Hello, I am reaching out about an issue with my Facebook account. Yesterday, on 09/03/[redacted], I received a message on my Facebook login page mentioning security concerns, possibly due to unusual activity. I followed the prompt to submit a photo of myself for verification purposes. Since then, I have been unable to access my account, as there is a message indicating that Facebook is reviewing the photo I provided. I would like to know: 1. The reason for requesting my photo, 2. What specific security issues or unusual activities were detected, 3. How my photo will be used, and 4. Who is responsible for reviewing my photo and the purpose of it. I believe it is important to receive answers to these inquiries promptly, as I complied with the request without understanding the circumstances. I have been struggling to log in to my Facebook account despite numerous attempts to contact Facebook's management for assistance. When I try to access my account, I receive a message prompting me to enter a login code from the Code Generator, but I never receive the code on my phone. I suspect this might be due to a change in phone number since [redacted] when I initially created my account. Although I can still access Messenger, I am unable to log in to my main Facebook page. It's frustrating that after a week of trying to reach customer support, I have not received any help. My son's account has been hacked, and the password has been changed, making it impossible for me to close his page. He has no knowledge of the inappropriate posts on his profile. I am reaching out because I need this issue resolved to ensure my child is not wrongly accused of anything. I have made multiple attempts to contact you, but unfortunately, my concerns have not been addressed seriously. My son's name is Jeffrey Sims Jr., but he goes by Jeffrey Sims on this platform. I'm struggling to regain access to my old Facebook account after getting a new phone number. Despite multiple attempts, I've been unsuccessful and had to create a new account. Additionally, Facebook notified me that the phone number linked to my account now belongs to someone else, even though it's still mine. Since then, I've received friend requests that are automatically accepted, compromising my privacy. I'm concerned about the lack of privacy enforcement by Facebook. I've tried reaching out after receiving the email but have yet to receive a response. Can anyone assist me in recovering my old account and phone number?

I am experiencing repetitive issues with being locked out of my account on a regular basis as I receive constant prompts to change my password, only to have those changes rejected later. The message "session expired" appears often, necessitating a new password input, which is then not accepted, creating frustration. The problem seems to resurface intermittently, making it hard to rely on the platform for consistent use. While I appreciate the information and utility provided by Facebook when it functions properly, the recurring technical glitches are causing dissatisfaction. I am using the username Trisha Ann on Facebook. To log in, I have my current password as Scrappy 1 and 2-factor authentication enabled. Recently, I had to reset my phone, and now I am unable to log in to my Facebook account. I can change my password, but after entering the new password, the code that is meant to be sent to my phone never arrives. I've uploaded my ID, which was accepted, and received a recovery link. However, even after changing my password through the recovery link, I still don't receive the code on my phone. My carrier is Straight Talk, so I suspect this might be causing the issue with receiving the code. I am looking for assistance to either disable the 2-factor authentication on my account or receive a working code after changing my password.

After enabling two-step login, all my devices and Wi-Fi were reset, making it impossible for me to log in. There are three accounts, two without restrictions that I rarely use. Unfortunately, the account with restrictions, [redacted], is the one I need to access but I forgot the password. I used to log in through my phone, but I had to change my number and my phone was reset. The device detection is now showing as never connected because I removed the SIM card due to being hacked and changing all Wi-Fi passwords.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my business page, "Awesome Bed and Biscuit," located in Lebanon, Tennessee, ever since the template was changed. I am unable to log in, update, or post anything, causing significant stress as maintaining an online presence is crucial for my business's success. Despite requesting not to change the template, I find myself locked out with precious content, including irreplaceable videos and memories of a beloved pet who passed away. I urgently need assistance to revert to the previous template, but all my attempts have failed. Please, I implore you to restore my access as I fear losing important aspects of my business. If a resolution is not possible, regrettably, I may have no choice but to delete my page and rebuild from scratch, resulting in significant loss for my business.

Our family computer was hacked, and the hacker gained access to my email and somehow got into my Facebook account under the name James Winter Griffin. Upon checking, it indicated that I had breached the terms and conditions, possibly due to unauthorized activity. I suspect someone may have been impersonating me. I would like two actions to be taken. Firstly, a general message should be sent to notify others that my account has been compromised since August 30th, and any communications after that date are not from me. Secondly, I would like my account to be deactivated promptly. As a precaution, I have arranged for a friend to oversee any emails from you due to the compromise of my email and internet. For future identification, my account picture shows me beside a large reel-to-reel player, and my recent post featured an iMac G3.

