I recently discovered that someone has taken a screenshot off my Facebook page and is now using it as their profile picture. This photo holds sentimental value as it is of my deceased father. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide the URL as I mainly use my phone for all activities, including accessing Facebook. The photo in question is the large one in the background. I own the original photo and its copyrights. The person using it did not seek my permission, and we are not friends. I have reported the photo as stolen and am requesting its removal or for the entire page to be taken down. The individual in question goes by the name Brian Ramirez, and this unauthorized use has been ongoing since October 2, [redacted]. I seek guidance on how to address this issue promptly.

I recently got a new phone and I am struggling to recover my Facebook account because I can't remember the email I used when I signed up nine years ago. I have tried using the phone number I originally provided, but it's not recognized. My name on Facebook is Amanda Emily Haney, known as Mandy, and the email associated with the account is [redacted] My current accessible email is [redacted] I have a profile picture of my son and me. I was born on 10-05-[redacted] and am married to Mike Haney. Some of my friends on Facebook include Tommy Housley, Rhonda Morris, Wanda Johnston, Brent Alford, Thomas Alford, Dylan Morris, Libby Morris, and Meagan Alford. I'm willing to provide a copy of my driver's license if needed to regain access to my account as I don't want to lose nine years of memories and photos. I reached out to Facebook via email two days ago but have not received a response yet. I really need assistance to recover my account.

After changing my password, I got logged out of my Facebook account and didn't receive the text with the code needed to log back in. I submitted my government ID photo as instructed when not receiving the SMS but still didn't get the code. I've tried multiple times to get a code on my devices but haven't had any luck since last Saturday. I'm really frustrated and worried about losing access to my account. I've provided my email and phone number, so I'm unsure why I can't receive the necessary code. Despite attempting various methods, such as using different devices and code generators, I'm unable to access the authentication code via SMS or email. I just want to regain access to my account without starting over.

Last week, I was blocked by Facebook for expressing my opinion about a news post, saying I had advocated violence, which is not the case. This week, I was blocked again for sharing my thoughts on another news post. I have been a member since summer '14 with three accounts, but only use one. As a public figure, celebrity, supermodel, singer, songwriter, writer, and artist, I have thousands of friends who are upset by Facebook's actions. I have even been invited to the White House and have had friendships with Presidents Ford, Carter, Reagan, and Clinton. Despite being a positive and kind person, my posts have been removed and labeled as spam or violent, which is causing me distress. I urge Facebook to review all my posts and reconsider their actions, as I feel unfairly targeted. I am willing to delete any offensive content, but I believe this situation is unjust. I hope for a response and resolution. Thank you.

Hello. My Facebook account has been disabled, and I received this kind of message: "We detected some abnormal activity on your account, and we temporarily disabled it for security reasons."
When I try to access my account by entering my Facebook ID and password, I get another message saying, "Enter your phone number," followed by a red message stating, "For your protection, we limit the number of attempts allowed. Please try again later." This prevents me from entering the code every time.
Additionally, my Messenger account linked to my phone number has also been disabled in the same manner. I've attempted all authentication methods (phone codes, emails), but I keep encountering this red error message.
How can I resolve this issue?

My account has two phone numbers listed. One is no longer in service but verified, while the other is not verified but I can receive texts from Facebook on it. I need to reset my password because I logged out and can't remember it. I receive the email and text recovery codes, but when I enter them, I get an "error unknown" message. Do I need to activate my old verified phone to use the recovery code? Thanks, Brandon D.

I made a Facebook account to advertise on Instagram. I initially intended it to be a business account only, but mistakenly used my name, Justin Zoellner, which shows up when searching for my business ishopanime. I don't want my name associated with the account. When searching ishopanime, my name appears first, linked to the account. Is there a way to remove my name completely? Under "your pages," ishopanime is identified as a business page. Can it be the sole page? I don't want my real name connected to the business account. I considered permanently deleting the account to start fresh, but I can't do so until after a 60-day waiting period.

