I'm trying to help my grandmother. My account is Ali Weibel and I have a photo of a guy and girl in front of a fireplace. My grandma, Nancy Weibel, had an account (connected to my account as Grandmother) with a bunch of snowmen as her profile photo. She forgot her password and couldn't recover it because her account was connected to an old email she no longer has access to (*****@***.com). We then made her another account a couple months ago with pilgrims as the photo, also named Nancy Weibel (**********). Her username was her phone number this time. For Christmas, she got a new iPhone with a new number. When we tried to go in to her account to update the phone number and add a new email, we couldn't get in because it was marked a fake account. So since that was disabled, we tried making a new one today for her that has already been flagged again (*****@***.com). Please just delete all three so we can make her a new one and avoid all of this confusion. Or delete the new ones and allow us to reset her password on her original account and I'll manually change her email to one she can access. Please and thank you!
