Dear facebook help and support team. I am completely locked out of my page. "Crystal Hansen" I noticed suspicious activity on my page. I went to my privacy settings and noticed someone had been checking into my page through a chrome android. I changed my phone number password and my email. It directed me to log out. So I did. Once I tried to log back in with my updated number it took directly into an Edward Smith's page. That is the page that comes up once I hit my fb app. I have tried contacting fb customer support with no help. My page is Crystal Hansen. My password was ****mama then changed to jayma**. This is my current and ONLY email. ( *****@***.com ) I no longer have access to the one I originally put when I became a member of fb * years ago. Which is *****@***.com...My current number is *** *** ****. -- *NOT* *** *** ****. Which was a number I had * years ago. Fb asked me me to upload a picture of my ID and in a desperate attempt to recover my account- I did. But now I'm quite concerned because with all the scams going on these days, how do I know that it was actually fb asking for ID!!? My facebook account holds the pictures and memories of my life for the last * years. There are photos on there that I cannot retrieve anywhere else. It has pics and videos of my mother who passed away almost * years ago. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you
