I have been struggling with a frustrating issue for the past five days. I am unable to access my Facebook account through any of the available options. My contact information on the account is correct. When I attempt to recover the account, I receive a code that leads me to a friends list that I cannot reach out to for assistance as I only know two friends who are in different states. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to make the necessary phone calls to them. The most significant problem arises when I try to use the new password link provided, as it consistently tells me that the link is invalid. This has happened around 25 times already. I have been reporting this problem to Facebook for the past five days through various means, but all they do is send reset password emails that also do not work; they are invalid. I suspect the issue might be related to a hacking incident two years ago. Despite all other links working, the new password link remains elusive. I want to emphasize that I have not been blocked from accessing Facebook.

Hello, I previously had a Facebook account under the username facebook.com/yasouadr. Facebook requested that I use my real name, so initially, I used my nickname. Later, they asked for my real name, which I provided along with legitimate documents to prove my identity. Despite this, my account was deactivated, and I have not received any updates since then. Every time I attempt to sign in after submitting my authentic documents, I only see the message: "Thank You. Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can." This issue occurred approximately two years ago, and I am eager to recover my Facebook account as there is crucial information and messages I need to retrieve. I am hopeful for a prompt response to assist me in regaining access to my account. Thank you, -Nonong

I am puzzled as to why my request for help charity for my brother was unexpectedly disabled. I intended to prolong the charity to assist him during his extended stay at the rehabilitation nursing home. As he continues his recovery, I need financial help to maintain our apartment until he comes back home. Due to the costs of his care, I am left to cover the $[redacted] monthly rent alone with only a $[redacted] monthly income. Basic necessities like electricity, gas, and pet expenses are adding up, leaving me struggling to afford food. Coping with a limited diet from charity kitchens has been tough, especially since I've already run out of bread. Witnessing my brother adapt to his new artificial leg has been emotional, emphasizing the severity and truth of our situation.

Hello, I used to have a Facebook account under the URL facebook.com/yasouadr. Initially, Facebook requested that I use my real name, so I first tried using my nickname. Later, upon their request, I changed it to my actual name and provided valid identification to verify my identity. Despite this, my account was deactivated, and I have not received any updates since then. Whenever I attempt to log in, I only see a message saying, "Thank You. Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can." This happened around 2 years ago, and I am eager to recover the account as it contains important information and messages that I wish to retrieve. I am hopeful that someone will assist me in regaining access to my account promptly. Thank you, -Nonong

I am seeking assistance for my grandmother regarding multiple account issues. I, Ali Weibel, have a photo of a man and woman in front of a fireplace on my account. My grandmother, Nancy Weibel, had an account linked to mine as 'Grandmother' with snowmen as the profile picture. However, due to forgetting her password and the account being linked to an old email she no longer uses, [redacted], we created a new account a few months ago for her named Nancy Weibel with pilgrims as the photo ([redacted]). Her username was her phone number, but since she got a new iPhone with a new number, we couldn't update it as the account was marked as fake. Today, we tried creating another account for her, [redacted], which has also been flagged. We kindly request to delete all three accounts to create a new one to avoid confusion, or alternatively, to allow us to reset the password on her original account and update the email. Thank you for your help.

I'm frustrated with someone else managing my Facebook accounts. It feels like my sites keep disappearing, making me create new ones repeatedly. Starting with my bandicoot page, then an Earth picture, I lost access to them and had to create a new one with cloud and sun Ray's photo, which also vanished. Now, I have a page with palm trees and a sunset, but I've had enough. Please remove all my accounts from Facebook as I suspect someone has hacked them. It's no longer enjoyable, with unfamiliar names on my friends' list, and I barely use it. It's bothersome, and I want a clean break. Kindly delete all my accounts. Thank you.

