To recover your Facebook account click https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/183000765122339 then enter your email or phone number into the space on the screen and click “Search”. You should see your profile picture show up on the right side of the next page with an option to send a code to your email on the account or the phone number on the account. Choose one, then go to your email or phone number you choose to get the code. Enter the code and click “Continue”, from there you should be prompted to create a new password. Once you create a new password you should be able to log in.

My Facebook account was hacked into (second time in * months roughly). It says I am temporatily locked out. It asks for my last pass word then create a new one. I can't do this because the hacker has already changed my password. I have a confirmed email in my email account saying it has been changed. **A day before this happened there was sketchy things happening so I changed my own password. The next day a hacker changed it again. It also asked for more security, my phone number a few days prior. I can't attach my cell phone number for security because it is assigned to another Facebook account, Leighann Hatt, that I accidentally created when I tried to fix my Facebook account last time, around Christmas. **What step do I need to do to get back in to my own Facebook account. *** years and no issues until the last * months. I ended up selecting the option of "forgot my password" and because it is linked to my email, Ideas able to reset.
