebook on my phone. Reinstalled Facebook and tried to log in. Could not. Broke phone and got a new one. Still could not log in.Tried to change password from my iPad. Facebook said I was using an old password and that I needed to log out to change my password using the forgot password button. Could not reset password and cannot login from iPad.There is no email account associated with my account because I set it up with just my phone. I've been going in circles trying to reset my password. I suspect my account was hacked at some point because it said that I logged in in cities I have not been to. Really irritated and going a little crazy.

GetHuman-juleskat did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