About six months ago, I logged into Facebook on someone else's phone, only to discover that he had hacked into my account shortly after. Despite my attempts to reset the password, it seems he also changed the password for my Gmail account, leaving me locked out of both accounts. I created a new Facebook account and moved on, periodically checking my old account for any suspicious activity. Today, on December 28, [redacted], I received a friend request on my new account, which turned out to be from the individual who gained unauthorized access to my old Facebook account. This person should not have access to my old account where all my friends and family are connected. I am concerned about the safety of my information and contacts on that account. Could you please look into this matter and take appropriate action?

Earlier today, while posting on a group page from my account, I encountered some challenges. Just as I was about to post, I was prompted to confirm I wasn't a robot by entering characters, followed by a request to choose a picture of myself. Believing it was to verify my identity, I selected my profile picture. Following this, a message stated my account was under review by Facebook, preventing my access. Despite attempts to log in and reset my password, I remain locked out for a day now. Another user noted that my message didn't appear on the group page. I urgently need access to my account as the message I attempted to post was significant. Is there any way to expedite the resolution process?

I have lost access to both my phone number and the email linked to my Facebook account. Recently, there was an update on Facebook with the options, "Not spam" or "I didn't post this." I mistakenly selected "I didn't post this," which led to a forced password reset. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the password to proceed with the change. Moreover, my girlfriend inadvertently logged me out of my account while using my phone, further complicating the situation. With no way to reach the associated phone number or email, I am desperate to regain access to my Facebook account, as it contains significant personal data.

I am currently logged in on two different phones that have access to my account, which I allowed. Recently, I received an email from Facebook about suspicious activity, so I changed my password, but I forgot it. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email linked to my account as it was created a long time ago. However, my current phone number ending in [redacted] is associated with my Facebook account. I am hoping to receive a code on this phone to reset my password.

My cell phone has stopped working, and I am unable to access my account. When I tried to log in from my computer, I realized I now need a two-step login process. The issue began when I started my account in Germany while serving in the US army, and now that I've moved back to the States, I attempted to change my phone number from the German one to my new American number. However, Facebook is still sending codes to my old German number and doesn't provide a way to resolve this over the phone. I find it frustrating to deal with the account recovery process, especially since I've tried to make the necessary changes without success. It's disheartening that Facebook seems out of touch with the reality of people moving between countries and needing to update their phone numbers. I am contemplating giving up on Facebook and encouraging my Army friends and family to do the same. There must be a simpler or more user-friendly social platform available than dealing with this level of inconvenience.

Hello, I recently had to replace my phone due to a breakage. However, I am encountering issues with logging into my Facebook and Messenger apps as I cannot recall my password. Upon trying to reset it, the apps indicate no account is associated with my name. Interestingly, when attempting this on my laptop and using my phone number, my account is found, but further attempts to reset the password lead to messages saying I am attempting too frequently or that my email is linked to another account. Curiously, I have an older Facebook account that I no longer use, linked to an email I did not use for the new account setup. Initially, I believe I only used my phone number to log in. Can anyone provide assistance with this? Thank you. Best regards, Luke.

Dear Facebook, I am Satriyo Budi Santoso, a member of Facebook for the past 10 years. Unfortunately, I am facing a significant issue and am seeking your assistance. Approximately one month ago, my Facebook account was either deleted by someone or possibly hacked. During that time, I was preoccupied with my education and could not access my smartphone for two months. Now that my studies are completed, I am at a loss. I have attempted to restore my account multiple times, but encountered a further issue as my email address associated with the account was also deleted by Yahoo. As a result, I am unable to use that email address for recovery purposes. I kindly request Facebook's help in restoring my account, as it contains a decade's worth of personal history and business connections that are important to me. Here are my account details: Facebook Name: Satriyo Budi Santoso Email: [redacted] Once again, I appeal for your assistance. I am willing to comply with any rules and conditions necessary to resolve this matter.

