I recently clicked on an Instagram ad to purchase a handbag listed at £14.95 by HD Liquidation. However, they charged £99.95 to my credit card. My bank advised me to wait for the goods, return them, and then involve them if no refund is issued. Despite emailing the company for my original order copy, they have not responded. I cannot locate this company online, and they claim the courier lost my order but now offer a free bag. I simply want a refund as I can't afford this loss. If Instagram allows these ads, there should be a way to contact the company directly rather than relying on unanswered emails.

I recently received a notification from Facebook informing me that my profile name is under review and requested that I provide proof of my name via email for verification of the account's legitimacy. I have been using my nickname, "Badd Companie," for years at work and on Facebook without any previous issues. Subsequently, on March 12, [redacted], I submitted a scanned copy of my government-issued ID, specifically my Alberta Government Driver's License, which displays my legal name as "Robert Ferris." Due to my Facebook account deactivation, I am currently facing financial repercussions as several of my other accounts are linked to it. Despite my reputable usage of Facebook without any violations, I am troubled by the delay in reactivating my long-standing account. Any assistance or guidance on expediting this process would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

My account was disabled without warning, leaving me unable to connect with missionary friends. I use Facebook to share church-related updates and road information for my job. I have not violated any policies and am confused about the disablement. I urgently need assistance to regain access. I appreciate any help you can offer. Email is fine, but a phone call would be the best option, followed by a text. Thank you. - Eric Scheer

Yeezeshop advertised shoes and boots on Facebook. I purchased two pairs of boots that took almost three months to arrive. Unfortunately, I received the wrong items: one pair was the wrong color and the other had mismatched sizes. I contacted Yeezeshop multiple times to get the correct order and a return shipping label. They offered a $12 discount for a future order instead. I declined and insisted on either receiving the correct items with a return label or a full refund. Yeezeshop said they would address the problem after the Chinese New Year but failed to do so. Now, I only want a refund of nearly $80 credited back to my PayPal account and I'm willing to donate the incorrect boots. If needed, I can provide email evidence to Facebook customer service.

My name is Wilfred Chang, and unfortunately, my personal account has been shut down for reasons related to terms of service violations. This action has also resulted in the closure of my business account, Jhh Racing. Both accounts have always adhered to Facebook guidelines. Jhh Racing, with [redacted],[redacted] followers, is vital for customer connections and business growth through promotions and advertisements. I request a review of both accounts to rectify this apparent error. Sincerely, Wilfred Chang.

Hello, I recently posted a picture on my Facebook profile that was flagged as inappropriate by Facebook, leading to a 7-day block on my account. I requested a review as the picture did not contain anything explicit. Finally, after four days, Facebook reviewed and unblocked me. However, when I reposted the same picture, I was blocked again, this time for 30 days. I'm confused why I am being penalized for the same picture that was previously approved. I am requesting a prompt review of my profile and the specific picture to be unblocked, given that it complies with community standards. My Facebook page is facebook.com/anjelceleste linked to [redacted] I hope to regain access to my profile without facing this issue again. Thank you.

Hi, I recently reset my phone, and now I'm unable to access my Facebook account under the name "Octavia J." I've tried resetting my password multiple times without success. Facebook is requesting that I contact three out of five selected friends to obtain a recovery code. Unfortunately, only one of the selected friends recognized me, but mistook my message for spam and did not respond. The others seem to have inactive accounts as they have not viewed my messages. I'm hoping Facebook can provide alternative verification methods as contacting the selected friends isn't working. It has been nearly two weeks since this issue started, and I'm eager to regain access to my account. Thank you for your assistance in advance.

I am still facing the same issue. While creating a business page on Business Manager, I received a notification that my payment account has been disabled. I was puzzled because I wasn't even adding a payment method at that time; I was simply entering the details in the "Business Details" form. I recently moved to Kissimmee, Florida, but I hadn't updated this information on my personal profile yet. I am unsure if this relocation might have triggered the problem. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this matter promptly so that I can successfully complete the setup of my business page. Thank you.

My grandmother insists I help her with her Facebook account, but due to Alzheimer's, she forgot her password and can't access the associated email. She wants the Facebook from her iPad on her phone but can't access the email. I supervise most of her accounts and passwords now. Is it possible to reset the email to one I control so I can reset her password? She plans to get rid of the iPad. If not possible, she may need to create a new account. With Facebook's size, it's surprising they lack live customer support.

I was on Facebook about two weeks ago when my phone shut off. I had just paid my phone bill and had extra money to buy a car. When I tried to access Facebook Marketplace, I was informed that I wasn't following community guidelines. I hadn't used Facebook or Marketplace in weeks, only to check out cars to buy about two months ago. I went to support, and they closed my case without giving me back access. I'm worried someone hacked my account. I had to reset my password to regain access. It's frustrating because I had used Marketplace before to sell my car without any issues. I'm not sure why this keeps happening to me. I want to buy a car, and this situation is distressing. I contacted Facebook but need help resolving this.

