I'm having trouble uploading picture posts to the news feed using the mobile app. I used to be able to do this before without any problems, but it suddenly stopped working last week, and now I can only post pictures from the Facebook website. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my Samsung Galaxy S6, and logging out, but nothing has worked. My account is not disabled, and I even updated the app recently. Interestingly, my fiancee has an iPhone with the updated app and can still upload pictures without any issues.

I got locked out of my account on all devices and I can't log back in because my old email got deactivated. I can't change my email unless I am already logged in. I tried verifying my identity by giving Facebook my ID picture, but it kicked me off the website. Now it says I've tried too many times.

For over 7 years, I have had a Facebook account with 13,[redacted] followers. I have always abided by the rules and provided my ID whenever requested by Facebook. Recently, I have faced false copyright violation reports regarding content on the "Les Vegas Events" page, where I am one of the administrators. The music piece reported was my own composition, and I hold all the rights to it. Additionally, the picture in question was licensed by our graphic artist. I have been trying to reach out to the involved party with no success. I kindly request a review of my profile to prevent losing everything I have built over the years on Facebook. I have always respected copyright laws and would never intentionally violate them. Contact: [redacted] Facebook Page: Les Vegas Events Sincerely, Jacek Jashari

I misplaced my phone, making it difficult to log in to my account without my password on my new device. Despite attempting to log in through a computer, Facebook insisted on sending a passcode to my phone number that I couldn't receive without my phone. I now have a new phone, but unfortunately, my phone number is no longer linked to the account I need to access, and I cannot seem to change it. Initially, I used an email address from Beachbody, a third-party provider, to create this account. However, when I reached out to them for help, I discovered that they have discontinued their email services. I also have a business page tied to this account, along with my business Instagram. In an effort to regain access, I provided Facebook with copies of my driver's license as requested. I remain hopeful that this will help me regain entry to my account. Is there a solution to recover access?

On Friday, March 22, I was working for Lyft when I gave an intoxicated female passenger a ride at 3:50 am. The ride was 2.5 miles and took about 10 minutes. When we arrived at her house, I asked her to point out the address, dropped her off, and left. Later, the passenger and her friend, Gia C., posted false accusations about the trip on Facebook along with my Lyft app picture. Despite Lyft investigating and reinstating me due to no wrongdoing, the misleading post continues to cause harm and embarrassment. I kindly request the removal of this post and any shares. Thank you.

Hello, it has been over a week, and I am unable to access my Facebook account. I recently purchased a new cell phone and have forgotten my password. The email associated with my Facebook account hasn't been in use for six years, making it impossible to reset my password through email. I have had this Facebook account for over eight years. I now have a new email address, but it's not linked to my Facebook account. I'm seeking assistance to regain access to my Facebook account using my new email address or any other method, especially with a new phone. It's essential for me to regain access, as I've been locked out for quite some time. My name is Bailey Holbrook, and my Facebook account is under the same name. Thank you.

A few years back, I created a Facebook account but rarely utilized it. Recently, when I attempted to sign in, I realized I had forgotten my password and the email associated with the account ([redacted]@ciaxa.com) was no longer active. Upon trying to create a new account, I encountered repeated "disabled" messages from your system. I kindly request that you deactivate my old account and permit me to establish a new account with my current email, Irene@[redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Irene Taparauskas.

Hello, Yesterday around 12 p.m. (Australian EST), while I was sending messenger messages and browsing Facebook to promote a local tavern Easter raffle for our school's P&C (I'm coordinating the helpers' schedule as P&C Treasurer), I received a message asking me to confirm my identity on Facebook. Despite my attempts, some messages failed to send, so I searched online to understand the issue. I followed the instructions and submitted a photo, expecting to be reactivated immediately, but that didn't happen. After changing my password, I still couldn't regain access about 18 hours later. This situation is causing me anxiety as I need to manage the raffle and my children's sports activities. Please assist me with resolving this - thank you.

Hello! My name is Sergiu Cebotari. I am a Facebook user, but since yesterday, I have been unable to log in because Facebook is requesting me to verify my identity. I have followed all the instructions, including submitting a photo of myself. However, it still says my photo needs to be reviewed. Restoring my Facebook page is crucial to me as I am a musician who uses it to share my music with friends. Additionally, I manage a page called "Formatia Trinity" for my band. I access Facebook from home, my studio, and my iPhone X, which may be why my identity needs verification. Despite being Sergiu Cebotari, I am unable to resolve this issue without Facebook reviewing my photo. Please assist me in regaining access to my page so I can continue sharing my music with over [redacted] friends. I appreciate any help you can provide.

Greetings, my name is Andrés R. I recently created a new Facebook account, just yesterday. I encountered an issue where I couldn't like or follow any pages. After watching a YouTube tutorial, I tried the solution of logging out and refreshing the app. However, a message requesting to "Confirm Identity" by uploading a picture of myself appeared. By sending this email, I confirm that I am a genuine human, specifically a Mexican. I kindly ask for a quick resolution to unblock my account so I can enjoy watching funny videos and memes again as Instagram and Twitter have become dull. Thank you and take care.