I had an old Facebook account that went inactive due to not being used for several years. Upon trying to update my information with my new phone number, I encountered issues. Facebook locked my account suspecting unauthorized access. The security verification methods would send messages to my old phone number, which I no longer have. I am unable to receive these messages to recover my account. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my Facebook page where I have valuable pictures and memories stored. I recently discovered that my email had been used to create a FaceBook account, affecting my ability to use Messenger linked to my cell number. I couldn't recall my Messenger password and in trying to reset it, I found another name, Ti Gjini, linked to my phone. This situation led Facebook to block my Messenger account. I reported the issue to Facebook, highlighting the misuse of my email and hoping for a resolution. Upon setting up Messenger, I had no prior FaceBook account, hence I used my phone number. I seek assistance to regain access to my Messenger account. Thank you.

I am still experiencing this issue. Our team manages the LionsBet Official page. For the past year, we have been consistently posting organic content without any issues. Recently, we attempted to promote an ad that was unrelated to gambling or in violation of Facebook's advertising policies. The ad featured a guessing game with a picture of Neymar, designed to engage users. However, the ad was disapproved. I have been trying to report an issue on Facebook but have not seen any results. Someone has created a fake profile pretending to be me and has been sending friend requests to my contacts. They have posted inappropriate content on my timeline, including photos of me, with the clear intention of causing harm. Despite my reports, Facebook has not taken down this account. I have involved the police, and I have an incident number. The authorities have requested the email address used to create the fake account as it violates multiple laws regarding privacy, explicit content, and malicious intent. My concern is also for my young children who could come across this material. I have screenshots to provide as evidence. I urge Facebook to cooperate with the Gloucestershire Police, referencing incident number [redacted], to take down the fake account promptly.

I would like to request assistance with changing the name on my Facebook account back to the way it was when I first signed up. The correct spelling of my name is Shelia Lane Cearley. Facebook recently changed it to Shelia Clearley without my consent. Despite providing my ID as requested by Facebook, I have not received any support. I keep receiving messages informing me that I have to wait 3 months to change my name, even though I have never altered it myself. When I first set up my FB account, I used an email that is no longer active. I didn't add a backup email or choose a friend for recovery. After being locked out, I created a second account. My daughter helped me regain access to my original account, but recently it disappeared again. Following instructions, I made a new account. Facebook sent me a message that my old email was recovered and I followed the steps. Now I can access both accounts, but they seem to be conflicting and not functioning properly. I still have my friends, but I can't see private content or receive notifications in my newsfeed. I prefer to keep my original account, but I can't access the old email. I need assistance specific to this issue as the information I found online isn't helpful.

My Facebook page suddenly changed, and I don't know why. I've been using it for years. The usual options like "like," "comment," "share" have been replaced with "photo/video," "feeling/activities." I can no longer add photos from my computer. I tried reaching out to Facebook for help but didn't get any assistance, so I deactivated my account and created a new one. To my dismay, the same issue persists on the new account. When I post a message, I have to select friends individually, unlike before when my messages were visible to everyone on my page. If anyone knows how to resolve this and revert back to the original options, like, comment, share, please advise me.

Please assist me in recovering my account. Someone reported it as not belonging to me, but I assure you it is mine. I can provide proof, even send you my ID card if needed. I've reached out via email but have not heard back. I'm very worried and just want my account back so I can continue playing my favorite game where I've invested a lot of money. I came across a defamatory post by user Marina Thonus. Unfortunately, I am currently blocked and unable to report it directly. Luckily, I have a screenshot as evidence. The post contains false accusations that could jeopardize my current job and future career. It implies illegal and unethical behavior, even hinting at child abuse according to UK law. This is particularly concerning as I hold a Disclosure and Barring Service certification for working with children. Despite attempting to report it through the online form, I have only received automated responses redirecting me to various links. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I accidentally deleted my account. The recovery phone number is linked to my son's FB account. My email is “[redacted]” Even with the reset code, I still can’t access my account. Others see my account but get an error message when clicking on it. I unintentionally created other accounts that I don't need. The name on the account is "Danielle Andrews." My phone number is “[redacted].” The account can no longer be searched for, it seems deleted. My profile photo was me on my front porch in a black romper with blond hair, and my two boys are in the cover photo. I've been a member since [redacted]. Please assist!
