If you believe your Instagram account was hacked and need to recover the account then click here https://help.instagram.com/contact/272476913194545?helpref=faq_content enter your username and email to the account, then click “Yes”. A new list should appear below so click “Yes” then “Yes” then “More than 10 weeks” then “2 weeks or less” from there click “Send”. You should be receive a response from Instagram within 24 -72 hours.

I’m a hair colorist in LA and I often promote my posts to get more visitors to my profile. I had noticed a charge on my credit card statement for $** for Facebook advertisement and called my credit card company to question it (I usually only promote my posts for $*-$** max so it seemed odd) My credit card company issued me a new card and said they were looking into it. Yesterday I tried to promote a hair picture and it wouldn’t let me, saying that I am not the administrator of my account and I don’t have the permissions. I went into my settings and found that I had been disabled. Not really sure what’s going on but I’m super frustrated and would really appreciate if someone could get back to me and tell me why I have been disabled on my own account. Thanks!
