Today, I unexpectedly received a notification reminding me to wish someone a happy birthday, only to realize the person it was referring to passed away in [redacted]. The late Bruce CAROLAN, formerly from St Petersburg, Florida, and Phibsborough, Dublin, peacefully passed away under the care of St Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown. He was a beloved husband, brother, brother-in-law, and uncle who will be deeply missed by many. Friends and family can pay their respects at the upcoming funeral services. May he rest in peace.

I am having trouble accessing my old Facebook account as someone changed the password. I created a new account in the meantime, but I really want my original one back. When trying to reset the password, I realized the email linked to the account ([redacted]) cannot receive any emails. Hence, I am unable to receive the reset code. My valid email address for receiving correspondence is [redacted] Could you please send the reset password or code to this email instead? Thank you.

I recently discovered that someone has been using my photos and posting under a different name on various social media sites. I requested my friends to report this Facebook profile under the name Tiago Brito. Strangely, my profile has now been deactivated, even though I have been using it for over a decade without any hint of fraudulent activity. I have provided evidence to Facebook that Tiago Brito is impersonating me by using my photos, but they claim his profile is real and my ID copy is unclear. It's frustrating that I am facing repercussions for trying to address this issue of identity theft. I hope Facebook can quickly rectify this situation considering my long-standing presence on the platform.

My husband just recently decided to create a Facebook account. Unfortunately, it seems like someone has already made a fake account using his name and took pictures from both my Facebook account and his website. The account in question is under the name "Toby Wentz" with our wedding photo as the profile picture. I've tried reporting it as fake multiple times, but it remains active. Additionally, my husband is struggling to get his own account approved by Facebook. What steps should we take to resolve this issue?

Hello Facebook, My account was hacked two days ago, and I managed to recover it by resetting my password. I set up trusted friends and two-factor authentication. However, I have been trying to access my account since then and I'm not receiving the codes. When I tried the trusted friends process, it asked me to log in from a known device, but this is the only device I have. I have filled out a contact form several times since Friday. I received an email from Facebook with a one-click login link, but it was for an old Facebook account. I have not received any response since. I also uploaded my ID. This is my personal account, and I really need to access it. Please help. I am willing to provide all the identification you need to prove it's my account. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Xovphine, and I've been encountering issues with logging into my Facebook account. It seems like I may have been blocked from accessing my account. Yesterday, I created a Facebook account after receiving four friend requests while playing Ovipets and had made significant progress in the game. However, upon returning to the Facebook page, it prompted me to enter my phone number. After receiving a verification code and entering it, the code would not verify despite repeated attempts. It appears that Facebook may have blocked my account and phone number. I seek assistance in regaining access to my account to reconnect with my family and retrieve my progress on Ovipets. Hello, I am facing an issue with accessing my Facebook account. After a recent two-year prison term, I am unable to recall my Facebook and email passwords. I am unable to contact Facebook support as they do not provide customer support. Despite having identification like my driver's license and passport, as well as similar friends listed on my old and new accounts, I am unable to retrieve my photos and manage a page I used to operate. My brother is being falsely accused of a serious crime in a viral post. The allegations are completely untrue. He was involved in a relationship with a young lady who misled him about her age, leading to a legal case of statutory issues which did not result in a prison sentence. The girl is now spreading false information about him, creating a dangerous situation for our family. We have taken steps to address this legally and are working with local authorities to ensure our safety. I kindly request the removal of this harmful post. Facebook recently had a Network for Good program for my birthday where they pledged to donate the first five dollars. I decided to participate and set up donations for the MCDF in Zimbabwe. I also offered to match donations up to $[redacted]. The donation period ended yesterday, and I noticed that an extra $[redacted] was taken from my checking account without my authorization. I have already contacted my credit union and informed the donors who contributed through the Facebook Network for Good platform. I kindly request that the additional $[redacted] be refunded to my checking account promptly. I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. Thank you.

