I am reaching out because it seems like my account has been disabled, citing a violation of community standards. However, I am not clear on exactly what I have done wrong as it has not been specified. I complied with the request to provide a photo, choosing one from my phone gallery, but my account was disabled unexpectedly two days later. For the past six years, both my phone and computer systems have been compromised by unknown individuals. I suspect that they might be behind the alleged violations on "Facebook" or provided false information leading to this action. I hope that this issue can be resolved promptly. Thank you.

I need help getting a duplicate account that mirrors mine removed. There are a few differences in friends and organizations between the two accounts, but they are 90% similar. The passwords were somehow duplicated, and the ones saved on Chrome are not working. Changing the name on one account did not separate them. My Facebook account features a picture of me in a blue cap and sunglasses, but the dummy account does not have a picture and is now the primary account that shows up when my name is searched. I am unable to access my real account, which is under the name Michael Poor. Could you please delete the dummy account and restore my real one? This has been going on for over a year, and I rely on my account for various communications. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I'm experiencing difficulties with my Facebook page [Facebook.com/Saigonsoul]. Despite being the sole owner, I am unable to access all features. When I receive messages, they consistently begin with "Get Started" but do not display the actual message. This has resulted in my response rate plummeting, despite diligently replying to each person. These issues have persisted for over a year. I have submitted numerous screenshots and detailed descriptions of the problems but have not received any responses. I would greatly appreciate assistance with resolving these ongoing problems. I recently lost my phone, and unfortunately, I no longer remember my passwords for my email, Facebook, Instagram, and other accounts as I didn't need to enter them on my stolen device. This has made it challenging to access my account as I can't verify my identity through my old phone number or email. I am currently facing a serious issue involving an individual named Elizabeth V. I have documented evidence and have reported this to the authorities. Elizabeth has been making false accusations, harassing, and threatening me, even posting pictures of my children without my consent. She created an account using my personal details, including my address, phone number, and my children's school information. This could potentially put us in danger, and I urgently need assistance in having this account removed to protect my privacy and safety.

Hello, I am seeking assistance as I am having difficulties adding a new admin to my business Facebook page, Victorian Mansion Bed and Breakfast. I have been attempting to add myself as an admin several times, but each time the request seems to expire within minutes. Also, in a recent attempt to remove another admin from the page, it resulted in removing all admins. I am requesting help to either add the Victorian Mansion Bed and Breakfast page to my current Rod Rigole Facebook page or restore admin status to the Victorian Mansion page and assist in transitioning the admin role to me. When my previous Facebook account got disabled, I lost access to my email and mobile number linked to it. I tried using my work email and mobile number as an alternative, but Facebook wouldn't accept them. I am currently using Facebook signed up with a different sim card, but I need to have my mobile number released from the disabled account. The same goes for my work email. This is affecting my ability to use Messenger too. I keep switching sim cards to receive Facebook codes due to it being linked to my disabled account, along with my work email. It's frustrating having to constantly swap sim cards for access. My mobile number and my email should be rightfully mine and not tied to the disabled account.

I encountered an issue when creating usernames for my Facebook and Instagram pages. Despite trying to rectify it, I faced obstacles such as ineligibility for a username on Facebook and the inability to revert to the original page name. Even after adding a temporary Admin, the problem persisted. I attempted to start fresh with a new page but encountered the same username creation issue. Additionally, registering for a new Instagram account is now impossible. Seeking assistance from Facebook's help center has been unfruitful with repetitive responses. Any guidance on resolving these pressing issues would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. I operate a small family business called Floors Etcetera, Inc. Quite some time ago, I established a business page on Facebook for my mother, Sandra Burnett, who is the owner. Unfortunately, during my absence, there were some alterations made that resulted in significant issues. I have now returned to managing the business full-time and have discovered that our business page has been separated and we are unable to access it. The page is associated with "[redacted]," which was set up with the name Floors Etcetera. I am looking to have the business page transferred to my own Facebook account under the name Tracy Burnett. My primary email is [redacted], and additional emails include [redacted] and [redacted] for my mother. I have been using Facebook Live to stream my house's activities when I'm away or in certain areas of my house. Unfortunately, intruders have been breaking in when I'm not around, even while I sleep or shower. I managed to capture them on video, but they somehow tamper with the footage. How can I restore the recorded video and recover the corrupted parts? I need to fix this before my court date on 5/2/[redacted] to prove these incidents. I was locked out of my original account a few months ago. When I tried to reset my password, I accidentally created a new account with my cell phone number. I got a new iPhone 8 in April and transferred my old data to the Cloud and then to the new phone. I'm unable to access my Facebook app since then. I've tried on my HP and MAC laptops without success. I see two accounts, one under my cell number and the other under my name. I prefer the one with my cell number as it has important pictures and a vehicle for sale on FB Marketplace. I'm not receiving the second SMS code. How can I resolve this issue to consolidate to one account?

