I have two Facebook accounts. One was created around [redacted] or [redacted] under the name Joyce E Norwood. I was inactive for some time and couldn't access it, so I made a new one named Joyce Norwood. After contacting Facebook, I was able to regain access to my old account. I used my phone and, needing space, I deleted the old account. When I tried to reinstall it, I kept getting directed to the new account with no pictures or friends. I want my old account back with all my photos and friends. The old account Joyce E Norwood has my family members and over [redacted] friends, unlike the new one. Please help me retrieve my original account; the information and connections are all there. Thank you.

Hello Facebook, I recently noticed an inappropriate post on a Washington Redskins fans page that I follow. After reporting it, I found myself unable to comment on any pages or posts on Facebook. I also encountered difficulty logging back in after logging out. I am concerned I may have been hacked, as this all began after I spoke out against the inappropriate content. Any assistance in regaining access to my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm Paula McDaniel, the Executive Director of Tuttle Housing in Tuttle, Oklahoma. Recently, someone named Sheri Niles created a fake Facebook page for our Federal (HUD) Housing establishment, which is not a homeless shelter. We do not have an authorized Facebook page. Ms. Niles, who has no affiliation with us, set up this page without permission. We operate under federal law and comply with federal guidelines. The email address she provided on the page is incorrect. Our correct email is [redacted] If needed, I can provide you with my representative at the Oklahoma City Dept. of Housing & Urban Development. Thank you for your help. You can reach me at [redacted] for work or [redacted] personally.

Eight years ago, I created a Facebook account using an email I no longer have access to. Currently, I can log in through the mobile app but not on my laptop. When trying to log in on my laptop, it claims I am using an old password that I don't recall changing. I've contacted my old email provider to recover access to the account associated with my Facebook, but they informed me the account has been closed due to inactivity. I am unable to update my email or phone number on Facebook without entering a password. The Facebook help section suggests adding trusted friends for a code, but this option is also unavailable to me. How can I regain access to my Facebook account?

I opened a Facebook account * years ago using an email I can't access anymore. I'm logged into the mobile app but not on my laptop. When I try to log in on the laptop, it says I'm using an old password, which I don't recall changing. I reached out to my old email provider to regain access, but they informed me the account is closed since I haven't used it in a long time. I can't update my current email or phone number on Facebook without the password. The Facebook help section suggests adding trusted friends for a code, but I can't do that either. Can anyone advise me on how to regain access to my account?

I am desperately seeking assistance in regaining access to my Facebook account which was maliciously compromised. The culprit is regularly changing pictures and has altered both the phone number and email associated with it. Despite numerous attempts through various support channels such as emails, recovery requests, and password resets, I have been unsuccessful in reclaiming my account for over two years. This account holds sentimental photos, contacts, and memories that are irreplaceable to me. I implore anyone with the expertise to assist in recovering my account to help in this matter.

I established a Facebook account 8 years ago using an email address I can no longer access. I am currently logged into the mobile app, but I need access on my laptop. When I attempt to log in on the laptop, it indicates the password is old even though I did not change it. I reached out to my old email provider to recover the account associated with my Facebook, but they informed me the email account is no longer active due to inactivity. I am unable to update my contact information on Facebook without knowledge of the current password. The Facebook help page suggested adding trusted contacts for a verification code, but this requires the password I cannot recall. I am stuck in a loop. How can I regain access to my Facebook account without the old email and password?

I have found emails addressed to two other individuals on my email account, [redacted] I cannot recall ever providing this account to you. One set of emails is intended for Cheryl Sanchez, dated from April of this year. The other set is for Cheri Y Gerardo and is ongoing. This account is reserved for specific purposes and I only check it when necessary. I am troubled by this situation and believe that there should be a verification process to ensure accuracy like other websites employ for account activations. Kindly address this matter promptly. I understand that there may be staff available even on holidays. Sincerely, Cheri Young

My account registered under my email [redacted] has been disabled. I have had this account for years. I am unsure if it was mass reported or hacked because my notifications were set to notify me through messenger. On Monday, August 13, when I tried to log in, my account was disabled. I have never done anything wrong. My account is under the name Claire-Lou Louise. I have never used my surname due to personal reasons. I have appealed, provided my ID, and still, my account has not been reinstated. I find this situation incredibly unfair. My pictures are of me, and I have not been mean to anyone. No explanation has been provided to me, and this is unjust. I suspect a connection with someone named Chelsey Harwood. She is using numerous profiles, has a significant following, and has requested people to donate their Facebook accounts to her. She has created hate pages that you have removed, and she runs groups where she bullies individuals. Her actions are appalling. I have reported her, and the police are involved. I have included a link to a video where she mocks a man for attempting suicide. I fear someone may take drastic actions because of her behavior. Why do you allow hate speech on your platform while penalizing me? In conclusion, I request for my Facebook account to be reinstated. I am willing to provide evidence of all the pages, groups, and profiles Chelsey Harwood is using. It is unjust for me to lose my account while this individual operates multiple accounts without consequences.

