Our company recently rebranded from Student Loan Genius to Vault. The Student Loan Genius website now redirects to Vault's site. Despite providing evidence of the rebrand and the connection between the two, my request to change my Facebook page name from Student Loan Genius to Vault was denied. I attempted to create a new Vault page and merge it with the existing one in Facebook Business Manager, but I encountered an issue because the new Vault page wasn't verified. I am still working on resolving this matter to have the correct page name reflecting our company's new brand.

I got locked out of Facebook about two weeks ago after hitting the incorrect button. Despite being given at least six different recovery codes, I was unable to log back in. I was also informed that my account was considered malicious. I have been trying to connect with my daughter, Angela Richardson, who is on my friends' list. My name is Tanya Richardson, and I have pictures on my previous page. Some of my other friends include: Sharon Murphy, Lanita Brown, Ronald Alston, Lola Hillman, Camille Pritchett, and Eryn Turner. My date of birth is January 2, [redacted]. Can you please help me reset my account? Thank you for any assistance. I also sought help at T-Mobile to log back on, but even after receiving the code [redacted], it still didn't work.

I have been in contact with someone named Mike for a week. Initially, my account reverted back to my old account from 3 years ago for unknown reasons. Despite trying to login to my current account, it wouldn't let me do so. Mike came into the picture and unfortunately, the situation worsened. He provided me with a password "welcome123" which allowed me to access my account but ended up losing everything. This happened a few times, and now I can't reach Mike for three days. Messenger and Facebook are unusable as my photo pops up but I can't access the accounts. Mike keeps asking me for $[redacted] each time we talk, which is frustrating as the issues are not my fault. It has been 4 days since I could use the accounts, and I don't want to lose contact with my friends. This is a distressing situation, and I need help.

One of the main reasons I value using Facebook is to follow contemporary scientific articles, such as those by @Hashem Al-Ghaili. I have discovered new pages through Facebook's recommendations, likely based on my interactions. To improve this, it would be beneficial if users could input keywords relevant to their interests. Additionally, having a feature where a shareable link with full text could be provided to enhance the recommendation system's capabilities would be great. As a scientist, I find this feature very helpful as it offers a broader perspective for my research. Thank you.

I recently had a post removed by Facebook for spam and when I attempted to delete it, a prompt appeared asking me to secure my account. After following the steps, it prompted me to change my password, which I prefer not to do. Unfortunately, I cannot recall my current password and now the system is not allowing me to proceed without changing it. I am concerned as my account holds valuable photos of deceased family members that are not saved elsewhere. Assistance in regaining access to my Facebook account is greatly appreciated.

There is a picture circulating online claiming I am in a relationship with Josalina Marie, but this is false. I took the picture because she mentioned being a fan of my music, not to be her boyfriend. Despite my requests, she refuses to remove it from Facebook, which is damaging my reputation and causing me distress. I am a minor and did not consent to this. I have tried reporting it to Facebook without success. Please assist me in removing the photos from her page. Her Facebook name is "Josalina Marie," which is not her real name. Thank you for any help with this matter.

I received the following message from you after I stopped following a friend: "Here's what happens when you unfollow someone: Paula, it seems that you recently unfollowed a friend. You will no longer see posts from them in your News Feed, but you will still be friends with them. Don't worry, they won't know you've unfollowed them." — The Facebook Help Team I am an adult, not a child. My actions are my own business. I do not need commentary from you on my decisions. Whether I choose to unfollow or unlike someone is personal and doesn't require your input. Please refrain from such interactions. Furthermore, instead of overseeing users' data, preventing password breaches, and safeguarding against foreign interference, you should focus on these critical issues rather than monitoring individual activities.

