The issue in GetHuman-sextonba's own words
I opened a video in my messenger, I couldn’t see what it was. I then logged out, and logged into a different account to see if this video had been posted on a blocked account. I had then went to log back into my account to find that I had been logged out and it has never done that before. I usuylog back in with or touch. I tried to recover my account*password I was blocked from using it, it had told me “unknown error” when I would try to enter a code to recover my password, after awhile of it doing that it blocked me from using it, saying I was going to fast and that I had entered to many codes. These codes didn’t work the first time, this is the second day I’ve been blocked from trying recover my password, I can’t remember my actual password I had made it to difficult to use because I didn’t want others to get Into my account. I just want to use my Facebook again and I don’t want to start over please help.
