I have had a Facebook account for several years. When I upgraded to an iphone * about a week ago, I have been unable to log into my Facebook account. I have tried about everything - watching videos, going through step by step instructions over and over again, calling Verizon since it happened during the upgrade and going to Verizon in person. It tells me over and over to set up a new password and it also tells me to identify myself through another device - both of which have been unsuccessful. The account is under Lynn Gover Volden. I have sent in my photo * times for an identity check and got a link on how to fix it, but the link and the password did not work. Even though it is a personal page, I run a small business from it also and it is my only source of income through the summer. This message is being sent via desktop computer at our local library. I need my Facebook account opened as soon as possible.
