The account is associated with two phone numbers, one of which is outdated, but the other, my new number, can be used for verification. I have all the necessary information to prove ownership of the account. Despite living in the UK, the hacker appears to be in Indonesia. I log in using an old username and do not rely on my phone number or email. The compromised account is linked to various platforms like Instagram, TikTok, eBay, and online gaming sites where I make purchases. I am seeking help to regain control of my account. Thank you. I need urgent help regarding a fake account issue I reported previously. It seems no action has been taken against it. This person has a history of trying to extort money from my husband. They contacted me using details and I promptly blocked them, switching to a new Facebook identity - Gala Gala. This individual has also befriended 11 of my friends on the platform. The account likely originates from Kenya or another African country. The real name associated with it is Emily Njumbi Waweru, also known as Jobi Waweru. The person is currently using the name Anastasia Rassven Lizadora. Although my email is [redacted], I suspect it may have been compromised, so reach out to my husband's email instead: [redacted] Please delete this fake account promptly due to their illegal activities. I attempted to access the Facebook app on my phone, only to discover that my account was locked due to a login attempt from a different location. The notification instructed me to change my password, but I couldn't recall it as I had been logged in for an extended period without entering it. Despite trying various potential passwords, I received an "incorrect" message each time. I then attempted to reset my password; however, my Facebook account is associated with an old Hotmail account that has expired. Consequently, I am unable to access the reset code/password. Trying to recover the Hotmail account proved futile, as it has been inactive for numerous years. I am feeling extremely anxious as I am eager to retain access to my Facebook account and all associated content like friends, likes, comments, photos, and statuses. I need immediate help with a situation regarding a fake account on a social media platform. Despite my previous attempts to address this issue, no action has been taken. The individual behind this fraudulent account, who has a history of trying to extort money from my husband, has now contacted me under the name Anastasia Rassven Lizadora. Hello, while browsing my business page, I clicked on the boost option by mistake. I intended to only check the fees for possible future ads. I did not authorize any ads for this event. However, $[redacted] in charges were incurred without my consent. I was unaware that Facebook had saved my credit card information from a fundraiser I conducted last August on my personal page. I only discovered this when my credit card company notified me. I kindly request a refund for these unauthorized charges.

Hello, I am reaching out for assistance with trying to help my mother-in-law access her Facebook account. Due to her early stages of dementia, she hasn't been able to remember her email and password to log in. We have considered creating a new account, but she has many memories and connections on her existing profiles. I recently got her a tablet and she asked for help in accessing her account. I am looking into the possibility of recovering one of her existing accounts and willing to provide any necessary identification documents to the Facebook support team. Last Thursday night, my account was hacked, and someone changed my password. Despite sending my ID to [redacted], I received two codes in response over the next two days. However, when I tried to use the URLs provided, I received an error message stating, "You have entered too many codes, please try again later." I am dealing with a harassment situation caused by a dissatisfied customer who posted negative reviews on various Facebook platforms. I responded professionally to her complaint about tapeworms in her dog, emphasizing the importance of addressing the issue promptly to protect other dogs in our care. However, her friends are now leaving false reviews to harm my business. I am frustrated with Facebook's lack of response to my reports on this matter. I am contacting you for the third time regarding my Facebook account being hacked by my brother. My sister's son provided him with my password, and he has been causing havoc on my account by posting inappropriate things about me to all my friends. Whenever I change my profile picture, he changes it back to something offensive. I live in Boca Raton, Florida, not Port Saint Lucie. I've had my Facebook account for 9 years - my first and only account. I recently tried to log in on my computer but couldn't. After some investigation, I saw a message saying my password was changed 3 weeks ago, but I never changed it myself. I've always logged in directly to Facebook without using the linked email, which I now can't remember the password for. Since I created the account at 16 and am now 25, losing it would mean losing all my friends. Although I'm always signed in on my phone's app, I fear logging out permanently. My Instagram is also linked, adding to the stakes. How can I resolve this issue?

When I click on an email notification, I receive a message stating that my account is temporarily locked due to an unfamiliar login attempt. The system prompts me to confirm if it was indeed me who tried to log in by reviewing the details of the attempt. Upon selecting "NO," I am instructed to change my password to maintain account security. However, when I enter my current password, there seems to be an issue with the character count, and an error message appears indicating the old password was incorrectly typed.

On March 19th, I encountered difficulty accessing my FB account of 12 years due to a changed password. Despite not initiating the change and no longer having access to the original email or phone number, my account under the name Hillary Harrington remains inaccessible. I have attempted to recover the account by submitting a copy of my driver's license, debit card, and providing an updated email address to Facebook on March 20th. Regrettably, I have not received any response yet, and even after my friends reported the account as hacked, no action was taken. As a small business owner, the thought of losing valuable information on the account is distressing. I have exhausted all possible solutions to regain access without success. Additionally, there is a secondary account linked to the new email that requires attention.

My girlfriend and I suspect that our Facebook and Messenger accounts have been hacked. Posts appeared on both platforms that we didn't make. My iPhone XS Max shows emails sent from my account that are unfamiliar to me. We believe the email is from the person who hacked us. Our phone screens have been acting strangely. For instance, pictures and messages on Messenger appear blurry, and the screen colors change randomly. We suspect this person has access to private information only we should know. Despite unfriending them, they keep reappearing in our accounts. The screen moves without our control, and Siri activates on its own. We need someone to check our phones and theirs for security breaches. It's crucial to remove unauthorized content that has gone viral. Our privacy feels violated as we did not consent to any postings. We attempted to delete our accounts but were unsuccessful. Urgent action is required as this situation is alarming. They even claimed to have compromising videos of us. Moreover, our phones are making phantom sounds, and email sending is problematic with mysterious letters appearing. Please assist us immediately.

My phone and Facebook account were hacked. I received a message from a friend about an organization helping people with disabilities. They claimed to have received money and assured me it was genuine. After providing my ID, my accounts were hacked. Fake information is being sent out by people from Nigeria. I've created new Facebook accounts, but they keep getting disabled. SafeLink had to step in to restore my messages. I've changed my phone number and attempted to create three new accounts, but all have been disabled and I can't access them.

I have an account that has been inactive for over three years. Unfortunately, I lost access to it because of a computer crash, a forgotten password, and a changed phone number. Facebook was unable to help me reset the password due to these issues. As a result, I had to create a new account. Now, my new account has been hacked, and my friends are receiving scam messages and calls. I would like to delete my original account “Carolyn Geagan Bolon” and my current account “Carolyn Frances Geagan” as I no longer want to be associated with Facebook.

I utilize the Instagram account "business" to promote my clinic. I connected it with Facebook, but got logged out unexpectedly after three months of smooth operation. Upon attempting to log back in, I discovered that I had been disconnected from Instagram. After multiple failed attempts to reconnect, I resorted to creating a new Facebook account, only to encounter the same issue resulting in my new account being disabled along with my payment methods. Returning to my original account to reestablish the link, my ads were halted and the account got disabled along with my cards. This has hindered my ability to promote on both Instagram and Facebook. Despite reaching out to Facebook numerous times, I have not received any assistance as my messages have gone unanswered. Currently, my Facebook is disabled, and while Instagram is functional, I am unable to promote my services.

Hello. Some time ago, my Facebook account was disabled for what I believe was 'suspicious activity'.