I run a non-profit charity in memory of my daughter to assist disadvantaged children. For the third year, we've been fundraising for kids in need at Kris's former school. To spread the word and raise donations, I set up a Facebook page and a Paypal donation button. Initially, there were two pages, one with poor graphics which was a trial version. I later created a better second page, kept it active, and shared it via a blog. Our target was $[redacted], a significant sum for us. Unfortunately, Facebook associated my charity incorrectly, renaming it from KRIS Foundation to Cawanua's Kris Foundation for Kids. They requested a donation button setup, but I hesitated due to concerns about them handling the funds. Those who donated got receipts explaining that we lacked IRS approval and redirected their donations elsewhere. My husband believed that our current budget didn't meet the requirements for a [redacted](c)(3) status. Despite this, Facebook continued to collect funds through their donation link without notifying us. I deeply value the support from friends who cherish my daughter and me. However, I now face the difficult task of informing them about this concerning situation. Although Facebook's actions may be lawful, they seem ethically questionable considering the circumstances.

Until a few days ago, I found a way to save Facebook Messenger message threads as PDFs using my iPhone 6s by accessing Facebook through the browser instead of the app. However, this method recently stopped working, and now when I try to save a conversation as a PDF, it only captures what's visible on one screen. I'm frustrated by this change and wondering if there's another method to save the entire message thread as a PDF. It used to be very helpful, and I'm disappointed that it no longer works properly.

Yesterday at 9:19 pm on 9/2/18, I received a notification that a comment I made was flagged for violating community standards and I was blocked for 3 days. Immediately at 9:50 pm, I requested a review of my comment. By 10:29 am on 9/3/18, a message confirmed that my post complied with the community standards and was restored. Even though my comment was reinstated, I remain blocked on Facebook. If my post met the standards, I should have my account restored promptly.

Hello, my name is Fred V. My account was disabled at the end of August, most likely due to a gag picture involving a baby in a crib with a photoshopped image. I acknowledge the mistake and am willing to accept the 72-hour account suspension. I am eager to know when I can resume posting and communicating with friends, especially since I need to reach someone solely through Facebook. If you understand that my error was unintentional, could you please enable my account at your earliest convenience? Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently discovered that my phone number linked to [redacted] was mistakenly moved to a backup account. I am unable to access my own account under my name, Daniel Mitola III. Despite resetting the email password, I am still unable to log in. This has caused issues for me as I am about to deploy to Japan and urgently need access to this account. I have been trying for days to reset my Facebook password without success. While I have received emails about resetting my email password, I have not received information on how to reset my Facebook password. Due to the phone number no longer being associated with my account, I am unable to use it for verification purposes.

I have two Facebook accounts - the first one is under [redacted] and it is working well. The second account is under [redacted] Unfortunately, due to a fire on my cell phone, I lost access to this account weeks ago. I tried using a link Facebook sent with a passcode once, but after logging in, I couldn't change the password because it seems like [redacted] isn't recognized as an account. Even though I receive a login link, the 6-digit pin isn't accepted and I keep getting an error message stating there are too many attempts. I have waited two days but the pin still doesn't work. Even if I manage to log in, I can't change the password as Facebook can't match the account with my email or phone number. Could you please help me resolve this issue or permanently close the account?

I recently experienced a personal attack on Facebook on the page "See Ya Laters" by a user accusing me of being a pedophile. I reported the account, but it is still active. This incident has caused distress and even led to others contacting me because of his actions. I have evidence of his post and comments but he provided no proof of his accusations. When my wife approached him, he blocked her. This situation is affecting my health as I face crude remarks from others. Here is the link to the person's profile: [redacted]. I would like the profile deactivated and the user warned about spreading false accusations.

I am facing an issue with my Facebook account being blocked. This has affected my ability to communicate with my family. I used the account to discuss school matters with them. I would appreciate it if you could restore access to my account today so I can connect with my parents. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi, I'm Neil from the Facebook group Pintman Pintposting. Recently, we had to switch from being a closed group to a secret group due to a high number of bots causing issues. We initially intended this to be temporary, but it appears we are now stuck in this setting permanently. After almost 2 years of operating as a closed group, we are eager to revert back to that status to foster further growth. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account named Christen Luiz because the password was changed without my knowledge. Unfortunately, I can't reset the password using the "forgot password" option since the email listed is an old Tata Docomo number that I no longer use. I never updated my account with a different email like Gmail or Yahoo. I also didn't update my current phone number. I've tried everything to recover my account, but all the reset codes are going to the outdated phone number. Can someone please help me reset my password or provide assistance in recovering my account?