I had a post removed, and the reason is unclear to me. The post was meant to be light-hearted, but even if it wasn't, it's a harmless expression of opinion. I was surprised and taken aback by the removal. I had recently watched a video about human trafficking, and while I took it seriously, I also thought about problematic relationships. My comment, "Men are generally dangerous creatures, I think," was intended in a half-serious, jesting manner. I find it puzzling that this was considered offensive. Such sentiments are common and not meant to cause harm. I'm confused by Facebook's decision in this matter regarding my innocent comment.

I am looking to update my email address on my Facebook account, username: Carol N Keith Johnson. However, I am unable to do this as I have forgotten my password. I need to change my email to [redacted] I recently deleted another Facebook account under the username: Carol Johnson, linked to the email [redacted], and I do not wish to reopen it. Hello, I have exhausted all possible methods to regain access to my Facebook account. Unfortunately, I can't recall the email address associated with it since it was saved on my phone, which was stolen years ago. I am unable to use any of Facebook's recovery options. Could you please verify my account by asking security questions about my girlfriend or friends from my friends' list? I have precious photos of my children on there and urgently need to restore access to my Facebook account. I have tried everything I could think of, including searching on Google, but have not succeeded. I eagerly await your response. Thank you.

Hello! I go by the name Dring Dring Tok on Facebook. Yesterday, I was sharing some movies from youtube.com to my Facebook page. After refreshing my Facebook page, I was prompted to upload a picture for identification purposes. I complied and submitted the picture. However, since yesterday afternoon, whenever I try to log in, I'm greeted with a message stating, "You Can't Use Facebook Right Now. We're reviewing the photo you sent us." I understand that this is for the security of my account, but I am eager to regain access. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your help, and have a great day!

My account was recently hacked. I am Chris Murnighan. I tried searching for my name, and only my profile, featuring me in a cheeseburger hat and sunglasses, shows up. However, when I search using my email address, [redacted], a different profile is linked to it, which is not mine. When I attempt to confirm my account, I am prompted for a code, but the associated email is unfamiliar to me. Unfortunately, I cannot regain access to my account. I last accessed it on October 6-7 from San Antonio, Texas, and was browsing the Facebook market on October 12 before realizing I had been hacked.

I am an admin for a group and we have been inundated with requests from what seem to be fake accounts belonging to women from around the world. The profiles often feature outdated photos, lack friends, or only have a small number of male friends, typically around five. Most of these suspicious accounts have been created between July and September of this year. I am struggling to find a way to reach out to Facebook about this issue. While I have reported some of these accounts as fake and blocked a few who persisted, the volume is overwhelming. We have already rejected 69 requests from such accounts. It would be helpful if there was a way to directly share screenshots of these profiles with a Facebook representative for further investigation and action. Any advice on how to address this with Facebook would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have had my account for eight years, but recently got locked out due to multiple users. The email I used for this account no longer exists, and I cannot recall the password. Consequently, I created a new Facebook account on another phone, only to be locked out again for not verifying my identity. The initial email address I used was [redacted], now inaccessible. The current email is [redacted] The phone number linked to the first account is [redacted], and the new account, created yesterday, is tied to [redacted]. I am seeking assistance to either regain access to my original account or have it deleted to allow me to use the new one.

I recently got a new phone number through Straight Talk, but I forgot to update my phone number on Facebook. Now, someone else has access to my Facebook and Messenger accounts, and I can't access them. Straight Talk advised me to reach out to Facebook for help because I'm not receiving the SMS messages needed to regain access. I also need help with my Google account to recover my contacts and photos. I'm not very tech-savvy, and it's urgent because I need to reconnect with family members on Messenger. The person who has access claims to only use Wi-Fi and doesn't have a phone number, which confuses me. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I really need help to recover my account.

On 10/12/[redacted], I encountered difficulties logging into my Facebook account. Despite several password change attempts, I was unsuccessful. I was then informed that I had made too many login attempts and needed to wait. Later, I received an email requesting an update for the account linked to [redacted] from Microsoft, dated 10/12/[redacted] at 8:00 PM. The email explained that the account was not syncing successfully and provided steps to fix the issue for both the new Mail experience and Classic version of Outlook.com. It stressed not to provide passwords via email. My email accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], seemed to be synced properly. However, when I try to log into Facebook, it redirects me to the sign-up page. Can anyone offer assistance with this matter?
