I responded to a flash sale that appeared on my FB advertising low cost inflatable layz spas at a reduced rate. I have bought stuff via flash sales before and never had an issue. This particular sale took me through to the following webpage:**www.beachwishesbest.com**I could find no adverse publicity or comments about this page so assumed it was legitimate. *I placed an order for a Lay-Z spa Monaco hot tub at the price of £**.** with shipping costs of £*.** making a total of £***.**.**The money came out of my account however I never received email confirmation of the order and now, a number of weeks later, despite repeated emails to the "company" via their contact page having logged in to my account, I have still a) not received my item, b) Not had any response from the page and c) the order still says processing. **I have now come to the conclusion that this is a clickbait site that had come up on my news feed and that I have therefore been conned out of over £*** sterling. **I therefore want to raise this as a formal complaint and will be seeking to get this money refunded to me forthwith as the legitimacy of advertising should be monitored by your security.**I eagerly await your response. I have all log in details ready as needed for you to chase this. I expect full compensation back or I shall be seeking legal guidance.**Thank you in advance**Dr S Zintilis
