I subscribed to FB ads. Started an ad and cancelled the same day. FB added a second post to boost and used up the $** coupon. I had to put a minimum limit on my card and they charged me that minimum $**.** at the end of the * boosts. Since then I have been trying to cancel my Ad following the online prompts and keep getting told that they need to check if anything is outstanding on my card before I can remove it. That happened this morning. I paid the outstanding $**.** and was told to come back in * minutes. I went to my kids for lunch and returned many hours later to be told I would have to wait after deactivating the account. I have come back several times and several hours have passed and I'm getting the same message. Never asked to boost a second post. Tells me * posts have been boosted in the last ** days. Very frustrating and not good for future business.
