I believed I had successfully deleted my Facebook account some time ago, but friends and family are reporting that they can still access my profile. To confirm, I attempted to log in and found that my account can still be found by searching for my name and viewing my profile picture. However, when I tried to reset my password using the "forgot password" option or entering my old password, the system glitched and displayed a message stating that the user doesn't exist. I have no intention of recovering the account; I simply wish to ensure that it is permanently deleted as I had initially attempted.

I can't remember my Facebook password and when attempting to reset it, I only see two options: try again or select "I cannot access my email," none of which have been successful. Even though my phone number is associated with my account, it's not appearing as a recovery choice. I am currently logged in on one device and noticed there's no email linked to my account. When I attempted to add an email address, it required my forgotten password. Despite checking that my phone number is listed (but not usable for recovery), I also added a friend's number without success. I am unable to reset my password. Can my linked phone number, +[redacted]21, or my friend's number, +[redacted]09, be used for a password reset? My login ID is [redacted][redacted], and the name on my account is Sajo Algafary. Your assistance in retrieving my account would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, as the admin of a group, I intended to remove members to delete the group, which is no longer necessary. However, Facebook banned me after removing a certain number of members. This ban prevents me from sharing my business page posts in advertising groups in my area. I reviewed Facebook's community rules and cannot identify any violations as I was only removing members since the group is no longer required. I am uncertain why I was banned for this action. I would appreciate it if my ban could be lifted to allow me to delete the remaining members of the group and resume advertising my business in the local groups I rely on for promotion. Thank you.

I recently got a new phone and am having trouble logging into Facebook. It keeps telling me my phone number can't be found, although my number ([redacted]) has been the same. I don't remember the email I used, but I believe it might be [redacted] I can't remember my password either. I've tried using my name, Taylor Jude Brenckman, but it says it can't be found. I'm not sure if I used my middle name. I also tried using my username, taylor.loves.mattiANDconstance, but no luck. I really don't want to create a new account as I've had this one for years. Please help me resolve this issue.

Good morning, I hope you are having a great day. I own an online retail business and I am interested in leveraging Facebook and Instagram's advertising and sales services. My online store offers disposable coffee cups and will soon introduce compostable and eco-friendly coffee cups and cutlery. Currently, I am in the process of setting up Instagram Shopping on my account to connect it with my Facebook catalog. I have already taken the necessary steps such as switching my Instagram account to a business profile, creating a catalog on my Facebook page, and linking my Facebook page with my Instagram account. Unfortunately, my request to link my Instagram business profile to my Facebook catalog was not approved. I have reviewed the requirements for "Shopping on Instagram" and believe that my account and products comply with all of them. Despite researching in forums and help files, I am unable to understand why my request was denied. Hello, I wanted to bring an issue to your attention. My uncle's Facebook account has been hacked, and he is struggling to recover it. After following the recovery steps, he encountered a problem because his email was changed during the transition from Hotmail to Outlook. Is there a way for him to regain access to his account that was compromised on Monday at 5 PM? There are multiple components of your community guidelines that clearly indicate that hate speech is not tolerated on Facebook; however, there is a hate group with a significant following on their page called Church Militant (also known as Ecclesia Militans). This is not merely a personal reaction; they are a known hate group. References to their official reaction videos towards Fr. James Martin, their collaboration with Michelle Cretella, endorsements of conversion therapy, and conflicts with the Vatican and Archdiocese of Detroit are all well-documented. This is just one of many hate groups with a presence on Facebook, despite the platform's prohibition of hate speech as seen in their community standards. Although I comprehend the concept of Freedom of Speech, there is a fine line between expressing an opinion based on facts and disseminating aggressive and prejudicial ideologies. Is there any action that can be taken regarding this issue on the site, or does Facebook now permit persecution?

I was recently suspended from the marketplace and all buy and sell groups for unknowingly violating policies. Despite reviewing the guidelines, I sincerely believe this was a misunderstanding. I kindly request to be reinstated into the buy and sell groups and marketplace. Understanding the nature of the violation would greatly help prevent any future occurrences. It has been suggested that displaying brand names in pictures may have led to the suspension. Previously, writing brand names was acceptable practice within the groups, so if this is the new rule, it would be helpful to know when this policy came into effect. Being penalized for something that was previously allowed and commonly done seems unjust. I am committed to adhering to the rules and ensuring compliance going forward. The lack of specific information provided upon post rejection can be confusing as there is no insight given on how to rectify potential issues. I am eager to follow the rules correctly and respectfully request guidance on any policy changes to prevent such misunderstandings in the future.

About a month ago, I attempted to reactivate my Facebook account that had been disabled. I couldn't recall the password, so I created a new account. Later on, I managed to recover my original account but the new one got disabled. The issue is, the email linked to the disabled account is now linked to my current Facebook. I wish to detach the email linked to the disabled account ([redacted]) so I can set it as the primary email for my current (old) Facebook account ([redacted]). I hope to use [redacted] for my active Facebook profile.

