Good afternoon to whom it may concern, the reason I am contacting Facebook because I am trying to fix my fathers and mothers account on Facebook. Unfortunately they both don’t*aren’t sure or remember their password and if it was done via email or cell phone. How can I fix both their Facebook accounts using a different email for them? They’ve made my job a lot more difficult to help them. I wasn’t aware she had a Facebook until she had mentioned it to me. And then I told her if she did it with an email. And the answer was no. So?... I am in a big predicament trying to fix their Facebook’s using the right account. Because my mom never saved her *-*digit password send by Facebook, so she ended up making more than one,two and even three accounts on Facebook for herself. Now it’s trying to pin point which one she wants and which one I can sign into without her losing pictures and anything else placed in her profile. Please help me for both my parents and what I can do to change it to emails insteads of cell phones on their profile on Facebook. I await your response. Thank you.
