Hi everyone, I recently encountered a significant challenge logging into my account. I had previously reported an issue where someone else had accessed my account. I faced difficulty accessing my email, [redacted], which seemed to have exceeded its email quota. Thankfully, I have resolved this problem and can now successfully change my account password. However, after updating my password, I encountered the following message: "Thanks for your help We’ll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help confirming your name, we’ll reach out for additional documentation." I am not very tech-savvy and rely on a friend for assistance. The inaccessible old page is the only manager of my second Navan Car Sales page. This page remains linked to my Instagram account, causing my posts to redirect to the old Facebook page. In summary, I would appreciate help in accessing my old account (registered with [redacted]), to either eliminate the duplicate business page or merge it with the new one to avoid confusion for my customers. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account since getting a new phone. I am unable to remember my password and can't recover it through my old email account. Despite trying various methods suggested by Facebook, I have been unsuccessful in regaining access. I resorted to creating a new account, but it was locked for security reasons. I am reaching out for assistance as I am genuinely trying to recover my original account which holds sentimental value being from my youth. Any help to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

My Facebook account was disabled by the Facebook team months ago due to videos I uploaded years back. I have stopped uploading videos since last year. The problem is that Facebook keeps sending warnings about these video clips, but I can't find them because I don't remember the page's name or have access to it. I've tried contacting support many times but only received automatic messages. I swear I haven't uploaded any inappropriate videos. I am frustrated by my friend's experience with Facebook. His new accounts get disabled within a day for supposed unusual activity. Adding a phone number doesn't help as his previous account got disabled too. This is baffling as I have used Facebook for years without needing to provide my number. The lack of direct communication with Facebook makes it even more annoying. My friend, a regular user, deserves to use the platform without these constant disruptions. The situation is exasperating, and I am considering involving the authorities if this persists.

I have been dealing with persistent issues caused by a troublesome individual who has created multiple accounts to harass my business page. This person visited my detox retreat but was disruptive and stole from our store. They have also interfered with my ad campaigns, forcing me to halt them. Despite receiving positive reviews, my overall rating has suddenly dropped without me being able to see the newly posted reviews. It's disheartening and perplexing not to have access to crucial information as an admin. I feel frustrated and hesitant to continue using ads until I can understand and address these concerning developments.

I just moved to the US and I am living with my husband. Unfortunately, I have tried to change my password and email to my new email since I no longer have access to my old email. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account, which I deactivated some time ago. I no longer have access to the email or phone number associated with the account. Yesterday, a non-Facebook friend, Gigi Jensen, informed me about a message she received purporting to be from me with an unusual tone that doesn't match how we communicate. She wisely did not accept it. I did not send that message. Last week, I did send a cautionary message to all my Messenger contacts advising them to beware of a potential hack if they received a friend request from an unfamiliar person. I am uncertain if these events are related. Should I be concerned about a possible hack of my account? I want to address an issue where a post of mine was reported on Facebook. My post was innocently shared with a friend, and it wasn't she who reported it. I received a three-day ban for this, while thousands of others who shared it faced no consequences. I didn't even create the post, I was simply explaining it in a comment to one person, who I even met for coffee later and showed her it wasn't her. Facebook closed the report before I could respond, which I find unfair. I have spent a lot of money buying gift cards in the past, but I no longer want to support this kind of unfair treatment. Hello, I have been attempting to contact Facebook regarding my account accessibility for a year now. My Facebook account, under the username Steven Green and linked to [redacted], has been active since [redacted]. Due to changes in my email address and phone number, I have had to create a temporary Facebook account under the name Woody Oven while trying to reclaim access to my original account. Hello, I'm Saga. I've been using Facebook for the past 10 years without any previous violations. Last week, I was conducting research on child abuse (which I can prove, and the week before it was research on drugs and alcohol abuse). I shared a video on Messenger to initiate a discussion and gather evidence on the issue in America. However, my account was disabled the next minute. I acknowledge that I may have breached their terms, but Messenger was my only way to communicate with that person for the discussion. Considering my long-standing use of Facebook without any violations, I am hopeful for a second chance, or at least some feedback from Facebook regarding my situation.

I am going through a difficult divorce situation, as my husband has been accessing my account without permission. I have changed the password, email address, and no longer have the phone associated with the account. I suspect he has created several accounts under my name and phone number using my phone while I am asleep. I am experiencing issues logging into my account because I never received the SMS code. I have tried verifying myself by sending pictures of me holding a handwritten note with a code and a picture of my driver's license. Three friends also provided me with codes to verify my identity. However, after being told I successfully identified myself, I had to wait 24 hours only to find out the link had expired when I returned. I clicked on a link in a second email that mistakenly took me back to square one. This is frustrating as my account is crucial for staying in touch with friends and family.