I lost my phone a week ago, and the number linked to my Facebook account has expired. I cannot reactivate it, and my concern is that my account may be hacked. Additionally, I no longer have access to my email. I have attempted various recovery options provided by Facebook without success. I am utilizing the trusted contacts recovery option, but every time my contacts try the URL I provided, it is always expired or unavailable. The timeline posts for Howard Barlow have been frozen since 8/26/18, which I just learned an hour ago. I tried to publish a tribute to my best friend and 9/11 victim, Steve Cherry, five hours ago. This would have inspired many tributes from my 3,[redacted] Facebook friends. This account is also involved in promoting various beneficial products in the USA. By freezing the timeline, important information for individuals and horse owners is being withheld, which is disrespectful to the victims of 9/11. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly.

Hello, I'm Steve Jordan. Recently, my wife changed my Facebook account settings, and now I can't receive the two-factor authentication code needed to log in because it goes to her phone. I would suggest having a direct customer service representative available for emergencies. My wife's account, KIARIA FELICITY (fb), was temporarily blocked without notice. The issue arose due to Facebook finding it suspicious that she frequently changed her name, although she is the legitimate owner of the account. We have been attempting to resolve this through the system's identity verification process, where she correctly identified her friends. However, upon clicking continue, the system logged her out, suspecting excessive time spent identifying friends, which is not her fault. We have been unable to find a contact number through Google to directly address this problem. I kindly request your assistance in restoring access to her account since she is the only one with access and changing names has been a security measure. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly. I have a suggestion to improve the service by having a direct customer support representative available for emergencies such as my wife, K.F., being temporarily blocked without notice. It caused distress as she was flagged for frequently changing her name, despite being the genuine account holder. We tried to contact Facebook via phone but couldn't find any information. My wife has been diligently following the steps to recover her account, correctly identifying friends, but encounters an issue when validating. Your system incorrectly detects prolonged time taken to identify friends, which isn't her doing. Please address this promptly and restore her account as she is the sole user and changes her name for security reasons. I hope this matter gains your attention as it greatly impacts her. Thank you.

I have been experiencing issues with accessing my Facebook account for weeks. Despite providing my state ID and following the instructions to hold up a piece of paper with the code they sent, I am unable to log in. I am unable to use the code generator and cannot access it. I urge Facebook to send the authorization code via text message or email to resolve this login problem. As a long-time customer, I believe they have enough information to verify my identity accurately.

I have attempted numerous times to regain access to my account, even submitting a photo of my driver's license. However, after almost two years, I am still unable to log in. Previously, I had set up a two-step verification process, but due to changing my phone number, I no longer receive the necessary text message with the login code. Although I received an email confirming the release of my old phone number, I have since updated my email and password. Despite these changes, each attempt to log in prompts for the text code that is not reaching my new phone. I have cherished this account since [redacted] and would greatly appreciate any assistance in accessing it again.

Dear Sir, These days, my friend, Loukmee's ex-boyfriend, is using her Facebook account [redacted]. He keeps posting old photos of them and sharing pornographic images of other women, which he claims depict my friend, Loukmee. Sadly, Loukmee's account has already been blocked by him. Being Loukmee's best friend, I am seeking help from the Facebook Help Center to block his fake account on Facebook. This is not his genuine account, and he created it to cause trouble for others. I am having trouble accessing my account, and I am getting frustrated. I want to reset my password to get back in, but I am not receiving the reset link. The option to have it resent is not working either. I no longer have access to the phone number or the old email linked to my account, so those solutions won't work. I attempted to log into my account but couldn't due to a password change. The account belongs to Abo Ali H Najdi. The email associated with it is [redacted] with the password Lebanonn. Unfortunately, I can't access this email to receive the code being sent. I'm willing to verify my identity by answering any questions and providing my phone number. I would appreciate if the code can be sent to [redacted] as it's my preferred contact method.
