My girlfriend and I are being harassed by a stalker who is exploiting the Facebook app to send false and negative messages to our friends and family. This person has somehow gained access to our accounts, contacting people from our contact lists, and even friends of friends. We are both on Facebook and do not wish to deactivate our accounts, but this stalker is using the platform for cyberbullying. We are seeking ways to stop this harassment before considering deactivating our accounts. The stalker has created fake profiles, sending messages and friend requests to gain unauthorized access to others' accounts. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - F.B.

I am Alisha Persinger. My account is registered under Alisha Conley-Persinger. Around 10 days ago, I deactivated my account due to receiving a suspicious private message a week prior. The message contained a picture of my daughter and me from Facebook, which I thought was only visible to friends. Feeling uneasy, I reported the profile for anonymity. Now, I am trying to log back in using only my iPad, as I no longer have access to the phone number or email linked to my original Facebook account. I need to recover it as my children's sports coaches use Facebook to communicate with parents. Though I can access Messenger, I am unsure how to retrieve my Facebook profile from there.

I am experiencing an unusual issue with Facebook. Every time I attempt to view notifications for a group I'm a part of or access the group's main page using my computer, I encounter the following error message: "You’re Temporarily Blocked. It looks like you were misusing this feature by going too fast. You’ve been blocked from using it." I have not changed my commenting behavior or attacked anyone, though I do defend myself if necessary. The strange part is that I can access the same features without any problem using my phone, but not my computer.

My Facebook account linked to my Microsoft email [redacted] was hacked. The hacker changed the login credentials and posted extremist photos resulting in the account being removed. I have evidence of the hacker's name Salah Eddine Kherroubi, who appears linked to hacking videos. This situation has left me unable to access personal information, business account, memories, and connections. I have exhausted efforts with Facebook and seek assistance to restore my account and regain control.

On the 5th of November [redacted] around 10 a.m., I changed my password from "12345nghiep" to something similar to "Tested@." My name is Joyce Mizrachi. I have had a personal account for about 10 years, which I use on a limited basis. I also own a company where we broker mostly consumable products. Recently, a new client asked for help with their Facebook page, a café based in Korea owned by an American company called BFGBrooklyn Bagel Café. Since they had lost access to the old page, we created a new one called Brooklyn Bagel Café BFG, but it got disabled soon after I provided a requested photo. Subsequently, my personal account was disabled too. I am quite frustrated and seeking assistance to have my personal account reinstated. Thank you.

Facebook suspended my account over an old post from years ago. This has affected my ability to search for jobs on Indeed.com as my Facebook is linked to it. I didn't repost the content that got me in trouble, it was just still in my photos, yet I'm being punished for it again. I find it incredibly frustrating and invasive that I can't even access my Messenger to contact people. I've had no luck getting help from Facebook or their call center, and I haven't been able to speak to a human about this issue. I urgently need my account unsuspended as this situation feels like a violation of my privacy and it's hindering my job search. Please, do the right thing and unlock my account promptly. -Daniel

Hello Facebook team, My page called "Rottweiler" (facebook.com/Rottweiler.Ks) was recently taken down by Facebook. I strongly believe this action was a mistake as the page has been a community hub for over 7 years, attracting over [redacted],[redacted] Rottweiler enthusiasts and never violating any policies. The removal occurred abruptly without any prior notices. The page provided valuable information about the breed, and its supporters are eager to have it reinstated. I kindly request Facebook to review this decision promptly and restore the page. There were upcoming projects planned to benefit our followers, and bringing back the page is crucial for these initiatives. Thank you.

I have been trying to get in touch with Facebook support for over two months to resolve issues with my accounts. There seems to be a glitch in the "marketplace" section that is causing problems in buy and sell groups. Both of my accounts, one specifically for buy and sell activities, have been hijacked due to this issue. I am unable to post on either account because my IP address has been flagged or compromised in some way. Despite reaching out to support multiple times, I have not received any assistance in removing the flags from my accounts. I continue to wait for a resolution, now four days later.

I have reset my password several times, but keep encountering the following message: "To help keep your Facebook account secure, we have an automated security process that checks lists of stolen and published passwords. The password you use on other sites matches the one on Facebook. We'll guide you through changing your password to enhance security." Although I receive this message, I can still log in and am directed to a logout link. I've tried various password types but the issue persists. I am not comfortable sending my personal information to Facebook. Avoid sending me a generic help link. Your assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

I recently got a new phone with a changed number, and unfortunately, I've been struggling to access my Facebook account. Despite reaching out to tech support and even sending a picture of my license, I haven't received any response. I decided to create a new page temporarily but got locked out of it tonight for allegedly pretending to be someone else, which is not the case. I am a dedicated Facebook user and have been using my original page for years. How can I regain access to my original account or at least resolve the issue with my new page? I believe my friend's Facebook account, Mike Slayter, has been partially blocked, which is surprising given that he is a good man who has not done anything wrong. I suspect it's due to malicious individuals directly targeted at me. There was an unacceptable message on Mike's Facebook regarding an adoption situation from the 1960s, which I felt compelled to respond to. Subsequently, I received a threatening post from Lily Arthur at Adoption Origins. I would like to address this issue with someone because I firmly believe that we should not tolerate insensitive and abusive behavior on Facebook. Mike is a kind person who would not harm anyone, and it's unfair for him to be reported like this. Please, I urgently seek help to address this situation and prevent further abuse through the Facebook complaint system. The comments made by Libby Edwards of Adoption Origins were shocking and triggered inappropriate accusations.

Hello Facebook Team, I have been experiencing issues for the last 6 months, and despite my repeated attempts to resolve them, the problem persists. One of the major concerns is the absence of the Facebook Watch feature in my account. I have tried various troubleshooting steps such as logging out, changing devices, and updating the app, but the Facebook Watch tab or button remains missing. Additionally, the new Messenger look for iOS has not been applied to my account, even though I am using the latest versions on my iPhone 7 with iOS 12. I accidentally deleted a significant conversation from Messenger and am now in need of assistance to recover it. This message, initially received two years ago from a stranger's profile, contained personal information about my teenage experiences, including details about a past sexual abuse incident. I reacted strongly to this message and blocked the user to prevent further distressing interactions. However, today, after two years, the same account managed to send me another message on Facebook, prompting me to delete the conversation and block the user once more. I now realize the importance of this conversation as evidence for potentially filing a police report or for my personal records. I kindly ask for guidance on how to retrieve this conversation from Facebook. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