My account, dedicated to German WW2 soldiers' uniforms and military gear, named The Third Reich, was unpublished due to repeated complaints about a specific photo. Despite initially being told the photo breached the standards, upon re-posting it was reviewed and found not to be in violation multiple times. It seems unfair to have my account unpublished after being reassured the photos were acceptable. Kindly reconsider and reactivate my page as the photos were deemed appropriate upon review. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

In March, a distressing Facebook post by Hannah Lilly led to the tragic suicide of Ben Ghafoor. Following this, Hannah deactivated her account, created a new one as Olivia Lily, and started a public petition group online to clear her name and end the blame game. Despite multiple reports from Ben's family and me, the post remains online, leading us to legal actions due to its impact on Ben. The situation has caused immense distress, resulting in tragic consequences for Ben's family. I urge you to review and remove the page as Ben is the true victim here.

I was unexpectedly logged out of my Facebook account after a brief period on the site, and upon trying to log back in, I encountered issues with my password. After numerous failed attempts, I changed my password only to find myself logged into a completely different account belonging to a person named Daren Shorley, not Daren Shirley. Despite sharing the same birth date (23 November), the birth year did not match. This account was linked to my phone number and email address. Despite trying to log out and reset my password multiple times, I keep getting redirected to this unfamiliar account. Additionally, when trying to access my original account through a friend's Facebook, most of my content was missing, including my business page. Although I receive notifications on my laptop, I am still unable to access my original account there. This situation has impacted my work, as I rely on my Facebook page. I seek assistance in recovering my original account and business page as I now use a different email address for correspondence.

I have a sister who has repeatedly harassed me on Facebook by creating multiple profiles to contact me despite being blocked. She even uses her husband's and deceased daughter's names to reach out. This behavior is not only directed at me but others as well. I would like her Facebook accounts permanently shut down to end this ongoing issue. Here are the names of the individuals involved: - Alice B. Date of birth: 10/10/[redacted] - Jeremy B. (husband) - Tillie B. (deceased daughter)

I operate a [redacted](c)(3) nonprofit that recently completed the process with Facebook to participate in the Giving Tuesday donation campaign. We created a Facebook fundraiser and were able to raise $[redacted] over a few weeks, including Giving Tuesday. From what Facebook stated, they do not deduct any fees from fundraising efforts for nonprofits. Recently, I received an email notification indicating that $[redacted].47 was deposited into the bank account I had authorized with them. This amount was reflected in our account, noted as covering donations up to November 30, even though our fundraiser went until December 7. It is likely that more funds may still be on the way. Despite this, all donations received were in round amounts, without cents. If Facebook is only paying out what was raised until November 30, it seems that some sort of fee may have been applied. Initially, Facebook informed me during Giving Tuesday that we did not qualify for their matching funds without explanation. This led donors to contribute through Facebook expecting their donations to be matched, but it seems misleading. If only $[redacted].47 of the $[redacted] is being received, then we are at a loss by utilizing Facebook as a platform for our fundraiser, as our supporters participated due to the campaign. This discrepancy is concerning, as we are a small arts nonprofit relying on donations. I am hoping for clarification on the peculiar amount received and assurance that the full donation amount will be provided, including any matching funds promised for the donations made on Giving Tuesday.

I have reported my issue here but still have not found help. I need assistance with confirming my identity on Facebook. While trying different methods, the connection is lost midway through the process - specifically when deleting recently added friends. This has resulted in me losing access to my account for over a month, which is very frustrating. I urgently need to restart the confirmation process from the beginning. Please respond to me at [redacted] as soon as possible.

My spouse attempted to log into her Facebook account and was prompted to reset her password as it was deemed old. After receiving a reset code and attempting to enter it, Facebook stated she had input the wrong code too many times, despite it being the correct one on her first try. Subsequently, when trying again the next day, she received the same code, which still did not work. Notably, the original password entered was correct and has always been the only one used for that account. It remains unclear why Facebook is not accepting her password or recognizing the reset code provided.