Since Wednesday, March 27th, I've been facing issues viewing content on my favorite public Facebook pages. Half of the information on the left side, including links, is missing making it hard to see updates unless they show up on my timeline. Sometimes, I can't access them at all as it's marked as unavailable, and the message link is also missing. This problem is consistent across all public pages I visit, not just my friends' pages. I've tried adjusting my Facebook settings, but a friend who looked at it believes it's an issue that Facebook needs to fix since nothing seems wrong with my account. Even on different devices, I can't access the public pages properly. It's frustrating that I can briefly see the information before logging in, but once logged in, it disappears. I've reached out to Facebook support five times with no resolution. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My name is Paul Donley, and I have been a Facebook user for over 15 years. Recently, I have been unable to log in as my account has been disabled without any prior warnings or bans. The same issue has occurred with my partner, Kelly-Anne Deverix, who also has never faced any problems on Facebook. We both received emails stating our accounts were disabled due to a post, which we believe is unfair as we only shared content that was sent to us. Kelly-Anne has valuable photos on her account, especially of our deceased son. My Facebook name is Paul Graeme Donley, and I created a group called UNFAIR LAWS around 5 years ago. We are requesting our accounts to be reactivated as we feel unjustly penalized without any prior notice.

I would like to report a concerning situation involving a dog rescue organization on Facebook named PAW PRINTS TO FREEDOM based in the U.K. They are bringing in sick dogs from Romania and have had over sixty dogs seized by the police. There have been cases of highly contagious diseases, such as distemper and parvo, being identified in dogs they transported. Aggressive dogs have been placed with families, leading to people being bitten. PAW PRINTS TO FREEDOM lacks a support system for adopters and does not respond to requests for help. Concerns also arise from their illegal importation of dogs into the U.K. It is crucial for Facebook to address this issue promptly to prevent any further incidents. Evidence shows breaches of transportation laws and instances of aggressive behavior from dogs endangering the public. It is essential to remove their Facebook page immediately to prevent further risks. They have neglected to pay a substantial vet bill for a sick dog, demonstrating their disregard for responsibilities. For more information, please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you. - J.F.

I had my phone with me all evening. When I let my roommate use it, he somehow logged into SANTANA Green's account using my phone number, [redacted]. I came back, logged him out, and signed in with my usual email, [redacted] We are both now unable to log in, and I suspect it's because my Android device is remembering his account with my number and my password with his account. I've sent in four pictures of different IDs but haven't received a phone call or text response yet. Please call me to resolve this issue quickly as we both rely on the site for important communication. My roommate needs his work calls through Messenger, and I use it to stay connected with my son Nate Jacob T Madsen and others. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently came across a concerning post on Facebook regarding a doctor being accused by an individual named Karen Rutledge. This doctor has an impeccable 40-year practice record and always has a female assistant present during consultations. It's disheartening to see baseless character attacks without evidence tarnishing the reputation of a respected professional. Despite reports and police involvement mentioned in the post, it's troubling that it still circulates without verification. It's important to consider the impact of such unfounded accusations, especially when shared on social media platforms like Facebook. The potential harm to the doctor's career based solely on these unproven claims is unjustifiable. Hopefully, this situation will be resolved with fairness and accuracy.

I am having trouble verifying my Facebook account. The phone number listed on my account is [redacted]4 under the name EFH SANTOS in the Philippines. Unfortunately, I lost my phone with this number during my vacation in Cebu. I attempted to use trusted contacts to verify my account after losing access to my old number and email. Despite successfully verifying my trusted contacts, the code provided is not working, and I keep receiving an error message prompting me to try again. To resolve this issue, I kindly request that Facebook send me a verification link to my email at [redacted] Additionally, I would appreciate receiving the necessary verification code on my new phone number [redacted]8. Thank you for your assistance. Please contact me via email at [redacted] at your earliest convenience.

My daughter is on Instagram, and I have a Facebook account. We have faced embarrassment and harassment, along with our friends, due to my mentally ill ex-husband. Despite his condition, your company allows him to create multiple profiles under the name Bryan Moyles or similar aliases. He posts old family pictures of our underage daughter and myself without consent, which is distressing. We strongly disassociate ourselves from him, especially on profiles with explicit photos and interactions with strangers worldwide. It would be greatly appreciated if you could investigate and prevent this individual, known as Hoyt or Bryan Moyles, from using Instagram and Facebook due to his criminal history. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Tonya Moyles

I unintentionally received notifications intended for another account due to my email being mistakenly linked to it. I am unsure how to disconnect it from my end and have been unsuccessful in contacting the account holder to resolve the issue. While I could unsubscribe from the notifications, the core problem remains that my email is associated with a different user.