When I was younger, I had a Facebook account that I really enjoyed using. However, I made a mistake by creating a new account with the same email address as my old one and am now unable to access my original account. I would like to recover my old Facebook account while keeping my current one, by transferring the old account to a different email address. It would be great if Facebook could provide a solution to change the email address of my old account so that I can access both accounts separately.

I recently had a concerning experience on Facebook. A person with the account name Kim Rublica added me, and after some small talk, she initiated a video call with inappropriate content. Following the call, she threatened to distribute the video unless I paid her. I decided to contact the police and we filed a report. I have blocked the person on Facebook, but I suspect the account may have been deleted. I possess a photo of the profile that could assist in locating the account; however, I am unable to upload it here. Please email me if you require the picture or additional information to pursue this matter. My main concern is to prevent any dissemination of the video to my family or friends. The person admitted to using a fake identity and saving my contacts. I believe this account was created solely for extorting money. Removing this account entirely and ensuring it cannot send any further messages or posts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Hello everyone, I am Abdullahi Lawan, a Facebook member since [redacted]. Today, I noticed that the Facebook app on my phone logged me out unexpectedly. I tried to log back in but faced issues with my credentials. After several unsuccessful attempts, I discovered that my name changed to Williams Ferdinand, indicating my account was hacked. The resetting options like 'forgot password' were not helpful as the associated email and phone number were altered by the hacker. I am unable to access my account now and fear the hackers might misuse it to scam my friends. My "Forest Freak" page seems to have been taken over after I filled out a form for sponsored ads on FB Business Manager. I was contacted by someone claiming to be from FB Advertising and now suspect it was a phishing scam. After entering my information into the form, I got kicked out and later received an email stating I was no longer an admin of Forest Freak on FB Business Manager. Subsequently, my "Forest Freak" page vanished from FB. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello, I am seeking assistance in raising awareness about an individual named Abdelhak Zenagui to prevent others from falling victim to his scams, similar to what he has done to me and many others. As his wife and the mother of his 3 young children whom he abandoned a few years ago, I have firsthand knowledge of his involvement in love scams and credit card fraud. I possess evidence to support my claims and seek justice for the inhumane and cruel actions he has inflicted upon me and our children. His abandonment has left us in a state of suffering, with times when we have gone hungry, and the impact on our newborn at the time has been significant. His actions of dating and deceiving multiple women simultaneously must be halted to prevent further harm. Your assistance in addressing this matter is greatly appreciated.

I had deactivated my Facebook account five years ago, assuming it was deleted. However, recently, I discovered it was still active when I searched for myself online. I used [redacted] for that account, but now I use [redacted] I attempted to log in to delete my account, but it prompted me to verify my identity using codes from old contacts I no longer have a relationship with. I've been through challenging times and want to distance myself from my past. Despite providing a photo of my driver's license, I received a message asking me to access Facebook and then got the same request to reach out to my outdated contacts. Is there a way for me to log in and close my account without involving these contacts? Deleting my account is all I aim to do.

Good afternoon, I'm Dawn Munn, and I recently got logged out of my Facebook account and can't remember my password. I remember my initial password but changed it recently due to a security alert. My account was disabled due to claims of impersonation. I have been using this account for 11 years without any prior issues. After reporting hacking attempts yesterday, Facebook was informed and the member was blocked. Moreover, my group page with over 6.33k members was hacked and new moderators and admins, possibly Bangladeshi or Bengali, were appointed by professional hackers who admitted to it on their Facebook page. Despite sending my verification documents three times, I have only received a generic response requesting more details, which I have already provided. It seems my profile is still compromised. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
