Help with my Facebook issue
GetHuman-hjpnt's next move: find and follow the right step-by-step guide.
Facebook doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-hjpnt will need to dig through the advice provided by Facebook, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-hjpnt can let us know if they help or not.

Top Tip from another customer
To recover your Facebook account click https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/183000765122339 then enter your email or phone number into the space on the screen and click “Search”. You should see your profile picture show up on the right side of the next page with an option to send a code to your email on the account or the phone number on the account. Choose one, then go to your email or phone number you choose to get the code. Enter the code and click “Continue”, from there you should be prompted to create a new password. Once you create a new password you should be able to log in.
The issue in GetHuman-hjpnt's own words
My email account with username Aakriti Indira Joshi was hacked with a link sent to me. Now the person has changed my recovery email and I no longer have access to my earlier email. I would try the identification recovery option but he deactivates my account from time to time and when he logs in, he sends the same hack link to people in my friend list from my ID. They told me about the links being sent. Kindly help me out with the issue. I would answer whatever verification questions facebook wants from me. Except for the earlier recovery email id. I no longer have access to it.*Hoping facebook checks into it. They will be able to see the changing of the recovery email, the password and the sending of the links.
We cannot try recovery options if the person has deactivated the account.
Facebook can check the account and see that recovery email and password were changed and the person is spamming the hack link to people in the friend list.
Have been using facebook for almost * years now. Wish there was a live chat support system for it.
