My account has been disabled, they asked me to submit a photo of myself to verify my identity. I did so on May 5th and have still not heard back. I went to the help center and followed the instructions to recover my account, I submitted 3 forms for ID, but I haven't received any response. They mentioned they would send me an email, but I haven't received anything yet. I need to regain access to my account under the email: [redacted] There was an ad campaign running that I needed to stop, then they locked me out. Hopefully, it's not still active and charging me. This isn't the first time Facebook has done this to me, and it's frustrating. It's challenging to contact FB, which makes it even more frustrating. Please address this issue.

Hi, I am Jagvinder Singh. Someone named Sharan Kaur Binning is posting inappropriate images of me on Facebook along with false information. Despite being warned by the local police, she has not taken down the posts. This situation is not only affecting my livelihood and mental well-being but also impacting my family and friends who are connected to me on Facebook and those who are not. Building a good reputation is important, and I do not want her actions to tarnish mine. The local police are involved, but her actions are putting my safety at risk. My page focusing on complaints about Diamond Resorts, titled Ka'anapali Beach Club - Timeshare, was taken down. There was a similar page called Angry Owners of the Point at Poipu. If the removal was due to name similarity, I offer to rename it to Angry Owners of Ka'anapali Beach Club. I accidentally deleted the email from FB on April 8th regarding the page's removal, so please resend it for me to dispute and possibly reinstate the page with a different name. Thank you. Hello, I would like to delete my Facebook account as I have only used it a few times in the last 5 years. I have tried to reset the password but it's asking me to verify myself, which I prefer not to do. The email associated with the account is [redacted], which has remained the same since I created the account. I need to change my account password because I have forgotten it. I usually log in automatically on my phone, but now I can't access my account on my laptop as it prompts me for the password. I tried to reset it using the "forgot your password" option, but it requires logging in to an old Yahoo email I no longer use. When I tried to do this, it requested a verification code to be sent to an old phone number. However, I have a new phone number now. I have followed all possible methods, including using Facebook protocols, to reset my password. I am willing to provide personal information to prove my identity. I hope there is a more convenient way to reset my password.

When I tried to revert the change, the link was broken. I followed the Help Center's steps and procedures, but when I tried to reset the password, it said the token link had expired. I couldn't request a new one. I visited Facebook Offices in Los Angeles and Menlo Park, but they just had me fill out help requests that went unanswered. After sending a new request from the hacked email to my old account, I received a code. I sent a photo of myself with the code, but I never heard back. I tried using the code in the phone number space, but it didn't work. My Instagram page, as an actor's business page, lost followers, and while it's still connected to my Facebook Fan Page, everything else has been altered. Even though my images remain, the name and profile photo have been changed. My username is the same, but the account once posted spam and inappropriate photos that were reported and removed. I need guidance on how to regain control of my page and restore it."

Recently, my phone accidentally fell into a bucket of water, leading to the technician replacing the motherboard. Unfortunately, this phone is the only device through which I have access to my Facebook account created back in [redacted]. Regrettably, I never updated my recovery email, which I no longer have access to, and I also lost the associated phone number. I am desperately seeking help to recover my account as it serves as my primary means of communication with my family. Recently, I was informed by a colleague that my Facebook account was compromised. I immediately changed the password and followed the necessary steps to regain control of the account. Unfortunately, due to being at work, I couldn't adequately secure it at that time. I have a secondary account for business purposes under the name Estelle Joyce Malveda, created around June or July when I began working in [redacted]. The phone I originally used for this account is no longer operational. Due to months of inactivity, I now can't recall the email address or phone number used to set up this account. I am confident that my primary phone number was used since last year, but it seems like when I updated my main account information, my phone number was possibly removed from the second account. Hello there, I manage advertisements for my business on Facebook, and my account has been unexpectedly deactivated. Despite my attempts to appeal, I have been unsuccessful in having it reinstated. Upon creating a new account to continue promoting my business, it was promptly shut down within an hour without any activity on it. The same sequence of events occurred with subsequent new accounts. I accidentally uninstalled Facebook from my phone. After reinstalling it, I couldn't log in. Then, I broke my phone and replaced it but still couldn't access my account. I attempted to reset my password on my iPad, but Facebook identified my password as old and prompted me to log out to change it. I couldn't reset my password even after following the instructions. Since I never associated an email with my account, I'm stuck in a loop trying to resolve this issue. I suspect my account may have been hacked as it shows logins from cities I haven't visited. This situation is frustrating and confusing me.

I received a link from a friend on Facebook. When I clicked it, I was prompted to log in to my account, which I did. Now, I am unable to access my Facebook account, and whoever hacked it is sending messages to all my friends asking them to click the same link. I urgently need to regain control of my account.

I recently got a new phone and faced trouble accessing my existing Facebook account. Unfortunately, I accidentally followed prompts to create a new account using my old email and password. Even after deleting the new account, it keeps reappearing until 6/7. Although my wife and I can access the old account on desktop, every attempt to change the login or password brings up the new account instead. Today, I discovered that Emese Hasznos has published a story on Facebook with names and photos of me, Lee Manatsanun Munro, and my family without our consent. I have researched and found that in England, it is illegal to disclose personal details of non-public figures without permission. As I am not a public official or star, I have a right to privacy. I intend to contact the English police about this matter. I am deeply concerned about Emese's behavior and suspect she may be mentally unstable. She has harassed me through different means, including WhatsApp. This individual has created fake profiles to defame me and is trying to implicate me in serious allegations. I urge Emese to stop this harmful behavior as it is affecting my family. I question her motives and urge her to cease these actions.

My Jenna Brobst account was unexpectedly deactivated. I simply ask for it to be reactivated temporarily to retrieve photos. I have recently lost my parents, grandparents, and have precious pictures of them and my child in the albums. If I could have a few days to access the photos, I would greatly appreciate it. Hello, I faced a temporary block from Facebook for 3 days for breaching rules regarding selling items. I intended to remove the content once the block was lifted, but my account got blocked again immediately after the initial 3-day period. Eventually, my account has been disabled. I wanted to delete the content, but I couldn't access my page during the short period to do so, leading to the account being disabled. Sadly, I wasn't given a chance to remove the content before the account was disabled due to the block. Presently, I am unable to access my business page, MDOE Designs, nor my personal page, which did not violate any rules. Hello, I am seeking assistance with reactivating my Facebook account. I am unsure why it was disabled and kindly request for it to be reactivated. I was charged unexpectedly after providing my account details to boost my page. Despite requesting to discontinue the service due to excessive charges, I am still being billed. The pages in question are Snickers Art Wearhouse and MJ Penny. Please stop these charges immediately.
