Hello,*My boss Lauren Searles had an Instagram account hacked. I know this is facebook but you own Instagram. Your methods for reporting misuse of instagram accounts does not provide for this and is completely unacceptable. If you do not correct this gross misuse of social media we will be moving into legal action to fix the abuse. **Her original account was @newsloveangel. A hacker took control of her account and locked her out and changed the name to @lovecoachingangel. He changes the name every couple of weeks. **He now sends photos of his ***** to her friends and inappropriate messages of sexual nature to many of her connections through direct messaging so as not to be detected by instagram moderators. **Furthermore, she established a new instagram handle @loveangelcoaching and when she reported her hacked account @lovecoachingangel through your approved avenues, her @loveangelcoaching instagram was deactivated because she is the newer user.**She uses her @loveangelcoaching instagram for her business social media and is losing money thanks to this account being deactivated. **Her friends have all reported the harassment and identity theft by the hacker @lovecoachingangel and yet his account remains active and the harassment continues. This is devastating for someone whose business is based on relationship coaching and creating safe space for her clients. This is an egregious act that must be fixed immediately. **Please take care of this by deactivating @lovecoachingangel hacker account and reactivate @loveangelcoaching immediately!**I have attached her photograph with her ID to this email.*Her phone number on file was ***-***-**** and her email address that she used to register the original *hacked* account was *****@***.com, the email she used to register her new instagram account *that you deactivated* was *****@***.com. **Please fix this immediately.**BT Jackson and Lauren Searles
