The issue in GetHuman-raish's own words
I was trying to login and it said my password was incorrect. So i clicked on forgot password did all of the necessary steps. Changed the password and then received a message that said i needed a login code that would be sent via SMS. However, it was sent to an old phone number that i no longer have access too. I have done EVERYTHING else possible. I have sent multiple pictures with me holding up a piece of paper with a code on it. And have also sent multiple pictures of my State I.D. And still have received nothing not so much as a "***** off Facebook dont care" This is really irritating as just before all of this happened i was setting a up a meeting for an item im selling on the market place.
GetHuman-raish did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
