Was using Facebook last night at **:** CST, when I received a message stating to enter a scrambled code verify it was me. When I did, the next page stated FB needs a photo of me to assure this is me or something to that effect. After being very hesitant, I sent the photo. Now, all I get it is a message stating FB is reviewing the photo. Until then I can't log in.*Was this from Facebook? If not, how can Facebook correct it so I can log in to my account?

GetHuman-glusm did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-glusm fixed the problem
I phoned Apple Support. The tech assured me that asking for a photo is something Facebook might do if they suspect someone has been trying to hack my account. She stated that FB has even asked for her photo in the past. That made me feel better. I waited a few days and sure enough, my FB is back and running. All is well. :)
