My business partner and I were both on our Facebook business account. We were planning to launch a social media campaign this morning, and now we can't. He was working on the Facebook page, and I was working in Ads manager. Facebook asked us to submit a picture, not telling us our account would temporarily be locked. We sent in a picture of a product being modeled, because it's a business account. I'm not going to post a picture of myself for my boutique's page. We need access immediately because we were supposed to launch an Ad today. If Facebook looks at the connected Instagram page, which they can because they own Instagram, they will see another modeled product as a profile picture, our business email, and our store's website. On our store, C O U S, is the picture of the modeled product we sent in. The modeled product, is a romper titled, "Backless Satin Rose Romper". We currently cannot use Facebook, which messes up our launch. We are broke college students. Please give us access to our account, we have been working on this store for a month.