I am having trouble accessing Facebook as I have switched phone numbers and used my sister's computers when staying with her. Now that we have moved and I'm doing better, I can't sign in on new devices, even ones I used before at my sister's place. I am worried because all our pictures, including those of our new 4-month-old baby, are on there and we want to print them for our walls. I share a Facebook account with my wife under the name Patrick Amberly. I couldn't remember the password after being away due to having my son and being in the hospital. Please assist me in regaining access. My email is [redacted]

I recently created a new account using my maiden name, Bridget Eddy. My email address is [redacted] with the password gonewiththewind39. I believe my old account, under the name Bridget Bruno (Eddy), may have been hacked as I used the same profile picture. Both accounts are currently locked pending an investigation. Although my email address is the same for both accounts, the passwords differ. The old password is damnyoureyes2830. I am requesting that all pages with the name Bridget Bruno and my likeness be deleted. However, I would like to maintain my current page under Bridget Eddy and regain access to Facebook under this name only. It has been 7 days since I reported the issue with my old page, and I feel my feedback has not been addressed despite leaving multiple messages. I am hoping for a swift resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Hello, I have made multiple requests and appeals to modify the name of my Facebook fan page. Unfortunately, the responses I receive seem automated and do not address my specific request. I run a healthy living page aimed at inspiring others to improve their diets and lifestyles. I wish to change the name from "The Lean Green Mama Machine" to "Whole Food Fit," which is shorter and more cohesive with another business page I manage called "Fit Marketing Mom." I believe the new name accurately reflects the content of my page. Could you please review and approve this change to support my business growth and branding efforts? If not, I may need to consider creating a new page. I hope to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this request. Tracy

I recently received a negative review and recommendation about my business, AAA Home Improvement. I have responded to the review with my side of the story. For instance, the customer's complaint suggests that I took payment before completing the job, which is inaccurate. In reality, I only accepted payment once I finished three checklists. The customer has continued making misleading remarks, including sharing a screenshot of our contract mentioning "inset shelves." When the contract was drafted, she was undecided between one or two shelves. She later sent a picture of the specific shelf, knowing I was not responsible for the glass ones. I even explicitly informed her that the company installing her shower door would handle the shelves, as stated in the contract. These are just a few discrepancies in her complaint. I would like the complaint and any related comments to be removed from my business page. I've addressed her initial complaint, but it seems she intends to persist with these actions to harm my business and reputation. I also request that she and her husband be restricted from posting any more inaccurate comments about my business. I will be hiding her additional comments as they are very detrimental to my business. If more information is needed, I can be reached at [redacted].

In [redacted], I created my original Facebook account with the username "Sunny Flower." Over the past 5 years, I accumulated numerous photos, notes, links, and recipes on my profile. Recently, Facebook suspended my account, requesting valid identification. I complied by submitting my driver's license, and upon approval, they changed my username to my legal name, Leo Martelon. Leo passed away in [redacted] from a brain aneurysm. Since waking up from a coma, living with a brain injury has been challenging. I need to move on from Leo Martelon and embrace my true self, Sunny Flower. Is there a way to sync my current Facebook with the old account before it was deleted due to a scam targeting Leo Martelon? Thank you for your assistance.

I just want to ensure that my Facebook posts comply with the guidelines. Here are the main posts: "Yesterday morning, the judge dismissed the Temporary Domestic Violence Restraining Order against C. I am relieved to have this settled, and now C. can attend G.'s activities. Our prayers have been answered." and "Due to the Temporary Domestic Violence Restraining Order against C., he missed attending his daughter's BYU graduation, even though he had supported her financially. He flew to Chile to spend a day with his son E., as he couldn't be at the airport for his return from a mission. C. was eventually able to attend a different ward when E. spoke again. Despite J.'s claim that she gave permission for him to attend these events, California law states that only a judge can modify or cancel a restraining order, requiring a formal request to do so. These details are sourced from "The Superior Court of California - County of Orange" website."

I have been experiencing phone issues, so I borrowed a phone while mine was being repaired. Now that I have received my repaired phone back, I am unable to log into my account. When I try to log in with the email [redacted], I'm not receiving the text messages on my phone number [redacted]1 as I used to before. I also attempted to create a new account with the email [redacted], but I did not receive the verification messages there either. Even after trying to report the login issue for over a week, I'm still encountering an error message instructing me to try again later. This problem persists across different network connections and even on my laptop. My network provider is Vodafone, and I can supply any necessary additional information. I look forward to resolving this issue, thank you.