My Facebook account's login session expired, and when I tried to log in with my email address, it requested a code that should be sent to my phone number linked to the account. However, I never received the recovery code despite numerous attempts to regain access. I am concerned about the unsaved data, images, and important conversations with clients stored in the account. I have reached out to Facebook multiple times over the past two months but have not received any responses. I am worried that someone may have misused my account, leading to its disablement. I hope to receive assistance soon as I have tried every method available to recover my account.

I am having difficulty accessing my Facebook and Messenger accounts. The email I used, [redacted], is inaccessible as I have forgotten the password. I noticed another account linked to my phone number, belonging to Dino P., and another under the name Natosha R. with the email [redacted] The account with my Gpapa is the one that is important to me, but since I have not needed to sign in for a while, I am unsure of what steps to take next. Today, I managed to access Messenger briefly to chat with my friend Dallas about my hair, but then I was logged out again. I am at a loss about how to proceed.

I admin a page called Quantum Games on Facebook at www.facebook.com/quantumclutches. I am facing 2 issues currently: 1. As a new streamer with [redacted] followers, I'm unable to join the level up program due to not meeting community guidelines, but I'm unsure why. 2. I'm currently blocked from posting on my account, which occurred when my internet connection repeatedly failed during a stream upload. I tried to share updates in groups whenever I restarted the stream, resulting in the post block. This is frustrating as it restricts me from promoting my page. I acknowledge my mistake in sharing excessively and am eager to rectify the situation to access the benefits of the level up program. I believe resolving the post block would address the guideline issue, as I am committed to following them. Any assistance in lifting the post block and enabling me to qualify for the level up program would be greatly appreciated.

I requested to have Michael Menkin removed from contacting me on FB due to his rude behavior after a disagreement. Since blocking him, he has been continuously writing on my chats page, harassing me with verbal abuse. He now accuses me of harassment when I ask him to stop. Please prevent him from copying me on his statements in chats, as they are meant to be private messages. The constant berating messages are overwhelming, and I need this behavior to cease. I initially blocked him from my pages to be left alone. Please address his persistent contact and ensure he stops harassing me.

I purchased items from Leather Leaders after seeing their Facebook ads. Unfortunately, the products I received were of poor quality. Despite my request, they refuse to issue a refund, and I can't find a contact number to reach them. The items were shipped from China and did not match the description provided. I am now hesitant to trust companies that advertise on Facebook, unless they prove to be reliable. Leather Leaders even deleted my negative comment from their page, which reflects poorly on Facebook. I believe they are located near Paris and should be prevented from deceiving others.

Regarding case number [redacted], my sister's Facebook account was deactivated by Rebekah Prutsmans' husband due to submitting a death certificate to Facebook. The policy dictated the removal of the account. No one should take control of a deceased person's social media without permission from the spouse or family. It is unsettling to think of a stranger having access to your deceased loved one's Facebook account. I made sure to inform her sister about the situation. I wouldn't want to be in a position where I lose control over my wife's Facebook account after her passing. Hence, the matter has been resolved.

I have been receiving this frustrating message for over a week now: "You’re Temporarily Blocked It looks like you were misusing this feature by going too fast. You’ve been blocked from using it." I've reached out via email and have tried everything to get unblocked with no success. Many others seem to be experiencing the same issue. As a long-time Facebook user since Feb [redacted] and an advertiser on the platform for my business page, I find this situation quite vexing. I assure you that I have not violated any rules. Each time I attempt to visit a friend's page or Timeline, I encounter this message. It's truly exasperating. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I recently received a message from Facebook informing me that my account was hacked and subsequently shut down. Despite following the steps provided to rectify the situation, my account remains inaccessible without any explanation. I created a new account using a different email address, [redacted], only to encounter the same issue. I adhered to the guidelines on why accounts are shut down and only created a new one after waiting for days with no response regarding the status of my original account, which was under review due to a photo issue. Unfortunately, I never received any communication or resolution. I attempted to contact Facebook through a number found on Google, which turned out to be a scam requesting money. I'm perplexed by these events as I have never encountered such problems before. I completed the online account recovery form as advised but have yet to regain access. I urgently seek clarification on the process to retrieve my account.

I've been trying tirelessly to have my account deleted for weeks now, but unfortunately, I've hit a dead end. I've lost access to the phone number and email associated with the account due to someone maliciously hacking it, leaving me in a difficult situation. I've attempted to seek assistance through various channels, including help support, but so far, I haven't had any luck. To communicate my concerns, I've resorted to using my girlfriend's account. The hacker has altered my account details, making it impossible for me to reset anything on my own. All I truly desire is to have my account permanently deleted to prevent any further complications.

My name is Francia Pinedo from Barranquilla, Colombia, South America, currently living in New York for 50 years. I urgently need to recover my original Facebook page from [redacted]. I'm a 75-year-old lady, and my grandson helped me open my account. My email linked to my Facebook account is outdated by over 8-9 years, so I can't access it anymore. Last Sunday, someone changed my Facebook password and I got logged out. Despite sending my details and ID to Facebook, I haven't received a response. I rely on Facebook to locate my missing pet and can't check for updates. I need Facebook to contact me to update my email for password reset.
