The facebook app and messanger are not working on any of my devices. On June **th, the facebook app froze on both my phone and Ipad and I was arbitrarily logged out and since then Ive had trouble. The *st message I got said your session timed out and the *nd message I keep getting every time I have tried to log into facebook on both the safari browser and app says you should receive an sms or text message shortly and usually I wait about ** minutes and have never received any text messages with log in codes to access my account. My friends Adam G Price, Ryan Sperling, and Fernando Medina are trusted contacts that I will be using to help me access my account once everything gets fixed. I am sending you what I have to authenticate my identity including a photo of the jacket that I am wearing in my profile picture along with a photo of one of my favorite canes which is also in my profile picture. I don't what else I can send. Im sorry for my tone at times though you should understand where Im coming from. Im writing this with tears streaming down my face some of the policies in the help center often come across in a bullying type of way where people not just myself might feel condemned if they make a mistake. At least thats how I felt and this is personal to me because I was bullied as a kid and had no friends whatsoever and I was also hit by a bus in **** and had to recover in a hospital bed for almost a year, lost everything, and facebook at the time was my only sense of community. Im just explaining why this experience has caused me so much pain. I have also never submitted any screenshots of myself online and so Im having to teach myself how to do everything sending screenshots through my Mac Computer. Luckily I use photobooth which makes everything easier. If I could offer one suggestion which I think has a lot of validity. Please consider encorporating a live chat feature so in the future people will not feel alone in trying to handle problems like this. All vpns have live chat customer service available to their customers it would just make things easier. I tried to take multiple photos so you could see easier though the lighting is not that great in my location. The pictures of my jacket and cane are the lightest. Ive submitted multiple photos of my id including photos of my jacket I was wearing and cane I was using which are in my profile picture. I don't know what more Facebook wants. If anyone knows someone who works at Facebook directly can you contact them and help me get these issues resolved quickly. My issues are not resolved. I would really appreciate that.
