I am having trouble with my account being logged out while creating a business page and ads. Despite sending a picture, I had to do 2 security checks, which is frustrating. I find this security process very inconvenient and time-consuming. It's disappointing that Facebook lacks phone customer service. I would like access to my account restored promptly since getting locked out was unnecessary. I am concerned that I may have lost the progress I made earlier.

I forgot my Facebook password after being hacked. Someone sent friend requests using my account, but it wasn't me. The email linked to my account, [redacted], is no longer accessible since I changed providers. I sent my driver's license to verify my identity and requested a password reset link, but I haven't received it yet. I don't want to create a new account, so could you please send the reset email to this address? I also reached out via the Facebook Help Center, but haven't received assistance. How can I get the help I need? Thank you, Joni Rose.

Upon my youngest son joining the Marines, I created a Facebook account as per their recommendation to connect with other Marine parents through the Sandboxx app. To my surprise, my account got disabled after posting just two pictures - one of my oldest son's graduation last year from USF and the other of my youngest son's induction into the Marines at the Miami MEPS. I then submitted my Florida driver's license and concealed weapons permit to validate my identity as Mark Woodward. I am eager to have my account reinstated so I can join the Marine parent group and share my pride in my child serving the country.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing on behalf of Pu Hua International Pte Ltd to request assistance with linking our business profile on Instagram to @puhuaeco. Our current link is attached to @contestpuhua, managed by an advertising agency until the service ended in [redacted]. We have since created a new account, @puhuaeco, and would like to connect it to our Facebook business profile.
The register email for @contestpuhua belongs to the now-closed advertising agency, and we are unable to contact them. Despite trying to contact Instagram to remove the old account, we have not received a response. We kindly ask for Facebook's help to resolve this issue promptly, enabling us to link our own account and resume advertising efforts.

Each time I attempt to add funds to my game accounts, my debit card is declined due to suspicious activity. Even after using a different card, I encounter the same issue on Happy Acres, Bingo Bash, and Mahjon. I am unsure why my account is now locked. A family member, identified by their initials, attempted to add funds with their debit card, leading to this situation. I am frustrated when I reach the end of a purchase and I am unable to proceed with my game due to payment issues.

My husband and I recently received distressing news about our daughter Cheryl Lehman's health through a Facebook post allegedly made by her fiancee, Mark A. Escalera. After speaking with our daughter, we learned that the post was false; she's been in remission since [redacted]. Mark claims his account was hacked by either Rae Ann Sanchez or Veronica Garza. We are deeply upset by this cruel prank and believe it's important to identify the perpetrator. The ability to impersonate someone on Facebook is concerning, and we hope to uncover the individual responsible for this incident. We have saved a copy of the post for reference. Our main goal is to ensure that the person behind this is held accountable by having their access to Facebook revoked and facing appropriate consequences.

Subject: Assistance Needed with Failed Payment Transfer
Hello, I am reaching out regarding a payment transfer issue I am experiencing. On May 7th at 12:49 a.m., a payment was sent to me via Facebook Messenger. Despite the sender confirming payment, I have not received the funds. Upon making the request, I received an error message stating that my transaction was processing. To date, the money has not reflected in my account nor appears in my payment history. Even after contacting my bank, they have confirmed that the payment has not been received. I am now seeing an error code indicating that the payment has been canceled. I kindly request your support in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

I recently updated Facebook on my mobile and was signed out of the app, which was a first. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to log back into my original account.
I followed the steps to reset my password in order to regain access, but encountered errors with Facebook not sending the reset option correctly. While my associated email is [redacted], Facebook insists on sending the recovery code to [redacted], which I do not own. My email is a mail account, not a Gmail account.
I would appreciate it if Facebook could rectify this issue promptly so I can recover access to my original account.

I made an error entering my email address during the password reset process on Facebook. Consequently, I am unable to recollect the new password I set. Each time I attempt to reset the password, the code is sent to an incorrect email. Rectifying the email address input on my Facebook account to [redacted] instead of [redacted] seems impossible for me. Despite providing a copy of my ID, the issue persists. Kindly assist in updating my account's email to the correct one for password reset.

My post promoting the Nightcliff Seabreeze Festival in Darwin, Australia keeps getting blocked on my community page. It is a family-friendly post describing the event details and attractions such as alfresco bars, live music, dancing, and the Drag Territory show. I also mention the sponsors and provide a link to the full list of events. I am puzzled as to why it is being flagged as it adheres to all guidelines.

Hello everyone! I am facing an issue with my Facebook account where it's linked to an old email that has been hacked. I recently got a new phone and cannot recall my password. When I try to reset it, the reset code is being sent to the compromised email address. Creating a new account is an option, but all my social media is linked to this Facebook account. Is there a way to update my Facebook account to use my new email instead? I am willing to provide any necessary information to verify my ownership of the account. My name is J. Silvera and my Facebook username is Jess Silvera. Thank you.

I attempted to log into Facebook, and it displayed a message stating that my session had expired. When I tried to log back in, I couldn't proceed beyond the login picture. Upon attempting to access the Help Center, it indicated a lost connection. I requested a friend to check for my profile, only to discover that it is no longer visible. I suspect my account may have been disabled without any notification from Facebook. Given a past hacking incident, I am concerned this might have occurred again, resulting in the deletion of my Facebook account.

My Facebook account was disabled, claiming I'm ineligible to use the platform despite over 5 years of usage. I fear losing all my data and messages sent via Messenger to friends and loved ones. Also, many of my games and sites were linked to Facebook; losing access would mean losing all my progress. Please reinstate my account swiftly. This is crucial to me; I'm just a 17-year-old kid engaging in typical teenage activities. I'm unsure why it was disabled.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with my Facebook account that I’ve had for nearly a decade. I suspect it was compromised by spammers, likely due to the multiple hacks Facebook has experienced. I would greatly appreciate having my account reactivated, changing my password to resolve the issue. I have always maintained a clean online presence, refraining from posting anything inappropriate. Despite having sent my ID for verification, I am confused about what transpired. I hope to avoid starting anew. Thank you for your help; I assure you, I will promptly update my password.

I encountered an issue where Facebook requested my phone number for verification, but I never received the code. I double-checked my phone number, requested the code again, but still did not receive it. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I ended up locked out of my account. Despite waiting over 24 hours for a reset, the issue persisted, and I kept getting stuck in a loop of requesting a new code. The customer service emails I received didn't provide a solution, merely inquiring if the problem had been resolved. Frustrated with the situation, I am considering deleting my Facebook account and exploring alternatives like Inlinx, which I have recently joined and found promising.

Last Monday, on May 6th, [redacted], money was withdrawn from my bank account. I understand I have an outstanding balance for promoting posts on my Facebook page. I deactivated my Facebook for a 30-day challenge, calling it a Facebook Detox. I need a break as the current Facebook environment is disappointing with minimal interactions and negativity. Instagram, on the other hand, is preferred for its positive atmosphere, creativity, and active users from diverse backgrounds.
I am upset that Facebook withdrew [redacted] Baht without my consent. Just having my bank details doesn't give them the right to do this without prior notification via email, messenger, or phone. I am currently low on funds and will settle the payment once I reactivate my account post "Facebook Detox Challenge." Kindly refund the money back into my account. This action is not acceptable.
