Case ********************Dear Sir or Madam,**my name is Robert Roland, I am originally from Slovakia, but currently working as a cardiologist in Prague, Czechia. I was ** years a happy facebook user until on **th of June, when was my account suddenly without any reason disabled. *Since I have worked and studied in many European countries in last years I gained more than **** contacts, many of them turned into friendships and Facebook was most of the time the main or only way how to reconnect with them despite the distance and lack of free time. That is why I was unpleasant surprised und sad when the account was, surely by mistake, disabled. This is already my *th message (and one per post) without any meaningful reply in the last * months. I am not aware of any violation of your terms. I was not even active in discussions in last * weeks of any kind, did not upload any inappropriate content. I uploaded my ID and medical ID with the same photo as my profile photo. I provided my telephone number in order to be able to send you back some sort of verification number if needed.*I hereby ask you to reactivate my account or please, at least reply and explain the reasons of my alleged violation of terms. If there is any way I can help or to assist you, do not hesitate to contact me.*Yours faithfully,******Robert Roland
