Hello, my name is Jenay Marontate, and I run the business page Kitchen Witch Gourmet. I am currently facing an issue with my ability to boost posts on my page. Despite having approximately 3,[redacted] followers and boosting ads for 7 years, my ad account has been disabled due to not complying with advertising policies. I have already taken and passed the e-learning Blueprint module suggested by Facebook to better understand their policies. After contacting them and passing a test, I was informed that my case was sent to the fraud department by mistake. Even though I am the admin of the page, I am having trouble making changes, and Facebook seems to be pushing me towards using Business Manager. However, I am concerned about the permanency of transferring my page and potentially losing admin access. My goal is to have my Tea Shop @Kitchen Witch Gourmet run smoothly on Facebook and Instagram, allowing me to advertise, sell products, and promote events. My account previously had unauthorized ads running on it, leading to Facebook blocking my ads account to prevent any further issues. I did not have any payment method linked to my account, so no money was taken. Despite this, my account is still blocked, preventing me from boosting my posts. After contacting Facebook support multiple times for assistance, I received the same unhelpful automated response each time. It seems like I am stuck in a loop with no way to resolve the issue or escalate it to a manager. Facebook customer service needs to improve its responsiveness and provide actual help in situations like mine.

I have been facing harassment on Facebook for the last 72 hours. My brother, who is also my business partner, has been using our business pages, Resurgence Training Centre and Better Dads Movement, to publicly humiliate me and my partner. Despite numerous reports, no action has been taken. The Resurgence Training Centre, which closed 2 months ago, needs to be deleted as soon as possible. His inappropriate review on Better Dads Movement must be removed. I am disappointed by Facebook's lack of response and the handling of my requests in the community help center. I am asking for the removal of the business pages and his personal profile due to ongoing harassment. My family, friends, and clients are all affected by this and it needs to stop immediately without redirecting me to useless links.

I received a message via Messenger from Robert P. about a sweepstakes. When asked for money, I inquired about his father's name and our connection but received no response. Shortly after my questions, I found myself locked out of my Facebook account. Despite several attempts, I got a message that my account was disabled. Luckily, I managed to take screenshots of the altered name displayed instead of mine. - Nana L.

I have important information about a family who is making money through Facebook by luring women, men, and children into video chats and messenger. They create multiple fake accounts with stolen pictures and fake posts, sending lists of individuals based on what the viewer wants. I can provide names and evidence for your investigation to stop this harmful activity. I prefer to remain anonymous. This exploitation on social media platforms is alarming, with thousands of fake accounts promoting illicit activities. Urgent action is needed to address this issue and protect our children. Someone gained access to my Facebook account and changed the email associated with it. The hacker has blocked me from viewing their email. After confronting them, they admitted to hacking my account and are asking for money to restore access. I informed them I will report their actions, to which they responded with mocking emojis. I was unable to regain access to my original account, so I created a new one. The new account has now been disabled for allegedly impersonating someone else. How can I reclaim my original account, active for 10 years, and remove the hacker's email from it? This situation, the first of its kind in a decade, is troubling as the hacker is targeting my friends' accounts as well. Any assistance is appreciated.

Last April 6th, I received a 6-day ban for sharing a photo of Allen Ginsberg on a beach for a poetry reading event. Allen Ginsberg was a revered artist of the Beat Generation, yet FB deemed the picture offensive and removed it without explanation or room for appeal. Recently, FB mistakenly found the same photo, banned me for an additional 30 days, despite me not reposting it. The lack of transparency and ability to defend against such decisions feels unjust. Censorship should not equate to being punished twice for the same offense. This situation raises concerns over the opaque nature of content moderation and the blurred lines between art and obscenity in today's standards. I urge FB to reconsider and reinstate my account promptly. I hope to reconnect with classmates to honor the memory of Lori Kaye, a brave individual who made a significant sacrifice. Thank you. - I.G.

I encountered a situation with a handyman, Eric, who provided services at a property separate from my wellness center. After having paid him for the work agreed upon, he demanded additional payment on an hourly basis, which I declined. In response, he threatened to leave negative reviews. Subsequently, I discovered derogatory reviews on both my center's and therapy business' pages, accusing me of coercing individuals into therapy and making false promises. These claims are entirely baseless. With 35 years of experience, my reputation and programs are highly regarded. Eric, displaying characteristics of BPD, appears to project his actions onto me. Despite reporting his harassment, no action has been taken. I seek guidance on removing these reviews and prohibiting Eric from accessing my pages. I manage social media for a coffee shop with three separate accounts for each location. I want to keep the unique information about each shop without merging the accounts. Hello, I need assistance with my account. I keep getting locked out, this has happened several times before. Last time, my location was listed incorrectly as Birmingham when I am actually in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, and my contact number was wrong. This time, I received a notification about unusual activity. O2 has been fixing a nearby transmitter, causing disruptions and sending notifications. I wonder if this is what triggered the alert. I want to report a Facebook page called "Global Online Jobs" that is linked to the website "Mozello." I have lodged a complaint against this website and now the page has been suspended. The website link was https.globaljobs.mozello.com. The page continually sent me job offers for data entry, form filling, etc., but all the jobs turned out to be unavailable except for adult chat services, which they insisted upon. I provided my Aadhaar ID and asked for clarification on the adult chat option, but they were unable to explain. This page is still active on Facebook despite the website being taken down. It's a form of harassment that needs to be addressed and the page should be blocked immediately.

Four days ago, my Facebook account stopped working out of the blue. Despite numerous attempts to log in, it said my account had been disabled. When I tried to submit an appeal, I encountered an error message stating "INVALID EMAIL Address." I even attempted to use the phone number associated with my account, but the issue persists. This is my sole account, and I urgently require access to it since it is linked to other platforms I cannot reach without my disabled Facebook account being restored. Hello, my Facebook account was hacked and cloned yesterday around 10:00 pm on April 29, [redacted]. I've tried to reset the password for both accounts with no success. It says there was unauthorized account activity and now both accounts are locked. To regain access, it asks for a photo ID such as a passport or driver's license, which I'm hesitant to provide due to security concerns. Hello, I am facing an important issue as my Facebook account has been disabled without any clear reason. Although there may be some justification from your end, it appears unjustified to me. The first reason for having two Facebook accounts was due to my original account, Tae Kim, being disabled unexpectedly. Following your suggestion to create a new account, I created a second one under the name Aaron Kim. This action was not meant for any fraudulent purposes, but rather out of confusion as I was unaware of the policy against having multiple accounts. Subsequently, both accounts were disabled, leaving me in a critical situation. Regarding the sequence of events leading to this problem, it started when I was prompted to upload a personal photo for security reasons while managing Facebook ads using my Tae Kim account. Misunderstanding the requirement, I uploaded a product image instead. This led to suspicions regarding the account ownership and eventually resulted in its closure. Despite the temporary reopening of the account, it was disabled once more, along with the Aaron Kim account. This chain of events was unintentional and caused distress. I kindly request the reactivation of my original account, Tae Kim ([redacted]), as I attempted to submit a copy of my driver's license for verification, which may not have been received. I experienced an issue where someone claimed I liked a post on Facebook when I wasn't even active on it at the time. I've received messages suggesting my account might be compromised. Although I changed my password, the problem persists. Facebook shows a location where my account is being accessed that I don't recognize. I need to prove my absence from Facebook on both my computer and phone around the time in question. While I might have used Messenger, I was not using the main Facebook app. Due to the absence of customer service contact, I am seeking help to address this concerning situation. Being a major company, there should be support available for occurrences like this. I suspect someone is tampering with my account, and I am eager to identify the individual responsible for these actions that have occurred more than once.
