The issue in GetHuman-miaexclu's own words
i have two-step verification on my Facebook account...meaning that every time i log in from an unknown device, i must input a security code token that gets sent directly to my phone.... that is where the problem lies. My phone is dead and i left it at a friends house last night. i dont think she even knows i left it over there.... i was going to log into my facebook from my moms laptop to message her and ask her if she could find it at her house. but because i cant receive the code from my phone, i cant log in. ive already emailed FB support a picture of me holding a code they generated in order to authenticate my profile in that way but i need my phone immediately for a time-sensitive errand today and i cannot just drive to her house to get it, FB has not responded to my authentication email. i have access to the email and the secondary email for my facebook and i need help getting past my own two-step authentication...thank you.