URGENT HELP NEEDED - Hello, I'm Andrew. I have been facing a persistent issue with bots "poking" me on Facebook. Despite trying various methods to stop them, such as limiting who can add me, displaying warnings, changing my name's font, and reporting numerous bots, Facebook seems unresponsive to my reports. The problem persists, with more bots poking me than before. I am extremely frustrated and considering deleting my account if this continues.

My Facebook account was hacked into recently. I last accessed it on December 24th. I provided my information and ID to verify my identity. My name is Michelle Bernard, spelled b-a-r-n-a-r-d, and my profile has a picture of my grandparents with me as a baby. I live in Mount Dora, Florida. I am unable to access my old Yahoo account, charlena brooks.com. I have tried contacting Facebook multiple times but haven't regained access to my account. I don't want to create a new account and have shared my new Gmail address and phone number with Facebook. I suspect John Paul Douglas Wolcott of hacking into my account because he became a friend without my approval. I want to press charges against those responsible for hacking into my account. Thank you.

Hello, I am writing to seek assistance as my Facebook account was recently locked without explanation. The notification mentioned that my account is under review due to a photo I submitted. As a member of the U.S. Navy currently stationed overseas, Facebook is vital for me to stay connected with my family. It is the primary way for me to communicate with my wife and daughter, so reactivating my account promptly is crucial to alleviate their concerns. The name on my FB account is "Mike Gibbs," and my profile and background pictures feature my daughter. I was born on 12 JAN [redacted], and my email is [redacted] I kindly request the swift reactivation of my account to ease the worry of my loved ones. I appreciate any assistance provided. I have invested a significant amount of time providing detailed information regarding the disabling of my Instagram account. I was casually using my account until I noticed unauthorized activity from someone logging in from the United States. Upon discovering unauthorized content posts, I became worried, changed my password, and assumed the issue was resolved. Later, when attempting to access my business account with 203k followers, @diyvirall, using [redacted] as the signup email, I encountered an error message. I feared being hacked again and was shocked to find out my account had been disabled for allegedly violating the terms of service. I am confused and frustrated as I always try to abide by the terms of service. Please consider my situation as that of an innocent individual who can prove their innocence. It is unfair to punish me for something I did not do. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have spent several hours providing more details about why my account was disabled. I was on my Instagram account, feeling relaxed, and then went to sleep. Upon waking up, I discovered that someone had logged in from the United States and posted unauthorized content, which left me confused and stressed. After resetting my password, I did not delete the content, thinking it wouldn't be an issue. When I tried to access my business account with 203k followers, @diyvirall, using evis.nikolin@redacted as the sign-up email, I received an error message which made me think I had been hacked again. I was very confused and didn't understand why I was disabled for violating the terms of use, especially when I always respect them. Please consider my situation as that of an innocent person who has proof of not doing anything wrong. Why should I be punished for this? I would appreciate any help.

I'm having trouble accessing my account. Recently, I upgraded my devices and now I can't log in due to two-step verification. Facebook's code isn't coming through on my new phone. I've submitted my ID with no response. My license reads Amanda Hill, but my profile name is Amanda Renee. Can I receive the security code via email instead of SMS for login?

I recently received a message on Messenger from someone I thought was a friend. The message was about a non-repayable grant from the government that seemed interesting. Unfortunately, I fell for a scam. I entered my Facebook account information, including my password, believing it was necessary. After some interaction, they asked for money for a package and delivery fee. When I explained that I didn't have any money, they abruptly cut off the session. Now, I can't access my Facebook or Messenger accounts. Upon receiving an email about a change in my primary email address on Facebook, I followed the steps to secure my account. Despite changing my password multiple times as instructed, every time I try to log back in, it keeps redirecting me to secure my account without allowing me to confirm my identity as prompted.

I am unable to access my account due to a password change three weeks ago. Despite trying to resolve this for over a week, the person who compromised my account continues to send friend requests and created an Instagram account in my name. I submitted my ID on March 15, received a link to my email at [redacted] (linked to [redacted]) to reset, but Facebook does not recognize it. I resent my ID today, March 26. I need assistance in regaining access to my account or logging out unauthorized users. The Yahoo email linked is inaccessible as I forgot the password, and the associated phone number is disconnected. Without the ability to receive codes on that number, I am at a loss. Thank you for your help.

I created a Facebook account years ago but didn't use it much due to time constraints. Recently, I started getting strange "page suggestion" emails from Facebook, and I suspected my account was hijacked. Despite several attempts to log in to rectify the issue, I kept encountering setbacks. The process involved resetting my password, receiving a code via email, changing the password, and being notified that my account was locked. Subsequently, I was prompted with a message stating that my identity couldn't be confirmed. I am concerned that my account has been compromised and I would like to regain access to it.
